We just stayed for one night before a flight home. It was so close to the airport and the provided shuttle that ran 24/7 was great!! The pool looked amazing but we didn’t have time to use it. There is a restaurant in the hotel which was convenient. They also had laundry rooms with free soap available. That is very nice!

Free shuttle to beach was advertised but staff told me there was no free shuttle and to take a cab Extra service charge was added . No milk for.the coffee i was told to get it myself from the cafeteria. Pool was dirty and spa was cold .

Parfait pour une nuit avant la fin des vacances. La seule chose : la piscine était beaucoup beaucoup trop chaude et l'eau ne sentait pas bonne. Nous avons eu de petits boutons sur la peau quelques minutes après la baignade. Nous nous sommes donc rafraîchit avec la douche extérieure. Le jardin est magnifique et il y a plusieurs chaises longues autour de la piscine. Le lobby est superbe et permet de s'installer à divers endroits pour jouer à des jeux de société. Les lits sont confortables. Bien qu'il n'y ait vraiment aucune ambiance agréable au restaurant, la nourriture y est excellente.

This property seemed nice at first until you walk into the room. Not only was the lock on the door completely broken but the sheets on the bed had not been changed, they hadn’t cleaned off any surfaces, there was pubic hair all in the shower, on top of the comforter, and on the counters. The only reason we didn’t change hotels was because it was 2:30 am when we got there. We tried 2 different rooms and the next room was even worse! Wouldn’t recommend for anyone to stay here!

Room was not clean- there were open Gatorade bottles on the desk, a bar of used soap on the shower, and a travel sized lotion half empty. The room was super hot and the thermostat was not working properly. It was cooler in the hallway. Notified staff about the air and they came up and saw it was not working and then left. Never heard back from them, but some time through the night it came on. There were breaks in the door frame of the actual room door-you could tell it was broken into and then just nailed and screwed back in place. For $125 / night, it was not even subpar, and especially because it was a branded name hotel.

The scent in the hallways was awful. Chemical and overwhelming. Horrible. WHY? Use natural defusers but not the chemical stuff. Awful I understand this is a problem at many Marriott properties.

The hotel was clean and staff were very attentive and helpful. The floors/halls when you walk to your room have a strong smell of wet dog. It's strong and unpleasant. Only good thing is that you can't smell it once you walk into you're room.

The hot water wasn’t hot, at best it was warm. We were on the ground floor and it was extremely noisy with children running up and down and screaming at 1.30 am. We asked for a wake up call as we had to be at the airport for 5.00 but we didn’t get it. Otherwise the hotel itself was very clean and the staff were accommodating.

This Courtyard is a very nice property, a few notches above your typical Courtyard product. As in other places its site is partnered with a Fairfield Inn, and together they surround a beautiful swimming pool area. Despite its location very near Cancun Airport, the rooms are extremely quiet. The restaurant is very nice, serving Bkfst Lunch and Dinner, and includes both a buffet and ala carte menu option for breakfast. I chose it to wind up a long Riviera Maya vacation because of a morning flight departure and used the reliable free shuttle. Excellent property!

Great hotel near the airport but waited over an hour at the airport for the shuttle. Need to have more frequent shuttle trips or risk losing business to other nearby hotels. Very good dinner with 2 for 1 happy hour beers and great service.

Room was good but showing some wear and tear. We arrived too late for the restaurant but were told we could do room service. Called down multiple times but no one answered the phone. Tried via the front counter staff but they did not get through either. Ended up going down in person to order food. The next day my husband suffered a serious eye problem and front staff did nothing to help us find a doctor, so we ended up figuring it out on our own. Cudos to restaurant staff and cleaners who were all wonderful.

the van was supposed to be at position #26 at 15:30 - It never came. thankfully after all the other Mexican information reps standing around could not give me any answer, just refused to help one young person Gloria realized my concern and called the hotel, which informed her that the van will be there in 5-10 minutes. 3/4 hour later it finally showed. The driver was uprupt, although I asked him in Spanish. He just could not care. I was advised by the front desk the day I checked in that the shuttle run every 1/2 hour on the hour etc. the following Leaving the hotel the following morning one couple and I were at the exit at 6:45 for the 7 o’clock van. No van by 7:45 yet. A van was there for pick up for 2 UAL pilots and there permitted for the driver to take us 3 persons to the terminal too. So my assumption is that the transportation leaves a lot to be desired. Would never stay there again.

We tryyed to get the shuttle for three hours and gave up went to another hotel completely incompetence on their part. I called every 30 to 45 min and they kept telling me 30 min and never showed up

Well the shuttle never arrived at the airport so we paid to take a taxi when we told the front desk at checkin they didn’t care. Room service messed up our order twice. So room was great, clean but service definitely was lacking!

Confirm shuttle contact number at hotel is functioning. Shuttle cannot be arranged until after going through customs and picking up luggage. This can take a long time at Cancún Airport, (in excess of 2 hours on two occasions in Feb and March 2024). No one answered at the Marriot Courtyard Hotel to arrange a shuttle pick up. Eventually got a local to help.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto y ofrecen traslado gratuito las 24 hrs cada media hora del hotel al aeropuerto y viceversa por lo que es muy conveniente quedarte ahí si tu vuelo sale muy temprano sin embargo caminando no hay lugares tan cercanos para comer y los costos de comida ahí son un poco caros.

Cuartos y la cama están bien y limpios pero el desayuno muy malo, es grasiento, las opciones de buffet sabe a comida falsa no casera y las opciones de frutas son muy pocas y la estación de huevo no se ve muy limpia . El área de desayuno necesita remodelación es muy viejo. El personal es amable y servicial y el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto excelente y eficiente.

Excellent staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. The shower had limited water, as several holes in the shower head were plugged, and other half plug, resulting in water jets going astray. Buffet breakfast was plentiful, but some of the food was vnot warm enough.
