We had a very nice room,hot tub was great and breakfast was good too. Would stay there again.

The hotel was in good condition and had a good location for where we needed to be. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Parking was a bit tricky but that is because many spots were covered by the new snow and several cars were taking up more than one spot.

Nothing unique. Price high for location and very basic of rooms. Not worth the price. A group of 9 teenage boys were doing cannonballs into the pool all at once which made it unsafe and unusable for younger children. We chose hotel because it had a pool but then were unable to enjoy it.

Elevator was broke so used stairs at the end of the hall to get to top floor. Towels were laying at the bottom of the stairs when we arrived Friday night - they were still there when we left on Sunday. Room was very clean; however, only enough to make one cup of coffee and no one replenished the coffee for Sunday morning. Coffee was available downstairs.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Hot tub and pool extremely clean and excellent breakfast.

The hotel was packed with students and parents attending an event. The hotel staff graciously opened breakfast early on a Saturday to accommodate the many families who had to checkout by 7 am. Also, the hot tub was the perfect temperature.

Clean, good amenities, easy to get to. The pool area was clean, fitness room hit the basics, the breakfast was good. They could do a little better on the disposable plastics. There was a bit much (plastic utensils, coffee creamers, etc) and room for more improvement.

Nice lobby, good breakfast, staff was nice & helpful at the front desk, bathroom was little dirty in the shower along with the vent above the shower looking like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages and the shower curtain would get soaked and get the bathroom floor very wet when taking shower also had a tiny bit of toilet paper on the roll left in the bathroom with no extra toilet paper in bathroom when arriving and I asked for extra towels and pillows before arriving and this was not done. The pool area was also pretty unclean in the hot tub and the pool was freezing cold. Over all, it wasn’t a bad stay just probably wouldn’t stay again.

Kind of a sketchy area. Bathroom counter was FULL of black hairs. Bathroom wasn’t very clean, bathroom floor was wet and black hairs everywhere. Didn’t feel very comfortable in the room after seeing that.

Just a bad stay. Got to our room, the door was already open, looked like someone had sat on the bed already, the heat was on in the middle of August with dirt, debris and dust bunnies all over the floor in front of heater. We asked to switch rooms because that is a little uncomfortable and eery. All we got at the front desk was excuses and reasons why these things happened. We didnt get any empathy or an apology until I asked if we were going to get one. He said he is not supposed to change reservations but will under these circumstances. I mean I didnt need to know anything of what he said quite frankly. Just "I'm so sorry about that, would you like another room?" would've worked just fine. He literally said "housekeeper always leaves rooms open, she's famous for it and he needs to talk to his manager. Also maintenance was in there fixing the air conditioner, so he must've left it on heat and thats why the debris is on the floor. Also the maintenance guy probably was the one who sat on the bed." So I didnt need excuses or justified reasons. Just apologize and move me. Yeah, we wont be staying anywhere near there again.

1) I was surprised with the general class of guests considering the cost/room. An unusual number of laborers. 2) Found a bedbug crawling on the comforter. The manager was insistant it wasn't a bedbug although it was identical to photos on internet. They did clean the room but count me out as a repeat guest.

Hotel was okay. We rented three rooms. Two rooms seemed clean but ours had a cigarette bud and crumbs on the floor and a very sticky nightstand… we got there late and tired and the hotel was booked out so we just cleaned it all up and admittedly didn’t even go complain to the desk. Breakfast and everything else was decent. I hope this was a one time accident but it probably isn’t. I mean, how could you not see a cigarette bud on the floor… hard to oversee the cleanliness and be satisfied.

There was cockroaches inside the room. Inside the fridge was never cleaned

THE BATHTUB WAS NOT CLEANED. THE EVENING DESK PERSON HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This hotel is a top notch place to stay! The rooms were very clean and up-to-date! It even had a nice clean, smell to it! I would highly recommend this place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There was gum in the sheets and then they said there was no cleaning service so they just gave us sheets. Then when we went to the bathroom, there were absolutely no towels in the bathroom. Not quite sure what the cleaning service is doing there.

This location was convenient to a hospital. Water pressure was not good. so it took a long

WiFi connection is absolutely atrocious. Netflix hardly worked at all, and simple tasks online were slow and buffering constantly. If you travel for work, the place is just fine. It’s clean, decent access to restaurants and other items needed including an Anytime. But the WiFi was so so so bad.

Room was spacious, updated and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

It was very loud, as the hotel is in close proximity to the train. Additionally, the hotel has little sound proofing, as I heard everything going on around me. It was very clean.

