I had to find a last minute room while taking my son to the college. I knew being an I-70 city it would be busy, especially on a summer weekend. It was over $330 for a single night. It was clean, comfortable, the pool was fine even though they ran out of towels(we were late evening swimmers), breakfast was basic. Just a fine hotel, but it really wasn’t worth the $330. Don’t book this one last minute, besides that, it’s a fine place to stop.

Staff was very helpful. I Explained how the shower handle was loose and hard to turn the water on and off. They said it would be taken care of. They Apologized for that and the gym equipment not being in working condition.

This hotel was very clean with friendly service. The bed in my room was very comfortable and I slept good. And that’s saying something… The gym had very good machines and I was very impressed with it. The breakfast was ok but we don’t eat pork so it was limited what was available for us to eat. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was complicated due to storm. Noisy-upstairs room must’ve had kids in it, traffic noise from interstate, motorcycles running under front canopy. Breakfast was cold—eggs, potatoes, and coffee—all cold. Corners of bath needed cleaning

Average hotel for our drive through Kansas. They didn’t have a rollaway bed when we asked for one, so our three kids ended up cramped on one queen bed. Didn’t sleep great because of close quarters. Would have loved more mirrors in our room. Drains didn’t drain well and there was still grime on the toilet paper roll holder. For what we paid for the room, wish it would’ve been a nicer experience. Probably will stay away from Hampton in the future.

Super friendly staff and very well taken care and clean property! The breakfast was nice and clean as well in the morning, the staff does a wonderful job keeping things tidy, neat and clean! The rooms were nice, clean and didnt have a nasty smell like some hotels do. Great stay, would recommend!

Had to move personal items after checking 4 rooms for a TV that works. Room were were end had beat up and broken furniture. AC was so loud could not hear TV and had to use close captioning to watch it. Would never stay here again.

Will definitely book again. But please fix the shade system. Had to use pant clip hanger to hold up shade. Room 424.Trash from your remodel was unsightly. Tables,chairs & cabinets were piled up near parking area. Given they were near the trash bin. But any kind of visible trash is a big turn off.

Very noisy motel. You could hear doors slamming all up and down the hallways. The first night we had a party going on above us. The management tried to get them quiet but it wasn’t until about 1 am before it calmed down. The second night we were able to get a good night’s sleep.

Overall our stay from fine. What you would expect from a Hampton Inn. We got fresh cookies when we arrived, and a quick, friendly check-in. Our room was hot when we entered. The AC was set to 80+ degrees and it was 107 outside. We lowered the AC to 70, but the air coming out was not cool. We eventually had to lower the temp all the way to 60 just to get some kind of cool air. It wasn't miserable, but it was clear that AC wasn't working correctly. We only stayed 1 night and we were sleeping in the next morning. Around 9:30 am, the housekeeper tried to enter our room (without knocking first), but good thing we had our door latch on.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a blizzard the night before we was to leave, and the freeway was closed down. They let us checkout at one instead of the normal check time with no charge.

It was nice to show up at midnight and find everything perfectly in order! Everything was clean in the room with no surprises. Staff was friendly even at that late hour and very attentive. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend.

The staff overcharged each of our family stays and have charged them even more on the second day. Enough that it has blocked my mother in laws card and now being declined. There’s no reason for this to happen. Frustratingly unprofessional and should not ever happen. Called to resolve for a third time and staff can not fix the problem and the manager is unavailable. Will never stay there again.

Avoid staying on a Korissa day. I came down for breakfast at 7:15 am. Korissa, front desk manager was speaking very angrily to an employee in the breakfast serving area. She told me that breakfast would open late but could not give me an ETA. She continued talking harshly to the employee (in bullying and demeaning terms) for a long time. I was not alone waiting for the breakfast buffet to open. It was deeply embarrassing to witness such a display of vitriolic anger. I made a second attempt a little later. But she still said no, even for a cup of coffee or a toast. I like Hampton Inns. The one in Hays-North of I-70 got an F from me for the unsavory breakfast experience.

it was noisy with thin floors above (family running around all night so we got no sleep). also, the staff was so thin and busy they were never at desk all 3 times we waited it took 5 to 10 minutes each time. that;s unacceptable

The hotel is nice and I Love that there is an IHOP just steps away. Getting to tell hotel is a small issue but thats because of Hays having their half round abouts or whatever they want to call them which are ridiculous.

One thing surprised me...they serve supper for free Mon-Thurs. Ate there one night - pulled pork sliders. It was ok. The mattress needed turned/flipped on the bed. I'd have done it myself, but I just didn't have the energy. I was there 3 nights.

When we arrived there was a wonderful dinner buffet set up for guests with barbeque sandwiches, chips, and cookies. The front desk manager was very efficient and nice. There was an extreme thunderstorm during the night and the window in our room leaked a lot and we used bath towels to soak up the water.
