The rooms need to be updated and fixed in a few areas. Otherwise it was a very polite and welcoming place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast has a lot of choices. The pool was nice but could be a little bigger for the size of hotel it is. Over all it was a nice stay.

First there was a smell in the room, the rug was dirty ,there was a water roof leak and it was not raining. The table between the beds was very dirty. One of my worst stays.

Stains on carpet in hallways and rooms. Lights out in hallways. Door to room dirty. Never emailed bill. Only stayed two nights. Couldn’t refund for third night I prepaid for. No reason why. Had to call and get bill. Front desk clerk was always sitting in lobby on phone whenever we walked in or out.

Convenient shopping and dining. Easy drive to UNL. Courteous staff. Hot tub spa and pool of typical size. Above average breakfast selection. Enough room space to spread out. Bathroom fan also a plus. Room furniture and carpet noticeably but not terribly knicked and stained. I'd stay again. Great place to stay for the price.

The toilet paper and tissues are of the lowest quality possible. The guide on the tv did not work and neither did the closed captions. However, Lots of sports channels if you like that. The pool was only 4 ft deep at the deepest but it was perfect for playing with my granddaughter

Our room was directly across the hall from an ice machine which was right in the hall, not in a small side room. So it was 3 feet from our door, which woke us all night every time anyone got ice. In addition, the machine was very noisy even when no one was getting ice. The bathroom door in our room didn’t close all the way. It had expanded due to humidity or something, and we had to shove it closed just to wedge it enough to stay. But this was extremely noisy, which woke everyone up in the night and early morning when it was used. Behind the curtain on the window ledge was a coffee cup with some coffee in it along with a spill on the ledge. This cup was not from us, but a previous room occupant, which means the room wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly. If they had cleaned properly they never would have missed this! The sofa bed was very poor quality. Very thin mattress, and when fully opened, the mattress remained on a slight incline. This made it challenging to get comfortable or any decent sleep.

The people were very friendly and the place was clean however every time we came back to the room our key wouldn't work and we would have to go back down and get a new one! Also the breakfast wasn't very good the hot food was kinda cold and bacon wasn't cooked very good.

The rooms were a great price and were about what we expected for the price. The rooms seemed clean, but had places where the paint was chipped off. Just looked old and run down. The breakfast was average, but all the tables were dirty when we came down and did not get cleaned off the entire time we were down there. Safety was a concern. When are key cards would not work on our door, the person at the desk issued us new cards without checking our identity. Everyone who worked there that we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Didnt like the staff. They were not customer friendly and didnt seem to how to do there job. Out of 5 rooms reserved they put one party in someone else's room and then they booked someone in there room after getting the problem fixed. The other guest couldnt use the shower on the last day cause the head fell off. The breakfast was cold and they ran out of sausage and eggs often. I would not recommend anyone staying there

We stayed here for 3 nights visiting our Granddaughter at NE Wesleyan. I was a good choice as it was a quick drive to her dorm and other places that we wanted to drive to. The rooms are very relaxing as they have 2 chairs and a couch to sit on. They beds were comfortable so we got a good night's sleep each night. It is a very quite area, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly. We didn't have any issues that we needed help with.

The water in the hot tub was cold. The orange juice dispenser was not working at breakfast. Had to wait for coffee, milk, English muffins to all be replenish before we could have breakfast.

Check in was smooth, and easy. Staff was welcoming. There was a mystery substance that was once dripping but since dried in the wall. The toilet seat had a couple melted spots, that was questionable. The beds were firm, and by that I mean hard as a rock. The pool area was clean. My granddaughters loved swimming. Breakfast was delicious!
