This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Don’t look any further. This is an excellent location and the place is spectacular.

We had a wonderful stay in the Rattray suite. Very clean, modern furnishings, and our two teenagers were comfy in the adjoining room, plenty of room for them and privacy for us. Our hosts were very helpful and communicative. Lovely view, very quiet, 10 minute walk to the Tram which was extremely convenient to get to downtown. If you’re there for multiple days, GET THE PASS! Don’t make my mistake and buy 4 tickets each day. Things to be aware of for future readers of this review. Nothing negative, just awareness: - We didn’t have a car, and didn't need one, but expect that you’ll need to hunt for a spot and won’t get one directly out front. Just a 5-10 minute walk, but it’s good to know. - Make sure you know what floor the suite you’re getting is on. Our family was fine with the two flights of stairs, but I can imagine not all would be and that’s something to work out in advance. - Shoes off when you come in. This helps keep the place immaculate, but more importantly nice and quiet for everyone else staying there. - Visit the Wee Coffee Box across the park. Delicious Italian pastries and great coffee!

On arrival, we were welcomed by the lovely Erika, who gave us a tour of the grand suit ‘The Robertson’ which was a stunning suit!! luxurious in every way, with a huge bedroom Space, separate kitchen & Bathroom area! Personal touches were fantastic, with the most beautiful hand wash & lotion, with the matching shampoo & conditioner & body wash. Erika had even provided the same brand of bubble bath so we could enjoy a nice relaxing bath after a long day walking in Edinburgh. The fresh bread went down a treat, also provided fresh milk & plenty of tea & coffee. Excellent location, really cosy vibes and all in all a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend & will most certainly return Lee & Sharon

I want to gatekeep this review - this was such a fantastic stay. The Townhouse is fantastic! Such great attention to detail and Alexander/Erika were so good at communicating with me; proactive and timely always. The room itself was large, spacious and so well appointed. Mattress was comfortable, the little kitchen perfect, the bathroom large and plush towels. Location is fantastic in Leith - close to so many cafes/restaurants and the beach is a 10minute bus ride or a 40mins walk. Couldn't fault this place even if I tried. Wonderful place and I will be back again!
