one of the very old elevators were broken, so only 1 was working. I was very small and seemed not so safe. We took the stairs most of the time. Our toilet was also running and leaking the entire time.

The hotel seems geared for long-term stay of hospital patient\'s family, but it worked out great for our use case (a convention). They offer a shuttle service and the driver for it was incredibly accommodating. Even starting the service a full 2-hours early for the Con. 10/10 would stay there again. My only nit-pick was how "remote" it felt, but I would honestly call that a positive for Indy...

If you are hoping to sleep, request any room that is NOT near the pool, or you will be up late into the night. The room was great, spacious, and clean and by all accounts perfect, but even with noise canceling airpods and a loud fan, there was no sleep, so I left in the middle of the night. If I couldn't sleep, I might as well drive. For reference, there were still people by the pool at 11:30 pm.

The room was great! It was like having a little apartment for the weekend. Shower wasn’t great and there was only one elevator for all 12 floors and it only fit maybe three people in at a time, we were on the 9th floor, so waiting for that for was the only real complaint I have.

It was a little frustrating dealing with a half parking lot due to repaving, but maybe there’s never a good slow period for them to do that. Only other downside is the elevators made some odd discomforting noises and the inspection sheets expired over a year ago

Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The room was like a small apartment. What I especially loved was that the bedroom was down a hall and away from the door to the hallway, so you didn't hear any hallway hotel noise while sleeping. Note that although there is no pool listed, there is an outdoor pool that is shared with a neighboring building. Guests of the hotel can use it. Wish we had brought our suits.

As mentioned before, the elevator situation is Ridiculous!!! One elevator for the whole hotel, including housekeeping, is RIDICULOUS!! Other than this inconvenience though, the stay was quite pleasant, and a hidden gem. Fix the elevator situation, and you will have a winner here.

A very nice place. It is not appealing from the outside and the lobby is very small, but since they seemed to be converted apartments there was plenty of rooms. It was VERY clean and maintained.

Property was ok, had a weird smell. Only one elevator worked, gym was mostly broken and in a dingy basement. Parking was really rough. Overall the room was good, ac didn’t work well. The staff is the real problem, night desk clerk was just not nice or pleasant. When I had an issue she told me to get over it. When I tried to address in the morning with the manager I was ignored. Get new staff, finish your renovation, fix your elevators and you will have a nice hotel.

I Feel like we need a full refund for the Hotel at this point. The first two rooms we were given were occupied. The third was finally not occupied. However, the room was not very clean. There was hair in the bathtub and a washcloth was in the toilet. We had an appointment and we were late for it because of the major inconvenience of moving rooms. The front service staff was apologetic but the Manager on duty was very rude and very disrespectful to us and it was definitely not our fault. I would either like a refund or a credit for another stay somehwere of our choice.

The hotel appeared to be older and the hallways could use some updating but our room was very large and appeared to updated not long ago. The bed was comfy and I got the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Hotel was in a quiet area with no road noise and free onsite parking which is hard to find in Indy. The only downside is there is no breakfast option. Definitely would stay again.

The room was great! The wait to check in could be improved, as there was only one person taking care of the front desk as well as helping other guests elsewhere. Adding another staff member would be beneficial during the busy times. Thanks!

We stayed 7/16/24-7/21/24. Wonderful place to stay! Staff was excellent and friendly! Service was excellent!! The only true complaint is about the luggage carts. They are terrible! They need to get those updated to the the four wheel type! If in Indianapolis again…we will most definitely stay again!

I got to hotel at 3:30pm. Was told they didn't have any rooms ready for check in. So I just had a seat in the lobby. Very very small lobby. The other couples walked in while I waited. Since it was a very small lobby I could get the staff talking and around 3:45 they said the rooms are ready. They checked in the other 3 couples before checking me in. Was taken back when they knew I had been there waiting. I wouldn't of thought much of it. I just thought that was rude and unprofessional.

Checkin at 4p with no flexibility and rude tone of front desk lady made it a bad experience. She made 5 sets of customers wait till 4p to check them in..with basically no waiting area and only 2 chairs in waiting room we waited outside for an hour while it started to rain.

During our stay everyone at the front desk was amazing. Over the phone, sitting check in and check out, with any questions and needs everyone was happy to help. I have traveled a lot and have stayed in every start class accommodation and thrift put my stay I continued to be impressed with everyone's attitude and professionalism!

The hotel itself is fine -- clean and comfortable. Kitchens were nicely appointed with useful items. The lobby also had excellent free coffee for a hotel. My only real complaint is that the area around the hotel is not walkable and feels run-down and dodgy. I ended up Ubering everywhere, and for the money spent on that, I probably could have just upgraded myself to a proper downtown hotel in a more walkable area.

Great room for a family of 4. Very quiet hotel. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy and shabby - the hotel/apartments across the pool from this hotel were strewn with trash and I wouldn't have felt safe as a woman if I were alone. I would stay here again for sure, just with my husband.

We travel to Indiana to see a Fever game. The hotel was a short Uber ride to the arena. Loved the location, a little away from the big city feel. The room was spacious and clean and so comfortable!

I highly recommend this hotel. I was in town to run Indianapolis Monumental Marathon on Oct. 28, 2023. The biggest selling point is getting an entire suite - a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with fully functional stove. My only minor quibble was it was confusing trying to figure out initially how the stove worked. I had to get instructions from the front desk. Even when you turn the stove off, the light will stay on as long as there's heat on one of the burners. But it was fantastic being able to boil soup in my suite and toast bagels as a toaster was included with utensils and plates. There is no free breakfast. No butter, no peanut butter, no jam. The only freebie is coffee near the front desk. But arguably better to bring your own food and cook it yourself here. The suite was clean. It did take a couple minutes to feel the hot water in the shower after you turned it on. Bed and living room couch were comfortable. Location is about two miles from downtown. A Noodles Company and Indian restaurant are a 5-minute drive away. A 24-hour CVS 15-minutes drive away. The 67 bus stop is right by the parking lot entrance. With the 31 bus stop being a 10-minute walk away. There was minimal wait to use the elevator. Expect open parking spots near the entrance to be very scarce. A mysterious $15.36 charge by the hotel did show up on my credit card on file but the manager reversed the charge after I inquired about it.

There were no extra pillows or blankets, and there was a big bug in the shower, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay and suited our purpose. However, there is nothing close by for shopping like for breakfast items or snack snacks

The staff was excellent and there is a free shuttle to get downtown Indianapolis! Pro tip-don't call to schedule the shuttle, just talk to the employees at the front desk...the phone number goes to a national call center so you won't get accurate information! The property was clean, but not in great shape. There is a tiny convenience store at the front of the hotel, but it doesn't offer much so bring your own food/snacks. Overall we were comfortable.
