Great location, perfect to walk to and from SAP Center. Breakfast is outstanding. The only negative is the parking garage is VERY tight for parking. It can be hard to navigate: I drove a Chevy Equinox for comparison purposes.

During my stay parking spaces ran out in the parking garage due to a concert going on, apparently people were parking when they hadn't paid. Me and a lot of other guests had to double park in the garage. The staff were cool about it to their credit but how does this happen?

Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast variety and nice workout facility. We weren’t sure about the surroundings so we decided to drive to a restaurant. When driving, the downtown area seems safe and quiet. The only negative, and it small, would be that the AC unit blows on you while you are sleeping.

This hotel was great for what me and my wife needed. We stayed here for over a week and it was great. Very clean. Having a kitchen and full-size fridge in the room was also great. This hotel is high-tech, free breakfast was great and good and had a good variety. EV charging was greatly appreciated. Staff were great and accommodating.

There were roaches in our room and someone had tied a bag over the smoke detector with brown stuff at the bottom of it. We had to tell the frint desk abbout it to make sure we didn't get charged for it. They did move us to another room and comp us our parking.

New, but somewhat remote remote hotel in a sketchy neighborhood. Worked for me, it's accessible from downtown and a bus stop is nearby. But if you're fragile... What I liked: 1. New building, great amenities 2. Decent breakfast included (I was surprised) 3. Friendly staff What I disliked: 1. My room was cleaned only once during 5 night stay and still some trash was left untouched. 2. Stains on the new carpet

I’m not sure what use to clean their rooms, but I got worst allergies ever, not sure if that their AC, actually looks like it is whole hotel, I felt way better when I was out on the street, but once you got back to the hotel it hits you again. I never ever had something like this…

A+++ service all around, close by to Whole Foods u can go and grab a few things u can eat at hotel if u want. Nice to have a full fridge and freezer along with an electric stop top microwave and everything else you’d need for cooking. Highly recommend

I had a great stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and the customer service was excellent. Our two-bedroom suite was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a spotless bathroom. The only downside was the full-length mirror being in the kitchen entrance instead of the bedroom or bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was a highlight, especially making your own waffles. The area around the hotel isn’t the most scenic, but I felt safe. The SAP Center is nearby, which is very convenient. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is brand new, which is great. It's not in the best area, but it's walkable to food but not really entertainment. The garage is self park but still costs $30 per day and the gate stays open. Rooms were not huge but did feel like older mini studio apartments.

Very nice and clean hotel, you can tell that it’s newer. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Bed was hard. The shower stream was very painful. The water came out so fast and forceful you don’t want it to hit your face, and you can’t change the setting unfortunately.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and a decent size for a studio. It was a very peaceful and quiet hotel. The only problem for me was the feather pillows, as I am highly allergic.The pull out couch bed was a little hard for my daughter, but she slept ok and it was better than a bar in her back from a pull-out couch. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave and small stove with sink. That was very nice. I was very sad that breakfast ended so early during the weekdays. We stayed there for a SAP center concert, and the walk to the arena was short and sweet.. about 15-20 mins and about 1 mile away. I would only walk in daylight though.. we uber'd back at night.

This is a recently opened hotel. Everything is very new well designed and excellent for the price. No the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a well designed shower. we would definitely book this place again.

What a wonderful place with great staff! Even though I booked through a third party they were very accommodating when the accessible room I booked was not accessible in the way I needed it. From Random (yes, his name is Random from birth) to Forest to the rest of the staf, they all made sure my stay was wonderful.

**Disappointing Stay at Marriott** I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience. As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.

The check-in process was easy and the staff were welcoming. The layout of the room was exceptional. We had the room with a single King bed. With the bathroom door around the corner from how the bed was facing, the light from the bathroom did not disturb anyone trying to sleep. Although the hotel was at capacity, it was very quiet! The morning breakfast area did have a rush of people, but everyone was courteous of others. I don’t believe there was much by way of walkability, but we were driving to our destination, so that didn’t affect us. If I stay in San Jose in the future, I will return to this hotel.

The hotel is BRAND NEW as of April 2025 and is just gorgeous. Room is well appointed and the breakfast was great. About a 10-15 minute walk from the Diridon train station which was very convenient. Not a lot nearby in walking distance, but aside from that it's really nice

Great service, great staff! The morning breakfast crew is amazing! Building is in a slightly rundown neighborhood - our "view" was a old rundown building next door with a falling apart roof. Nothing really in a 15min walking distance except a food truck across the main road. The hotel itself is brand new and amazing, just in a weird location. If you don't mind driving to see other stuff- it's definitely worth it! Highly recommend paying the extra to park underground at the hotel.

The parking is safe and only guest can access hotel parking and guest areas. The staff is very accommodating and the room is clean and modern. The area around the hotel is run down and has a lot of transient foot traffic. I am happy the hotel is very secure and nice.

I had a great experience at this hotel while dropping my daughter off at San Jose State. Hugo checked me in and was very polite and professional, which made the process smooth and welcoming. The hotel has everything you need convenient parking, a nice rooftop area, and a solid breakfast to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’ll definitely be back!
