Lovely hotel, incredibly comfortable bed. Much appreciated the upgrade. Only issue was limescale on bathroom taps. I broke it off with my nails it was so encrusted, just to get water to flow out of the bath tap, but after that it was great! Lots of space, and the gym was good too. We are very happy we stayed at this hotel. No wonder uber drivers compliment us as to where we are staying for our vacation but the only dilemma is whenever we take the uber we have to cross the street due to the hotel location is opposite direction so we get picked up at the park plaza hotel. But almost all the tourist spot is walkable from the hotel, convenient store, starbucks & train station. We celebrated our daughter’s bday & had dinner at the restaurant, i want to thank our Kababayan “Jeffrey” and the rest of the staff & chef who went out of their way for some of the menu items (My father in-law was cold and asking for a soup, and my 8 y/o daughter who eats plain chicken wings) that is not available at the time but was able to serve it to us. Jeffrey is very attentive to all of the customers not just to us, He is friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend this place with clean & spacious room, gym is nice with sauna & steam rm. is a plus, me and my husband enjoyed it. We will booked in their hotels on our next vacation trip.

Parking rental car behind hotel was 50 a night, plus congestion fee of 15 is outrageous for 130 for 2 nights stay. Room says it sleeps 4 but only has one bed and a pull out bed. Very uncomfortable and noisy. That being said staff was good and view from 13th floor looking at Big Ben and London Eye were top notch.

While the hotel was very good, and the staff exce, there were a few issues. The water system seemed to have a life of its own making interesting noises. The housekeeping staff appeared to not be fully informed on when guests were checking out and who requested services, and the elevators are small and slow.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was nice. Failed to clean our room for 3 nights - I didn't opt out of cleaning. Our son's bed wasn't made on arrival. Staff member came to our room, brought sheets and told us we had to do the bed ourselves, as they weren't allowed to be inside the room with guests present. Mentioned we were just about to leave, to no effect. It was a "fun" moment to be on holiday and be treated to this. Elevators get insanely busy around peak times (breakfast). The property was quiet, safe and staff was very friendly. Overall a very comfortable stay. My only criticisms are: The scent in the entrance smells like a very strong and overwhelming cologne. It was terrible! And elevators were very slow.

We had an amazing stay! Our room was clean, spacious and we had a great view of the eye. The location is very convenient to a lot of major attractions in London. We also ate breakfast at the restaurant-food was good and service was great! Highly recommend this hotel!

The bathroom in our room was pretty dirty. Mold under the lip of the bathtub, dirt and grime in all the corners. The room itself was clean. The extra bedding had some stains on the comforter. The staff was very nice and it’s in a good area

The hotel is in a very convenient location and in walkable proximity to waterloo station ; the London eye and Westminster. The breakfast buffet is great with plenty of variety. The staff is very helpful and friendly. However I feel the rooms might need a refresh. Our bathroom had a leak in cealing and had an obvious mold smell. The manager immediately gave us a different room. However that bathroom had black mold in shower and needs a refresh

The hotel staff was great. But the hotel room was dirty. The expresso mugs were used, mold growing in the shower, blood on a towel and every time we asked if they would clean our room they would only bring towels in so by the end of a 2 night stay we ended with probably 8 towels but nothing else was cleaned.

Amazing location, good breakfast and compliments to the cleaning staff, they always left the room immaculate. All was positive, to make it even better I would suggest to give some maintenance to the room, maybe a fresh coat of paint ;)

Absolutely faultless. Huge room, clean, comfortable with excellent facilities and a view I definitely wasn’t expecting. Staff were a real tribute to the brand and the hotel is in an outstanding location. I will definitely be staying again. Great idea to offer an incentive for declining housekeeping. Situated right behind the London Eye this is a confortable hotel with good size rooms (we even had a kitchenette and living room). View of Shard and of Waterloo tracks. Couldn’t hear neighbors or any other noises. G would come again.

Stayed in a superior studio room with a decent view of the London eye, great location for tubes and Westminster area, the room was spacious enough, much of the furniture was dated and tired which made it feel unclean when it wasn’t, the shower hose constantly leaked, the bed was super comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night , staff polite and professional.

We had a wonderful room, with exceptional service from everyone starting at the reception desk, the concierge, and room service staff. The hotel is within walking distance of so much of the things we wanted to see and do. The concierge was especially helpful in getting tickets, and arranging a cab when it was time to leave. Everything was so clean and comfortable!

