Upon arriving at check-in i was informed that the elevator was broken so I'd have to haul my things up the stairs. It was ok but I had some heavy things. Then I noticed that others thungs were in disrepair, the pool was closed and filled with green water, there was a pole in the pool area holding up a beam in the ceiling which would explain the bump in the entryway into my room. I'm not sure it was structurally safe/sound. The soda and ice machines were broken as well.

DJ was very welcoming at check-in, which set a positive tone for our stay. The location was ideal for our needs, and the room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy at a reasonable rate. Although the pool was out of service, we had a full schedule and didn’t find it to be an issue. One suggestion for improvement would be to rotate the cereal options at breakfast to provide more variety for guests. Additionally, repainting the parking lot lines would enhance overall convenience. The elevator didn’t work. The floor in our room was dirty. There was trash under the nightstand that I noticed when I had dropped something and bent down to pick it up. The parking lot had a lot of potholes.

The indoor pool was unavailable for use in early September. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of options, however, was the same each day ( could be good or bad, depending on your preferences). Personnel were cordial, rooms clean, ammenities adequate. Sidewalk at entrance was uneven. Parking was free and appeared to be sifficient

Our king suite was comfortable and it was nice to have a separate seating area with a couch. There were a few maintenance issues, elevator was out of order, pool was empty, shower head had some buildup causing it to spray at wild angles, that kind of thing. But it was fine for the price for a stopover on a long drive. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Went to my room and it was hot and humid. Checked the air and it was blowing warm air. Went to the desk and was told that the air conditioners there take a while to cool the room down. It was running when I got there. He agreed to give me another room. I couldn't even begin to explain the smell in this one. I have pics. The vent in the bathroom was filthy, the curtains were ragged on the bottom and they were dirty. The carpet was stained and dirty. The bedspread was dirty. There was water in the coffee maker. I have no idea how long that had been in there, There was dust on every thing above eye level. The pool was closed. Everything seemed to be on the cheap. This is the only chain of hotels I like to stay in, I was so disappointed.

Room had bad cigaret smoking smell even though the hotel is non-smoking, the bottom of white window drapes black with dirt (mold?). The whole building didn’t seem to have been maintained well. When asked for a late checkout by just 30 min (we checked in around 10 pm the night before), the front desk person said it would be an additional charge which was 50% of the room rate we had paid for the night!

We stayed in a pet friendly room with our cat. The room was filthy with dog hair all over and in the bed sheets. We requested new sheets which were also dirty. My daughter spent 20 min with a lint roller cleaning! We woke up the next morning and all our stuff was wet. Water from a storm had leaked in and everything on the floor was soaked.

We checked into the first room and there was stains all over the bedding and the carpet was very dirty. Asked for a second room, we got one and that room was worse. Hair all over in the bed sheets. Yellow stains on the comforter. Stains on the pillow case. Asked for a refund very politely as we knew it was not the front desks fault for the dirty room. We did not get a refund and he just checked us out of the room. So we were there for 45min and paid $185

It was 100°+ outside and when we checked in our room was 76°. I don’t think it ever really cooled off, but it did cool down from 76°. The seal in the window wasn’t in top shape because there was a small wind gap coming through which didn’t help with the temps and in turn made a whistling sound all night while we were trying to sleep. Also, I know the property can’t necessarily dictate what others do, but the floor our room was on absolutely reeked of marijuana, made worse if we turned on the fan in the bathroom. We stayed at the Hampton Inn next door last summer- do yourself a favor and look into that property for your travel needs by the Lincoln airport.

Checkin was fast and easy. The lady at the desk was friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not great. Only real negative was the elevator not working and our room was on the second floor. We are an older couple that has some difficulty climbing stairs. Would have been nice to have help available to help people like us with our luggage.

The Comfort Inn was perfect for our needs. It was safe, quiet and lots of parking. The checkin process was efficient and the staff was friendly. Our room was perfectly located on the 1st floor for my aging parent. We look forward to a good nights rest after a long drive and looking forward to breakfast in the morning.

Well, I booked an upgraded suite for my son on his solo road trip home. He got a surprise guest - a ball python snake (no kidding!!) greeted him in his room. He was calmer than 95% of guests would have been when he showed the video of the snake in his room to the front desk. He was given another room & told to talk to management in the morning about a refund. An OK response, given they could not have predicted the snake, but also not outstanding customer service. I did all the work to get a refund since I booked thru Hotels.com and hotel confirmed the refund.

The room bedside, corner and TV tables were not cleaned had sticky residue and crumbs on surface. The bath counter had hair on surface, the floor had dusty footprints.Front desk scolded us for having a trailer stating it is on website no trailers allowed. Booked through Expedia and found no reference other than free parking. 3 other trailers in lot, when we arrived. Interstate travelers often do need space to park a trailer! Definitely won't stay again or recommend. Usually stay at Best Western in Lincoln where we get a clean room and are welcomed with our trailer, they had no rooms.

This property is dated and when I checked in the gentleman was not overly friendly. I asked if he had my rewards info and he said since I booked through Travelocity I couldn't use my rewards info. I have stayed at many properties including Choice on our recent trip and have never been told this. I saw a sign on the pool door indicating it was closed and I asked if it was just for the night. He rudely asked where I saw that a pool was open. I said I didn't that I just saw the sign on the door. It wasn't a great experience.

I brought dinner back to my room from a downtown restaurant and enjoyed a quiet evening watching TV. This is the second Comfort Inn I've stayed in the past two weeks, and find the beds very comfortable, the rooms quiet. Four fluffy pillows per bed, plush bath towels. The thermostat was easy to control and I kept the bathroom light/blower on all night, too, to assist in white noise. I slept great. The breakfast offered both hot and cold food items. There's a McDonalds one block away.

The room was fair. Curtains with large major stains. We booked Mai Lu for the pool and prior excellent experiences with comfort inn but unfortunately it was not available for use. The breakfast was very bad. The eggs were tasteless and the sausage horrible. Coffee tasted like water. Fortunately there was cereal with milk. The orange juice seemed watered down. Outside the main door was an unhoused gentleman with his dog arguing to someone on the phone and in the lot adjacent was a motor home with other unhoused individuals. The bed was comfortable and sheets appeared clean. The electrical outlets would not hold the plugs to my accessories an and devices. The face plate that covered the electrical outlet was too small for the area cut for outlet exposing the outlet. charging ports were not working Would not recommend this facility.

The I-80 Comfort Inn will be our new stay over hotel when traveling to see relatives in CO. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable. It was quiet as well. No interstate road noise could be heard in our room. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and coffee cake. Other selections were available as well. The I-80 Comfort Inn was easily accessible from the interstate and allowed for an easy way back onto the interstate. The hotel was pet friendly as well. Great place to stay.
