The family loved the indoor pool and the hot breakfast!

Stag was nice. Some monks on windowsill in the bathroom and a chocolate milk was still in the fridge. Pool heater was not working. Overall clean, however could use some spot cleaning for aure

This place was hardcto rate. Upon arrival, the hotel looked great. Workers were what I'd considering was normal. Room was large, 2 queens and a couch with 2 tvs. Breakfast was above average. The pool did not feel heated, but might have been???????? Spa was broken for the entire 3 day trip. Thiscwas FRUSTRATING! Each day, workers got more and nore friendly and helpful. I recommend, but we don't plan on returning. Thank you!!

Good hotel with good gym amenities, a hearted pool and hot tub. This was a great hotel for our family weekend trip

The bed is s little bit harder than I expected but maybe other's would like that. Like the fact there were firm and soft pillows on the bed. Very clean and plenty of room. Breakfast was ok just because the eggs were lacking flavor but that's my opinion. Pool and hot tub was definitely a plus to the hotel!!!

This was a nice facility and good location. The traffic is tough due to construction and population. The pool was nice and we used the hot tub. Both satisfactory. We chose a larger room and did enjoy the second tv sitting area. Breakfast was fair. I did find something to eat but to be honest it was not that great. But, like I said, I did find something to eat there. I will also add that the room was clean and maid service very good. However, being summer and in Florida, there were a few small bugs in the bathroom. I notified the front desk and they took care of it. This sounds like a red flag, but to be honest, it was not terrible. But to be honest in my review I did want to mention it. Staff very nice and parking easy. Walking distance to restaurants and the area is nice, busy, but nice

The property was so so I’m guessing it was because of all the construction taking place around. The jacuzzi was cold as well.

Was in town for a family emergency and booked a stay close to hospital. Was encouraged, as it was 9/10 on reviews. This room was terrible. It was dirty, and very dated (base boards coming away from wall, carpet damp/musty, crushed roach on bathroom floor). Would not recommend at all.

Dirty, sticky floors and nasty elevator. Roaches in my room. Left my luggage in my car and slept on top of the sheets. Gross!

After checking in, we headed to the elevator. The floors were soaked with water from patrons running around from the pool. We entered the room and discovered roaches on top of our bedspread. We went back to the front desk & neither worker seemed surprised They did not have another room available & told me to contact Expedia & they would approve the refund.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire property was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the area was peaceful and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the continental breakfast and the convenience of free parking. I will absolutely be staying here again!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we were disappointed this time. The room smelled musty and potentially mildewy. The shower head was either either a slow trickle or blasting. Only 3 towels for 4 people. For over $200 a night, it was disappointing.

While the outside looked appealing, the inside left far too much to be desired. Our stay was for 3 nights. Our A/C took forever to cool off the room. Our bathroom had no fan making it hot and muggy causing mold to appear on the roof. Breakfast was ok. Very typical options but good. Updates are needed on the property as it is a bit outdated.

We have stayed in quite a bit of Holiday Inn’s and never had an issue with the thermostat. Room wouldn’t cool below 76. Staff told us we could move, but it would be to two separate rooms which wasn’t an option with having 4 kids. We stuck it out to get through the night and neither my wife nor I could sleep. It got warmer.

It was really clean. The suite is spacious.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The online booking couldn’t have been any easier and when we arrived at the hotel, checking in was a breeze. Staff was nice and professional, especially the lady that checked us in(sorry, I didn’t get your name), but nothing beats our room!! Props to housekeeping, our room was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay. Our room got very cold, very quick…just how we like it and our bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever been in. This stay was at the top of our list and we would definitely stay here again!!

Came and had room available. Staff didnt know this and said was not available. Took another room mor.e costly, but motel refunded proper amount.this still did not help us, for my wife has as ambulatory ability lack, and had trouble with bathtub height, but we were able to navigate this without her falling, thank God. Wrong room for our need, which we initially signed up for. There was no vaild reason this should have occurred.

On 12/1/23 my family checked in to an iHG Holiday Inn in Crestview, Fl The front desk person did not greet us or say Hi. She only stated I need your id. They gave us room 209. Went up to 209. Room smelled like urine and the floors were all sticky. Went back downstairs and the front desk staff made a big deal about needing to switch the room due to me booking third party. The house keeper was there and she stated that 209 was the last room to be cleaned and that the previous guest left it a mess. She switched us to a king suite 211. I originally was booked for a 2 bed queen suite. Thus loosing a bed. Next, she walked us up to room 215 to get roll a way bed. I had to roll it back to the room. My husband had to go back down to get extra pillows and towels. Again, met with hostility. The indoor pool was very cloudy and dirty looking, so my husband used the hot tub. The next morning 12/2/23 while exiting the hotel, we passed a front desk person who was screaming at the housekeeper that we met on 12/1/23. It was also noted during breakfast the hotel had not emptied their community bathroom trash and it was overflowing onto the floor. You might want to check out the dirty curtain hanging in the dining hall too where all the breakfast guests eat. On 12/2/23 my son saw a cockroach by the thermostat and took a picture so that we could show staff upon checkout. Upon checkout, the same lady that was berating housekeeping, told us because we booked third party there was nothing

The room was clean on the staff was friendly.The only problem I had was that there was not able to give out keys to get In-N-Out of your room and I didn't think that was a good thing for me.I mean , you couldn't even go to the ice machine without going to get the staff. So I'm feeling if I read something.I should have access to getting in and out as I please.But other than that, it was okay.And the only reason that I couldn't go to another hotel because I had paid food through a third party and I could not get a refund so I had to deal with other situations

The hotel staff Kristi and Ryan was excellent in helping my family with the rooms. Breakfast is so good better than any other hotel. Nice spacious room . We will stay again.

Everyone at this location was super friendly and the hotel was immaculate! The hotel smelled fresh and the breakfast was great. Chrisitie at the front desk was very very kind and we enjoyed visiting with her during our stay. She was professional and friendly at the same time. Would definitely stay at this location if we’re ever in that area. Thank you to all the staff. You all run a wonderful, safe and clean hotel. It makes a difference and it was noticed and appreciated! Hotel was set back from road and very quiet. Also the hotel was very clean. Free breakfast was great.

Access into and out of area is congested due to road construction

Primary road to facility is under construction (for what seems like years) so accessibility is a challenge, specifically on the way out, to the interstate. I do realize this is a "growing" area, with new amenities coming.

Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. We chose to stay because of the included breakfast. The eggs, sausage and hash browns were cold, and I mean cold. I am not a picky person when it comes to food, but it was so cold I couldn’t finish it. I was told by checkout the person who does breakfast is really good so something must have been wrong with the warmers. Didn’t help us any so that’s the reason for knocking a star. Almost perfect.
