Construction inside the facility

The kids were looking forward to the pool, but it’s under renovation. Everything else is very nice. It’s clean, the staff is very friendly. A ton of places to go eat at, even just walking distance. We got two rooms at a great price!

Terrible..entrance almost unavailable… REMOdeling noisy until almost 11:00pm. VERY Disappointed. Will not stay again…Disappointed with EXPEDIA..

The remodeling so there’s some construction going on. But it wasn’t messy. The receptionist the staff was very nice.

I wasn’t ever informed of the hotel being under construction/renovation until I arrived. Had I have known, I wouldn’t have stayed here, especially not at the price I paid, not to mention the issues with the room. The moment I got there and turned on the bathroom lights, a fuse blew. The staff was very nice about it, but it took them awhile to get it fixed because they apparently had to find a key to the room the fuse box was located. That was the main issue other than there being no vending machine or convenience store at the hotel, I assume due to construction. However, there were other little things, like my phone in my room never did end up working, though I said something about it twice, there was an exposed sensor of some sort on the wall, a bedside light was hanging with exposed wires, the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off and the towels smelled like cardboard. They obviously were brand new, but brand new linen should be washed before first use. Overall, not a good stay. You could tell the hotel would be beautiful when finished but I didn’t want to stay while it was being developed. Not pleased.

It’s going to be great but it under construction and a lot of de ris in the halls and around the building….rate should have been discounted

I picked this hotel because it said it had an outdoor pool and pictures of the pool. I get there and you know longer had the pool and there was contraction I was working nights and sleeping during the day so it made it hard to sleep with the house breakfast was good.

The pool is under construction and will be for a long time. They advised us to go to the Baymont down the street but their pool was closed as well. If we would have known this we would of booked a different hotel. It seemed like some people were living there. Which is fine but they allowed their dogs to run off leash. The back of the hotel was a mess with personal grills and trash from the people that we thought were living there. The construction material and dort was everywhere. Other wise nice hotel. Good breakfast buffet and very nice staff.

It is dirty because it is a construction site. The staff are wonderful! Very caring. Very understanding there is a little they can do about the construction noise. I am disappointed that there was not a safe in the room.

Rooms weren’t the cleanest, our sons room was not very clean at all

Loved the older gentleman working in hospitality and overseeing breakfast. Such a nice guy and made me feel very welcome. Dining area was clean. Food was good and hot.

The reception desk person was not welcoming. She was more interested in eating her pizza than waiting on customers. We arrived at 4:30 and rooms were not ready until 7:30. Rooms were not thoroughly clean. Bar soap left on floor in bathroom and sticky substance on tables.

Construction both inside and outside of building and no warning as to the condition. Hotel room wasn't fully cleaned. Previous renter's food was left in the fridge. Staff member that checked me in didn't do it properly so they couldn't check me out when I left at 7am. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel and will not recommend or stay at another fairfield or marriott associated hotel again.

The air was turned off in the room so everything was damp and smelled. The hot tub was closed for maintenance and many doors were boken. The breakfast was really good and super friendly staff!

Construction and loud noises everywhere, no power when going in to room. Staff contacted maintenance whom rectified. Reception changed room and it was satisfactory.

Ashley was there when we checked in and out. She was very informative as well as warm and friendly.
