The Business Center is unusable--the chairs are too low for the counter height and they lean back away from the computer counter rather than toward the counter. The electrical outlets are under the counter requiring you to get on the floor to plug in your devices, and the printer hasn't worked for a while; also there is no scanner. Refurbishment is badly needed before I would stay here again. Additionally, the plastic spoons in the dining area are small and deep, making it difficult to draw off the spoon's contents with your upper lip, and gave me a bruised lip when I tried to do so.

I loved EVERYTHING about my stay. The room was clean, overall property was clean. We felt safe, it was quiet inside and outside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. All of the staff were nice. I like the security feature of having to be buzzed in after certain hours.

This is definitely a “do-it-yourself” property. No housekeeping except every 3 days - we had to take out our own trash, get refills of tp and bath products, etc. from the front desk. Nice, but could use a good deep cleaning. Staff is very nice snd accommodating. Only two chairs by the pool, so basically, one family at a time 🙁. For the price, would expect just a bit more.

All was good until my kids went to the pool. The hotel or whoever decided to clean the pool at 10am when we and other guests was there. I think that should be done after hours not at 10am.

This hotel is old. Elevator didn’t work for 1 day. Both ice machines were broke. Business/Media center didn’t have internet. The beds are terrible! If you are over 40 your whole body will hurt in the morning. Hotel has a must smell to it.

The room had not been cleaned properly. Bathroom trash can had a razor and empty shampoo bottle from previous guest. Both beds were rumpled and one decorative red drape had a stain on it. We explained condition and asked for another room; told no rooms available. Housekeeping remade bed and emptied can. He was courteous and prompt.

The room that we were given was supposed to handicap accessible but it was so small we could barely get the luggage rack in. There was an old bandaid on the floor in our room on arrival. The toilet clogged constantly. There was a large cockroach that crawled out of our closet and into the main hallway.

We were booked to stay 5 days and stayed 10 minutes. Had a roach crawling up the wall in the room. Went downstairs to let the front desk know that we would need a refund because they have roaches and she was not surprised nor apologetic she said so you don’t want to stay? Uh I don’t think so. Left and went and stayed at the new Hilton up the road for less than $100 more.

My daughter and I both woke up with bites on our arms. I told the front desk and it was a matter of facts type reactions. Behind the beds were dirty and the room smelled like mold.

Room was clean, but one bed looked as if someone had laid across it. Only one lamp was working, while floor lamp had no bulb and the desk lamp didn't work. The beds are pretty worn down and you can feel the springs as well; the side edges are wallowed down. The room price is fair but my back can't take the beds again.

While the hotel was right off the Interstate it also came with the noise of the Interstate. I am a light sleeper and the noise kept me up all night as well as my Neighbor had his TV on till 4 oclock. People please be respectful of others and remember you are not at home. DO NOT book this hotel for the breakfest which was a perk for booking but turned out to be a big disappointment. I will not stay in this hotel again.

At check in Brianna was wonderful…kind and very helpful. Hotel was nice and clean but our king size bed was older than dirt! Metal base and you could feel every spring in the mattress! The pillows were the size of throw pillows and not any better than the mattress! Needless to say, NO sleep that night at all!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in good condition. However, there were no USB ports in my room…not even one on a lamp. This was unexpected for an otherwise modern hotel. I bought a USB converter at Walmart, but it was an extra trip out and $20. Also, the Wi-Fi was slow and spotty. My use was minimal, just clearing email. Finally, I am careful to bring my own disposable make-up remover cloths, but most hotels provide them in order to save their linens. Their washcloths were not only dingy yellow, but still had what-looked-to-be mascara black on them. These are easy fixes, which I hope will be made to an otherwise very nice, well-maintained, and affordable hotel.

My car was hit in the parking lot (a hit and run) and this hotel couldnt review the footage of the time i stayed at this hotel to assist me in finding out who hit my car! I dont live in this area and i went to the lady on duty the day i saw the damage. She said she didnt know how to operate the cameras. She said call back and talk go this other guy. I did. He wasnt in and i left my contact information. Never heard from him! I wont be staying at this hotel again!

The staff was terrible. The host at check in was rude and condescending. The staff in the morning chose to have an incomplete breakfast and it was very disappointing as someone that doesn’t eat meats which other than waffles, was the o ly warm meal option.

We checked in for an overnight stay on our way to Orlando. The toilet in our bathroom was broken….not clogged the flushing handle was broken and appeared to be in that condition for some time. My husband went to the front desk to tell them about it and he said we met at with an attitude of they don’t have the part to fix it so pretty much too bad. The parking lot was empty so no reason to not offer us a room with a functional toilet. Have stopped here frequently in the past bc it’s an easy stop usually great service and clean. Won’t be back.

Front desk staff were amazing. One of our windows was stuck open an inch. The issue was reported to the front desk. They tried closing it and couldn’t. Maintenance was not notified to come repair the window, we were not offered any compensation nor a room change. The temps dropped to near freezing and we could hear wind blowing through the open window. Upon check out, the front desk said “I guess we should put it on the closed room list” ummm… ya think? Their solution was to put a towel in the window gap. There were also chunks of old food on the floor and when we asked for extra wash cloths, we were given 1.

Nellie, the young lady who checked us in, is amazing. We stopped here after an exhausting trip and she made us feel very welcome. The hotel is clean, nice with a Texas Roadhouse right beside. Very convenient.

The location is so convenient right off route 10. There are restaurants nearby. You can walk but there isn’t a pathway. There is a Dollar General next door if you need anything. The breakfast was good.

My new "go to" hotel. As prices increase in this area during summer beach time, the price here is really a value. Clean and maintained well. Staff are efficient and friendly. Location is a bit challenging, but this area has road construction all the time. Not a deal breaker.

This is a nice little tuck away property. The staff was fantastic and friendly. There's a lot of construction around so traffic is terrible almost all the time. I can't wait to visit again when the construction is done.

Nice hotel at a fair price. Clean and quiet on the inside, but the back side of the hotel faces I-10 and is quite noisy at night. A new restaurant (Texas Roadhouse) is almost complete just outside the backside of this hotel. This will be a great feature to area but is going to create more noise and congestion to an already dense area. If your a light sleeper this will be a bother.

Everything was great, except 1)tv remote didn't work 2) there was no waffle batter ½ hour before breakfast closed. 3) need phone charging outlet for both beds, not only one outlet for 2 beds. 4) there was no place to recycle items Thank you.

The property itself is a little old, but everything inside was very clean and staff is excellent! Housekeeping was wonderful to us, and the sweet little lady who manages the breakfast bar is the friendliest and kindest lady! She made certain that the hot items on the breakfast bar were continuously stocked and HOT. Excellent service!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Check in was slow due to slow computer and credit card reader. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were not even like warm. Had to put butter packets in microwave to soften as they were too cold to spread. Great location and quiet.
