When we booked the hotel, Expedia stated the hotel had a pool. The hotel does not have a pool. They took it out a few months ago.the Wi-Fi was not good. It was clean, had new renovations, and the staff was friendly. It was also quiet considering the airport is nearby.

Nice enough hotel that was under construction. Lots of noise during the day but quiet at night. The website advertised a restaurant and bar which was one of the reasons I chose to stay(convenience), but was told it would not be open at all.

This hotel was highly disappointing due to the ongoing construction. Everything is closed, including the gym, bar, restaurant, and swimming pool, yet they still charge full price. The noise from construction is constant and very loud, lasting all day until around 8:00 PM every night.They provide earplugs, but it's not a solution when the banging is relentless, making it impossible to relax during the day.The property is cluttered with old furniture from remodeling. In the garage, the staff has created a makeshift area with this furniture where they gather to drink.This makes the environment feel unsafe and unprofessional, especially with empty alcohol bottles around. Walking to our car several times,the staff was being loud and behaving inappropriately, which felt quite intimidating, particularly since the garage is poorly lit. Very minimal interaction with the front desk, they did waive the $15 per day parking fee after I complained about not being informed of the construction and amenities when booking. In the bathroom the shower small black hairs stuck to the walls, which we had to rinse off before using. The glass door was filthy, and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. When I opened the door, the smell was terrible because our room was directly above the trash bins where I could even see rats rummaging through the bags! I strongly advise looking for a better place until construction is complete,the property is properly maintained and employees are better!

Pretty bad area. My car was broken into on their property. Talked to front desk and they didnt care. Didnt offer any kind of assistance. Two nights later the car parked next to me was broken into also. If you can stay somewhere else please do. Will never stay in that area again

I liked the fact that it seemed like my car was safe for the most part. What I didn’t like is you can hear people upstairs and next to each other. It was hard to sleep. The walls are thin. We were about to sleep and a HIGE cockroach was walking around the wall. I couldn’t even sleep even after I managed to kill it. I felt everything else was dirty and not well cleaned. I asked for a couple items and only some were delivered. Front staff always seemed to not make eye contact so they didn’t have to talk to you.

Shower did not work well, could not pull knob up to get full spray out of shower head. Took a while to wash shampoo out of my hair. Also there is no fan, so bathroom got very steamy. Also found strange hairs on brd covers and pillows.

I suggest everyone to check the bedding of their white comforter's! Our last day we noticed that When the sunlight from outside shined in it reflected all the hidden mildew stains inside through the comforter! So nasty and disgusting. These comforters are probably years old and never ever replaced. The pictures im providing only shows the mildew because the light is shining only on that side. The whole comforter was covered in that. The shower also always constantly leaked. After each shower we would come out to wet soaked floors. This hotel definitely needs to upgrade and needs a lot of maintenance work.

Airport shuttle drivers were wonderful and efficient. The rooms are small. I just transferred over from Hyatt House SJ Airport and their rooms are large w full kitchens. At Courtyard, on Thursday and Friday night beginning around 1 am, there were many people outside the hotel yelling and screaming. It actually sounded like they were drunk and arguing! It woke me up every night. I was afraid and didn’t feel safe. I highly doubt I will be staying here again. At check out, I spoke to the front desk employee and reported my experience and he said it happens often and they call the police and send their security guards but it continues to happen.

Large, clean rooms. The VTA tram stop is in walking distance. From there, San Jose Downtown and the business areas in North San Jose are easy to reach. Obvously, the close-by airport is audible, but not massively disturbing.

My only positive for this hotel was that it was pretty clean and the staff was helpful. Things we didn't like: - Tiny, super cramped bathroom: Imagine the bathroom door, the bathtub/shower, and the sink. Put those on 3 sides of your rectangle, and then the toilet is smack down in the middle of those 3. And there is barely any clearance between them. Using the toilet? If anyone else is with you, they better not open the door or you're smacked. Getting out of the shower/tub? You have a small landing zone, otherwise you're standing in the toilet. Using the sink? Don't back up, or you're tripping backwards over the toilet. Pillows: The pillows may as well be cotton candy, because then at least you can eat them and they'll be useful. Laying on the pillow puts you back at pretty much your head almost just touching the bed still. Some of the worst pillows I've ever had in a hotel, unfortunately. Construction: (bad timing on our stay) We were awaken by construction noise in the rooms around us. It was like amazing surround sound, but it's real life and not a movie you chose to watch. Construction was 8AM-6 PM, Mon-Fri. We were supposed to stay Thurs night - Sun morning. We ended up checking out after one night because of all the above issues. Thankfully, the staff was understanding and helped us check out quickly with no hassle. Positives: - Clean room: No complaints here. - Staff: We left a watch in the room by accident and they held it for us to pick up.

