Not close to tower bridge and in an area where there were limited restaurants and no coffee shops. Otherwise, for the money, it this hotel was great. Located in a multicultural area but seemed very safe. We had no problems and buses run regularly.

Not great for many reasons. The name tower bridge is very leading as it’s miles away from tower bridge. Hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, car park was over priced, breakfast was £12 and all came out cold and stale. The room was absolutely freezing and not clean… the air con blew hot and cold with a disgusting smell of stale cigarettes and curry from restaurants along the road which was very intense whilst sleeping. If you opened the window to allow fresh air you got all the noise from the streets and bars. They base themselves in a premier inn type hotel using similar colours etc but it’s miles away from that standard. Staff were friendly but the advert is very misleading to what you actually get.

I genuinely wasnt sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, I had an issue with the water draining in the shower, mentioned it when I left the room for the day and by the time I took a shower the next day it was fixed! I felt very secure and safe, you couldnt even get into reception without a keycard at night and then you needed to scan again to access the rooms area. Would abaolutely stay here again when i'm next in london. Thank you for a relaxed easy trip.

There is a night club that is open till 4am on the weekends which shakes the rooms. DIFFICULT to sleep in! Also, lots of “newcomers” walking around the street mostly men so we didn’t go out at night as much. The hotel and staff itself are in good condition and were very kind. Bathrooms clean and once inside building felt totally safe.

The toilet in the room didnt flush ☹ Aircon didnt work. Bannister down the stairs was wobbling a f was unsafe. No food served only breakfast. The hotel is very basic, definitely not 7.5 🌟

shower drain was blocked, shower bracket for spray head way too high on wall. Bathroom very dirty, including some of the towells. main bedroom area was ok. its easy to be critical. but this are has to be a priority. staff were fine. On a general note , some readily available info in the reception area would have been appreciated RE bus stop locations and destinations (close to hotel), having to ask staff who's english is generally poor is not always a good option. on the positive side the staff we encountered made a good effort to let us in early, before their stated 2 pm threshold. would stay there again provided they cleaned up better...

There were hairs on the beds when arrived but the cleanliness of the rest of it was great. The staff where friendly and welcoming. The cups in the room are very small but we asked for bigger ones and the staff were more than helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. Dont let the area put you off

Nice hotel, clean rooms, large enough. Bed was reasonably comfortable and large. After I got the airconditioning working the climate in the room improved considerably because it was directly above Old Kent Road which is extremely busy at all times. Location of the hotel is pretty far from central London, which in my case was a disadvantage because I visited the West End every day.

The pictures of this property did not show the real hotel. The rooms were not nearly as nice as shown. The ac did not work and we did not get a good sleep, woke up wet with damp sheets. On our last night the staff moved us to another room with working ac. From what we read about this hotel, we thought we were much closer to the Tower bridge. In fact, we had to cab because it was actually 3 miles. We did walk it once but it is a long way for seniors.

Arrived and my booking via Expedia hadn’t been processed, although staff were proactive in solving the issue. No towel was available in my room upon checking in, again easily solved by staff. Most annoyingly the curtains didn’t cover the window which meant it was too light to get a good nights sleep and the A/C was extremely loud! The location is also in the middle of nowhere, a good 20 minutes walk from Elephant & Castle so the hotel name is slightly misleading. I wouldn’t stay again but I suppose you get what you pay for in London (not a lot for £130!)

The location was very convenient for those exploring the city. You can get public transportation from a nearby stop and Line 21 gets you to London Bridge within 10 minutes and is very convenient and from there you can connect to underground metro. The Hotels' family room was very convenient, and it offers 1 double and 3 single bed and is deal for a family with 3 kids. The staff was helpful and the area around the hotel was safe even though it may not look great as the buildings and shops are old and look a bit dated and run down. Overall, my experience was great, and I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for value for the money.

Good area with lots of shops for places to eat. Transport available right outside the property. Staff was fantastic, absolute credit to max who was front of house and helped us out with anything we needed and made our stay in London so much better. All staff lovely and polite. Many thanks

Staying her for Work and I was able to drop by bag off before checking in, and leave it here and collect after finishing on the day I checked out, so made everything very simple. Staff are all extremely friendly on the front desk!

The hotel is situated an awkward distance away from main public transport so required a 23 minute walk from the tube station. When i arrived i was directed to the automatic check in which really removes human interaction. The hotel itself is in a rough state with rooms and communal areas clearly dated. My room itself was poor but what made it worse was the pipe for the sink burst flooding the room and bathroom. I had to text reception for help as the phone didnt work and they werent sure if they could give me another room. Eventually i was moved into another room which was much smaller and appeared to be above a club with the walls vibrating and people yelling all night. After 2 nights i got no sleep and when i asked a member of staff if i could have some form of refund for the experience they laughed and said no no thats the price. Which brings me to the cost. The price of the room is over the top, over £175 a night for this kind of experience was honestly a joke.

The hotel was fine and clean, very accessible to buses and food options. The customer service is terrible, contacted them months ago to ask for early checkin no response back, send them text few weeks before arrival no response, no WhatsApp info so you basically have to call them directly and pay overseas charges. On the day of checkin the lady at reception said, I do see you ask for early checkin, we were not able to respond but that will be extra £60 for 3 hours early checkin. Never I have seen that type of charge just for few hours early.

The property was clean and welcoming. The rooms are serviceable but basic. I requested on my search something close to Southwark . This was a 30 min walk and is on Old Kent Road . Very busy and not an area I would chose again being a women travelling alone

The hotel itself is okay and provided reasonable accommodation. It was vey clean and the staff were ail really nice and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful but not hot and eggs strange neither poached or fried. Very good bus service nearby and taxis regularly pass hotel. It is a shame the area is so shabby and no nice places to have dinner. Overall our stay was good.

This hotel was close to all the main attractions and very close to bus stops. No tube station was close by. Lots of dining options were at hand but most of them were local small businesses. All the staff of the hotel was nice and friendly except one woman receptionist at our check in. She can practice how to smile. Our room was OK but no closet/enough hangers to keep cloths. It was clean & beds were comfortable. Daily housekeeping service. Air conditioning was good. Nice coffee. They gave us a ground floor room. It was terrible that there was no soundproofing at all. All 3 nights we stayed there we couldn't sleep because of the noice of banging doors and cutting noice from the kitchen. We had breakfast one time and it was good.

We had a triple room which was a little snug and fairly basic. Clean enough. Staff not over friendly but okay. Paid for breakfast, big mistake as it was cold and eggs over cooked. Orange and Apple squash not juice.
