General Manager, Mike, was super helpful during our check-in and was able to straighten out a booking complication. He was welcoming and friendly and incredibly cutomer-focused. We really appreciated his help and attention. The only drawback of our stay was that we had asked for housekeeping and they didn't show up. When we asked for towels and coffee they were delivered to the room (we were out) and just dropped in the room - trash wasn't taken out and old towels were not removed. Other than that our stay was fine. The location of the hotel is in a very walkable part of town.

It’s a good place for a longer stay because the rooms are large with 2 bedroom suites available. The location is central with much of downtown Minneapolis within walking distance. The rooms could use some sprucing up. They are adequate but they are a little musty and have signs of wear such as cracked tiles in the bathroom. The staff are fine although you rarely see the same person twice.