The staff at the Park Plaza County Hotel including Danny, Oscar and Natalia were incredible, they upgraded our room free of charge as it was our anniversary, gave us free prosecco and macaroons etc. We had one hell of a view of the London Eye! As our 10th wedding anniversary they really made us feel important and well looked after! Danny even flagged down taxis for us and gave us an umberella when it was raining heavily. We were really treated like royalty thankyou so much! Also the breakfast was lovely! Wonderful atmosphere the fish was also delicious! Great cooked breakfast! Everything was stocked up and well cooked! Would recommend to everyone!!!

The check in process could definitely be improved. I recogize the hotel is busy; however, we arrived about 1:30 and left our bags. We returned at bit after 3:00 when our room was to be ready. It was disappointing that we had to wait until 30+ minutes for the room to be inspected and released. Even after the inspection, we didn't have enough bedding and towels for 4 people, even though our reservation specified 4 people and we confirmed the number when we arrived. They did provide it but we had to call and request. Other than that, we were pleased with the hotel and staff.

To begin with, upon our stay we chose the eco friendly plan and we were told the housekeeper would only come once in our entire stay. Adding to this, we experienced TV issues for two days, and were told we would be compensated for our troubles with a voucher for breakfast every night at the hotel, with a worth of around $50. We told him we don’t normally eat breakfast, and asked for a food voucher for anytime instead. We did not receive the vouchers we expected, given we were told we would receive 50$ worth and only received 10$. And adding insult to injury, when we went to complain at the front desk about the housekeeping not being done once in our stay, we were not compensated and the manager was THE LEAST helpful. Overall, very little commitment from the staff to give guests a nice experience, promised things they later do not fulfill, and clean their hands of any issues with guests by doing absolutely nothing.

From check-in to check-out, this was a truly seamless experience. The team at reception were fantastic—engaging with our kids and making them feel genuinely special. Our room was ready ahead of schedule, which was a welcome bonus. The location is excellent—just a couple of minutes’ walk from the London Eye, which made for a fun surprise on arrival. As with most of central London, public transport links were straightforward and convenient. The room was exactly as expected, with a fold-out bed already set up for the kids. Everything was clean, tidy, and in good working order. We hadn’t booked breakfast in advance as the standard rate was absurd, but once on-site we were offered it at £20 per adult per day with kids included for free. At that price, it was worth it—breakfast was decent quality and did the job. We spent our Christmas and New year in this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, message them online for our needs and we’re responded quickly. Not great for the price. Also, taxi and Uber service was challenging due to not having a place for pick up. You have to walk across a busy road to the other Park Plaza for taxis and rides.

We are very happy we stayed at this hotel. No wonder uber drivers compliment us as to where we are staying for our vacation but the only dilemma is whenever we take the uber we have to cross the street due to the hotel location is opposite direction so we get picked up at the park plaza hotel. But almost all the tourist spot is walkable from the hotel, convenient store, starbucks & train station. We celebrated our daughter’s bday & had dinner at the restaurant, i want to thank our Kababayan “Jeffrey” and the rest of the staff & chef who went out of their way for some of the menu items (My father in-law was cold and asking for a soup, and my 8 y/o daughter who eats plain chicken wings) that is not available at the time but was able to serve it to us. Jeffrey is very attentive to all of the customers not just to us, He is friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend this place with clean & spacious room, gym is nice with sauna & steam rm. is a plus, me and my husband enjoyed it. We will booked in their hotels on our next vacation trip.

Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. Fantastic location, can't really get any better. Rooms here are still some of the best at hotels we've stayed at, with a lot of space for the whole family. Great breakfast selection, lovely staff and so on. We keep coming back and will do so in the future as well!

Can't beat the location. The property was very well maintained. The front desk personnel were quite nice, but could be a bit more knowledgable about local area services/amenities and London locations and attractions. Breakfast was excellent. Other in- house dining was just OK. We had a great time.

The location is great, however the hotel is very worn. The rooms are super convenient for families travelling, however the cupboards were falling apart, the pull out bed squeaked with the smallest movement and the TV and Wifi were very unstable. Breakfast is below standard. But the staff is super kind and great with kids with small presents when we checked in and always a smile as we were coming/going.
