Food was fresh

Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, parking was ok. Ms Kelly and her staff did an amazing job. Staff went above and beyond to help us feel at home. Lady serving breakfast is a sweetheart. Loved q everyone on duty.

Check in was slow. The room wasn’t clean or properly stocked with towels and things. Hotel was noisy. Unexpected $50 charge upon check in.

Property was under renovation which was not disclosed. It was dirty from drywall dust and smelled. Kelly at the front desk was apologetic and showed us 5 other rooms before we were willing to accept one for the night. Our booking was for 3 nights. We stayed 1 night. It was stressful. Travelers should know in advance about renovations. Under the circumstances we should be refunded 2 nights. No management expected on site for 3 days! Anyone with bad allergies or health issues beware!

The breakfast was fresh and really good nice bar setup and staff was very friendly and happy to help. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the room.
