The staff was very friendly and the on-site breakfast was great and convenient. The kids especially loved it. 24 hr coffee is a plus too! Also, the fitness center, though small was perfect to get a workout in before the family woke up in the AM. I highly recommend this property. Well worth it for the price!

Summer Summer Summer!! She was Sooo amazing & friendly & on task. She goes above & beyond for her guests!! Someone give this lady a raise!! She made us feel like home in a new place. Breakfast has tons of options & was new everyday. Strawberry waffles & burritos were yummy. All staff even cleaning ladies were so friendly and accommodating. Our a/c didn’t work right the first night & they had it fixed the next morning immediately! We stayed 6 nights, would recommend to anyone wanting to save a little money & be about 35muns to the beach! They are super dog friendly which was a huge plus for us! Pool was perfect temp too. Will definitely go back they next time we’re in Florida.

The room wasn't as clean I would've liked, there were a few left over bits of food from the previous guests and dust in several areas. The rooms could use a little bit of an upgrade by removing the carpet which left our feet black. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

I stay here yearly and love this hotel property. The staff are friendly and accommodating to any special requests. The hotel is kept clean throughout whether it be rooms, common areas, and breakfast areas, etc. Rooms are updated, clean, modern, and I sleep great on comfortable beds and clean bedding. I also like that it feels safe and is brightly lit and a perfect location right off highway with easy access to restaurants nearby.

The Staff was very accommodating and professional. Our check-in was seamless. Not sure they gave me credit for the stay as a member, however. Member #: KXH021742. I did bring it to the attention of both the day and night mangers that the carpet in the room needed cleaning. Every time I got into the shower, the black from the bottom of my feet stained the shower floor. Additionally, there was a mixup between the night and day managers and our room never was made up, even though I asked that the bed be made and the carpet be cleaned. They did change the towels and emptied the trash. Overall, the stay was wonderful! Please laude the staff for their kindness!!! Appreciatively, Dr. Karen Halstead

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good .Unfortunately the people in the room above us were unbelievably noisy. It sounded like someone was dropping a bowling ball. We asked the desk to let them know. The sweet receptionist called and it improved but didn’t go away. There must not any insulation or sound proofing at all. We will never stay in another of their hotels.

The room is quite huge, new, and super clean. The fridge is big enough. The lighting is modern and there are many outlets for charging. The only negative is the construction was underway and the road to the entrance of the hotel was conjested.

Clean, great breakfast. I was worried that it would be terrible because the price was so good, but I trusted the reviews and it was great. It was clean and like new, the staff was great. What was not good is that there doesnt seem to be any sound suppression, it was very hard to sleep with the noise from rhe orher rooms. I could hear snoring from other rooms and conversatio s feom other rooms and the hallway so loud I could hear wverything they said as they passed by.

Property was very clean. We stayed on the first floor doors in hallway slammed shut until early in the morning. We were finally able to get to sleep. Obviously, rooms are not soundproof.

Weekend visit to the beach and to visit family. The hotel has been recently renovated and it's basically brand new! Very clean, new car smell. LOL! Clean room and friendly staff. However, with most hotel renovations, it seems they leave the bathroom off the list. The bathroom was clean, I can tell they didn't bother with updating it.

The Front Desk agent (system wont let me put her name in) that was on when we checked in was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, courteous, great attitude and most importantly, welcoming!!! From someone who spent 11 years with Marriott/Hilton in HR.. shes a gem!

Front desk was unmanned for several minutes when we got there. After a 12 hour drive the delay checking in was too long. There was only one person on the front desk and she was helping someone upstairs. You need more staff!

The hotel looks to have been renovated recently - our room was comfortable and up-to-date. There was just 1 elevator, but it responded quickly.

The staff was one of the friendliest staffs I've ever encountered within the USA! From welcoming us after a long day of travel to the attentiveness of the breakfast staff, we were blown away by the hospitality. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well equipped. We were simply looking for an affordable hotel/motel overnight for our trip and were shocked at what a great experience this was! Well done!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. My room key card was a bit problematic and a staff member noticed me having difficulty and immediately called someone to correct the issue. On the negative, they could use an update to the door key card reader. It was temperamental each time I used it.

I was very disappointed during check-in to find out that I cannot have a late check out. When I travel, I still need to be able to work from my computer during the day. I choose Comfort Inn because I am able to pay extra to check out later so I can finish my workday before getting back on the road. But at the Crestview Comfort Inn I was told no. Although at the Stuart Comfort Inn I was allowed to pay $15 for each additional hour to finish out my workday. Some consistency, especially in the same state, would be helpful otherwise I need to find another hotel chain that would allow me to finish out my workday.

Right now the road work on the main road is a pain,but the hotel is very nice place to stay,the staff is the best I've seen in a while (I travel a lot) and the property is far enough off the main road you don't notice the traffic noise. Second time staying here in two months,if I am back in the area I will make reservations here.

Staff was very nice! Construction on main road made it difficult to find and to maneuver if you wanted to leave the hotel to go out to eat or get gas. Bathroom could use an update, but overall, a pleasant stay.
