Terrible customer service. We paid for a 2 bed room and were put in a room w 1 full size bed. Extra towels, shampoo, etc were extra cost, outside Tre exterior door was rat infested. Yuk.

The room itself was fine. It was the people staying there that made the experience not so great. My first night after driving 21 hours straight to Memphis, all I wanted was to get some rest, well the fire alarm went off twice and then there was a power outage . The rest of my stay, you could hear people fighting throughout the night and at one point it sounded like my neighboring room was getting work done because you could hear power tools and hammering going on.

The new Management is not customer service oriented. I brought my own towels and informed them that I did not need room service. Came back from dinner and my towels were replaced but nothing else was cleaned or emptied. They owe me four towels!