The smoke detector in my room was set off by my shower, though it wasn’t a very hot shower and whatever set it off was gradual as I left the bathroom door open e.g. it was not caused by a sudden exodus of accumulated steam coming from opening the bathroom door. Most unfortunate for the neighboring rooms at 4:30 a.m. The hotel restaurant/bar was handy, and though a bit overpriced, served a decent meal (salmon dinner, fish not overcooked as is often the case). The airport shuttle service starts at 5 a.m. and I made my 6:15 flight with no rushing to the gate. Coffee in the lobby would have been welcome (I was told they don’t put it out til 6:30).

Although the property is very nice, I would not expect to recommend due to the following. Noise from the freeway, very loud air conditioner and noise from next door unit make it difficult to get anyh rest. TV must be turn up very lound to be heard over the air condition.

This Sheraton was nicely updated, the rooms were stylish and comfortable, and all of the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. They even brought up a mini-fridge to our room upon request (they’re not installed in all rooms yet they said, as of this posting) It was just a short 5 min walk to the light rail station, which was just a short ride to Levi’s Stadium and Great America. The food in their Hotel restaurant was also really yummy!

The hotel is undergoing renovation. The restaurant is closed which makes it inconvenient for business travel. The rooms are dark, old, and loud from hallway and outside noise. I would not stay here again, at least not until the renovations are complete.

We've stayed here several times and have had pleasant experiences. This past time, there was a bit of an issue. We took the shuttle to the airport and asked about our late return at 11:30 pm. We were told it was fine and to call for pick up. When i called upon our arrival at 11:30 pm, I was told ythe shuttle stopped at 11 pm. Thoroughly exhausted and exasperated, I explained we were told it wouldn't be a problem. She asked if we were just using Park and Fly, I said no and that we also had reservations for that night. She advised us to get an Uber. It's one thing at 3 pm without kids, but at 11:30 pm, with tired kids, its really frustrating. The shuttle stops at 11 pm, FYI, despite what the driver telling you otherwise.

The rooms are fine. A bit dated, but currently undergoing renovation. The bigger issue is that, not sure if it's related to the renovation or not, but the hotel key card machine apparently does not work. Since they can't make you a key, an employee has to let you into your room every time you come back in, which was both inconvenient and weird. Normally there is a restaurant, but it is also not available due to the construction. I would not recommend booking this place until renovations are completed

There key machine doesn’t and so they have to get someone to unlock the door every time. And they advertise a bar and restaurant but they were both closed for renovations. This is not what I expected at all for the money I paid. Very disappointing!

Bennie who checked me in was so friendly and nice. Got me into a room early as I had a long flight and I appreciated that so much. The service in the bar area in the evenings given by Mike, were outstanding! He remembered all three of our names and orders for the week were there. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help out.

Business trip with multiple rooms booked. The hotel cancelled half the rooms without notice. When our team checked in they were told they didn't have a room because they were overbooked. Then they said thy had computer error. In an effort to help they made a hotel reservation at another local hotel for one night (not the two nights we needed) which required extra work on our end to cancel that reservation along with trying to find another local hotel.

This place has the worst customer service attitude. We called the front desk to ask for customer services, and the person at the counter literally hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation, and literally rebutted any words we said. I haven't met anyone like this who is totally disrespectful, and ill-equipped to work in any Hospitality industry.

We’ve been staying in a lot of hotels around the Bay Area recently. This one had everything you could want. It was comfortable and clean and had a good TV. The location was convenient and the beds were very comfortable. We considered the price quite reasonable as well.

Large, clean rooms. The VTA tram stop is in walking distance. From there, San Jose Downtown and the business areas in North San Jose are easy to reach. Obvously, the close-by airport is audible, but not massively disturbing.

The hotel property was dated, and someone broke in via the emergency exit into the building. Luckily they didn’t mean anyone harm, but, security wasn’t very interested in responding to the fact that I encountered a person in crisis running at me from an emergency exit.

Room looked clean and staff were friendly but there was so much noise from the paper thin wall I could hear peoples TVs and Alarms going off all night and then homeless people outside the hotel screaming at the top of their longs at night.

Pretty bad area. My car was broken into on their property. Talked to front desk and they didnt care. Didnt offer any kind of assistance. Two nights later the car parked next to me was broken into also. If you can stay somewhere else please do. Will never stay in that area again

Thursday staff at same bar/restaurant was not friendly or welcoming. It was obvious by the crowd in the bar/restaurant (or lack of) both nights! Get rid of the guy on Thursday!! Morning staff was great!

They have very old and flat pillows, our room had no cold water, expected us to change rooms at 1am. My wife’s English muffin had hair on it, staff did not apologize about it and only said that it was not her hair. When we checked out after 1 night only the manager apologized and only gave us free parking and no other discount. Beds are very hard. They claimed they were changing brands which I don’t think is true and only to get out of their very poor service and the staff not apologize to us. Will never stay there again!

We stayed in a suite and it was generously sized and furnished very well. Adding extra ottomans, and laptop friendly side tables, ample charging ports make stays more comfortable. We paid $10 each for breakfast and it was worth it, however their coffee could be better.
