Best Western of Crestview

I've stayed here multiple times and have never had an issue. Always clean, the staff has always been friendly.

Convenient area, near interstate and food. Place was bright and parking is safe. It’s a refurb hotel and was inexpensive for one night. In future, I’ll pay more. My room smelled like fresh paint and stale cigarette, which I think was from the a/c unit filter from before refurb. I could hear all the conversations in room next door. The door had to be pulled hard/slammed to fully close. Towels were sand paper. The deposit for “incidentals” was more than the room cost. It’s not listed on Hotels.com. It’s a hundred bucks. The check in staff announced my room number at checkin. Which is not safe. I found it hard to sleep and left after 6 hrs.

Clean rooms, easy and fast check in, staff was friendly. Beds were a little more firm that I prefer but for a one night stay it was perfect. NO ELEVATOR- not an issue for us but could be for others.

We had an excellent stay as a one night stop on a long trip. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was comfortable and well-maintained. Everything made for a smooth and relaxing experience—we would definitely stay here again.
