Great place for a one or two night visit to Hyannis, Cape Cod area. Old renovated small place with new young, hard working, lively owners on property. Clean, fresh paint, redone bathroom. Perfect for quick visit. Excellent price, especially if you are in town to attend a wedding event or other short term appointment. Near Hyannis airport. On Rte 132 Cape Cod Mall is walking as are many dining options and Trader Joe’s. Not a resort—excellent Value—CLEAN.

It is clean. It is family owned and the owners and employees are exceptionally customer oriented. They are kind, friendly and efficient. Although the carpet in the room needs updating, it is clean and comfortable. Water pressure is excellent. There is a refrigerator and a microwave are in the room.

I liked that they had a keurig in the room. There is an ice machine and coffee machine in the office. The rooms could use more hooks for towels. If you’re on the first floor, you don’t have the railing to dry beach towels. The maid service could be better. She would come to our room late in the afternoon when we’re trying to get in the room. Maybe they are short staffed? But overall it was a good stay and I would stay again.

Rooms were straightened and cleaned daily, and our girls loved how their dolls and stuffed animals were arranged for them on the bed, a small but thoughtful detail by the staff. Shower could use a small corner shelf or caddy for soaps/shampoos. Wifi connected but never provided internet during the entire stay. Biggest drawback of the stay honestly. Room and amenities were in excellent and very clean condition. Beds were comfortable and loved the wall-mounted tv with adjustable bracket to allow tv movement.

The gentleman at the front desk was super nice, he gave us a map and showed us where to park for free when we wanted to visit Main Street. As for the room, they are decent but came with a smell. Our bathroom particularly smelled strongly of piss.

As much as I would rather not make a negative rating, I feel it is needed. Room smelled like it had a flood and VERY VERY MUSTY (if you didn't have asthma before you might now), had bugs flying around, not sure the carpet has ever been cleaned since it was installed (white socks will NEVER come clean) Couldn't even use the lavatory as it had grime coming down the walls.

Well. My family and I love ato come to the Cape on summer, but finding a good price matching the quality of a staying place is not as easy so we we’re very impressed with how clean and organized this hotel was. I will recommend to all my friends. We will come back for sure.

We chose this location for the location for our planned activities as well as its reasonable prices. We were very pleased with the prompt service and friendliness of the staff. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms appear to have recently remodeled with a modern look. Breakfast was quick and easy at a McDonalds less then a block away. Would definitely recommend

It’s a good property just the rooms smell strong and everything have stains on it like all the bedsheets pillowcases bathroom door even the clean ones have a lot of stains on them wird me out but it’s affordable and is on a great location

It is a older hotel, so don't expect the Ritz. The cost was very reasonable. The cleaning service was suberb. Rooms were in very good condition, as it looks as they have been refurbished. Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice.I will be back for sure.

Great bang for your buck. Was prepared for a motel type stay but was pleasantly surprised. Room and bathroom were updated and in comfortable condition Bed was pretty comfortable, pillows were small. Air conditioning worked perfect. Check in and check out super smooth. Would recommend.

Although I had a problem with an odor. The manager came and took care of it immediately. The promptness to assuring that my stay was pleasant was awesome. The bed was comfy. I was pleased with my stay and if I come back again I will stay again. There are plenty of food options and shopping in the area.

I had a tear of my Achilles tendon saw a very well-known surgeon down the Cape for this. I had to stay in the HYANNIS area several days in order to get some tests to see the doctor. This hotel was very comfortable and affordable. The manager at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good price in the center of Hyannis.

We needed only one night. The front desk staff was not available at 3:00 pm. There was 3 of us waiting. The room furniture was worn and needed some TLC. We had only one really small bar of soap, a tiny shampoo, no conditioner, and a tiny bottle of liquid soap.

Good value option and great base for exploring the Cape - clean and very convenient for breakfast options and shopping mall. Best to drive into Hyannis (there is a free car park) and walk round the beautiful town and harbour.
