I needed an affordable, clean, and safe last minute place to stay while visiting my daughter. It was conveniently off of the highway, offered a option for breakfast, had a pool for my younger daughter, a place for me to workout, and a way to wash clothes. Although it was not excellent as far as comfort I was definitely satisfied with what it did offer for the price. The room was a little worn and dated but it was clean, had a fridge and microwave in the room, a small coffee maker, shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower, and an iron with ironing board. The “laundry facilities” left much to be desired but I was grateful there was a way to wash clothes. (It was 1 washer and dryer outside of the building next to the vending machine and ice machine, bolted to the floor) if you needed soap and dryer sheets you needed to buy them at the desk. While I was there they had no laundry soap but the desk clerk tried to assist me in getting some. The pool was cloudy and green, but there was a staff member who I saw cleaning the bugs and leaves daily. There was also a disability chair available. So although not pristine it was clean and available. Breakfast was continental so no hot food but again was grateful they had something. I would stay again if I had to. It was enough to feel safe and clean, the cost was good and it had the necessities. The staff was polite and helpful.

At the time of our stay could not use the business center internet was down throughout our stay for 4 days and then cable went down for a day at night people were loud and down the hallway you can smell people smoking pot and the ice machine was broken and vending machine was out of everthing

It was difficult getting to the property but this was due to the road construction currently going on. The parking area was limited. Not many parking spaces avaliable. There were also many construction workers and their work trucks occupying thr property. However, the motel room was clean and comfortable and a bit small (tight)

My first time at Best Western. I stayed on the ground floor because there wasn’t an elevator. Enter all rooms from outside. I had a pleasant overnight stay. Comfy bed, clean room. Good air conditioner in my room.

Front clerk while checking in was very friendly and professional. Check-in was smooth and had my key within a couple minutes. Property was very clean and felt safe. Overnight clerk was very helpful with my needs for my granddaughter. She went above and beyond. The morning clerk was friendly and checkout was a blink of an eye. Room was very organized and clean. Pillows were fluffed properly and beds were really comfortable. Overall, grade A hotel

I actually was initially put into a room on the 2nd floor but as I am blind and there is no elevator, I was moved to the first floor. Both rooms smelled horrible, moldy, and the smell would not go away.

I have no clue how this hotel is rated so highly. We found several cockroaches and other bugs in the room. The carpet and couch were stained and I wouldn’t put my luggage on either. Crumbs all over the floor. Toilet paper pieces and hair on the bathroom floor upon check in. I think with the condition of the room you’d be paying motel rates vs. $124. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to sleep this is the place but don’t expect a clean room.

Wasn’t expecting a motel style but that’s on me. It was fairly clean. Beds were comfortable. A/c worked good after I turned it on and gave it time to cool the room down. A/c was off when we checked in. Overall a fairly good experience.

Decent hotel for a decent price. Everything was clean and orderly. The only issues we had, and they were relatively small, was the a/c was completely off when we arrived at 10:30 pm & the room was very hot and muggy- couldn't get comfortable for about an hour. Also, the breakfast was fair, but nothing hot other than toast out of a toaster or anything you could add boiling water to. Other than that, no problems.

The address on google maps takes you across the highway from the actual facility. www had to call the hotel to get accurate address. Josh at front desk was very helpful and attentive. Bed was comfy but room can be updated. Breakfasts ran out before set time.

I was there for only one night. First of all, the GPS shows your hotel on the wrong side of the highway. Not sure this can be fixed. But, I had to call for directions. When I did call, I got Corey. This guy is the best! He helped me in everything I needed to make my short stay as comfortable as possible.

I can send you a picture but the frontage road, which is the only way to get to this hotel was closed. I called the hotel and I drove around for almost an hour and a half trying to get there and I was given terrible directions by the front desk. I never got to check in. I took a picture of Google maps and it reads all roads closed to the best Western. I sent a message to corporate at best Western. I want my money back.

The price was $95 which was an expected price for a basic motel on a Friday night. There was highway construction around the property which was a nuisance. The property is is a bit dated but generally tidy. The a/c in my room was great and the hot water was hot. The clerk was friendly and responsive. On a “sour” note, the complimentary breakfast included spoiled milk and no meat (no bacon or sausage). That was a disappointment. Overall, this is an aging motel property that’s trying to do its thing. It was acceptable to me but many folks will Pay more to experience more.

The check-in was quick; super friendly staff; room was neat and modern. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room but they looked clean. Breakfast room nice and bright with the usual motel offerings of sausage, biscuits, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, granola, dry cereal, fresh fruit. I like having eggs for breakfast more often but alas scrambled eggs offered one day during our 4-nights stay. Right off the highway, 10/15 minutes from downtown SA. I will definitely stay again.

Very run down, limited public transportation. Breakfast was horrible. The waffle batter tasted sour. It looked perfectly fine except for the taste. I told the front desk. She told me there were lots of other guests who ate it and didn't complain and she also asked other guests if it was sour and they said it tasted fine. She even told me maybe i didn't know how to use the waffle maker properly. I reserved for 3 nights and checked out after one night. I booked another hotel and left

The place looked like it used to be a Days Inn. Not a Best Western. The staff was nice. The rooms aren't up to Best Western standards. The "breakfast" wasn't a Best Western standard breakfast. There is a sign that says you get a full breakfast Fri - Sun only. We stayed Mon - Wed. The room amenities aren't up to BW standards either. Even Motel 6 has a coffee maker in their rooms...