Nice property. Room was large and clean. Breakfast choices were good and the area was well kept. Shower head had very little pressure.

The hotel wasn’t bad but our room wasn’t very clean we found notes from the last occupants kids on the floor. The room was not very clean. The outside doors lock at 10 but no one was at the desk to answer my call to be let in after I ran to the car without a key just before 10. The WiFi was unusable being slower than the 1 bar of cell service we had. It’s not in the best are and the drug addicts that were passed out in the corner wasn’t a good site. Breakfast was ok at best.

We loved our stay here. Large rooms, very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Staff was above and beyond and totally helpful. Room was really clean The only complaint I have is the internet was awful for all 5 days I was there. Never worked right on three different devices I had. Also the water pressure was bad.

Problem with the water input to the toilet. Low pressure. Toilet clogged up.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware before booking here. From the moment we arrived, the experience was underwhelming. The hotel had an unpleasant, musty odor that hit us as soon as we walked in. Our room felt damp and was clearly not cleaned thoroughly—definitely not what you’d expect for the rate they charge. The entire building appears stuck in the early ’90s, with no visible updates. Most of the “repairs” and upgrades seemed like quick, low-cost landlord specials. Customer service was also a major issue. The front desk employee was on the phone when we arrived and didn’t so much as offer a glance or simple greeting to acknowledge us. He was speaking rudely and passive-aggressively to whoever was on the line, and unfortunately, that same attitude carried over when it was our turn. I was given a condescending lecture about having “too many kids” for the room—even though I only had three young children under the age of 9. He said he’d “let it slide this time” and made it clear I was “lucky” he didn’t cancel my reservation on the spot. It felt unprofessional and borderline hostile. For what they charge, the level of hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort falls far below expectations. This place is in serious need of renovation, better housekeeping, and above all, basic customer service training. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Asked for towels to be brought to the room and was told “You can come and get them yourself”. It was said in a condescending tone and wasn’t appreciated.

Everytime that we left the hotel we either got locked out because of the key card not working and they lock the door after hours there was no one available to let us in at the desk or could not get back into the room because the key card would not work

We were very impressed with the property and cleanliness overall. The most impressive was the friendliness of the front desk help of Pam! She treated us very kindly and went above & beyond to take care of our needs.

Staff gave excellent service!

Very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us a 1pm late check out with no problem. Breakfast area was clean and always stocked. The ladies running the front desk were so nice.

Staff was so bad they doubled charged me card and then don’t want to fix it

I stayed at this same hotel a week prior and haven’t slept so good in a long time. The front desk clerk remembered me and was very friendly. He overheard my son asking me about the pool hours and offered extended pool hours because of my late check in. He also gave information about what was available for food and the hotel was in close proximity to stores for things that I needed for my stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends who ask where to stay in this city.

I booked and even called the hotel directly regarding a room with a hot tub. When I got there, I did not get the hot tub. This was a special trip and I was very disappointed.!!! the desk clerk just said to me well you dealt with hotels.com. That’s not our problem.

One of our key cards wasn’t working but front desk got it sorted out very quickly. Great room and amazing customer service. Breakfast was excellent for hotel standards.

Because of local road construction, its a little tricky getting to the parking lot.

I was confused by the GPS getting to the property, especially when it directed me down a deadend street in what looked like a neighborhood. May that's because Hwy 10 was under construction?

The hotel staff and hotel was great. No complaints except for location. It is intermingled with a housing edition and with that being said vehicle vandalism and if you leave your car unlocked for a minute it will be ransacked and any personal belongs will be gone. They even have a sign in the hotel regarding it. Enough for me to not stay there again and yes my car was a victim to it.

Breakfast was average selection and bread items were on the hard stalw side.

We were just passing through the area so we didn’t need much and wanted a hot breakfast included. This was a bit of a miss. The fridge was leaking all over the floor because the whole inside was iced over and the tv remote didn’t work at all so we had to push the buttons directly on the tv. I fixed the fridge and cleaned up the water and my daughter and I took turns getting up and changing the channels and adjusting the volume, so we managed. Breakfast was fine—they had biscuits and gravy and waffles. This didn’t affect my rating, but I do prefer more hot protein options like sausage or eggs.

The breakfast was great! Very quiet, and all staff were very accommodating.

The state was nice but the breakfast was only fair in the morning. It would be nice if there was a choice with some protein rather than just biscuits and waffles. Maybe a pan of scrambled eggs would have been helpful!
