I was very pleased with the hotel stay, however....getting to the hotel from the airport was a nightmare. It took almost 2 hours and 7 phone calls(majority of the calls went into a hold pattern). My initial communication, the person was extremely rude. Directions should have been clearer before arriving.

This hotel was quiet, breakfast was good and it’s in a location that is easy to get to all the shopping areas. The shuttle took quite a while to pick us up from the airport - approximately 1.5 hrs. Aside from that, it was great! Would recommend

About 1/3 of the parking lot was full of the hotel’s renovation storage containers. Myself and other customers had to parked across the street in the shopping mall’s parking lot. I was concerned with security for my care.

Roomed smelled terrible like dirty wet socks. Did not take my shoes off as I did not wa t to touch the floor. Way to far from the airport. Reviews were false. No restaurant. Never stay here!! Room next door played a game on their phone until after midnight and I could hear it beeping in my room.

The rooms were ok. Bathrooms definitely needed to be updated. The tub had paint coming off and looked awful. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It wasn’t worth the money we paid. I was surprised this was a Hampton Inn. They are usually kept up better.

There was huge water spot on the ceiling in my bathroom and it was obvious there was leak from the ceiling that caused a lot of Build in the tub… the tub also Needs replacing… the shower curtain was wrinkled and the bed skirt had lots of Stains… if I wasn’t so exhausted and injured would have changed rooms. Convenient to the airport. Good enough for a one night stay would not book for any longer. Room a bit musty bathroom needed a deep cleaning and update. Mildew in ever corner and wall paper peeling.

The dirtiest hotel I have stayed at. The room smelled like humidity and looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. The bedsheets were smelly and dirty as well. The person from the front desk was nice and caring when I requested the bedsheets to be replaced. It is a poorly maintained hotel which is seriously in need of a major renovation.

The bed was comfortable and the room was much cleaner than the common areas. The lobby and eating areas were dirty. Old chairs in the sitting area that weren’t clean and tables weren’t clean. There were plates with food and used towels by the pool for an entire day. All around dirty.

We stayed here for 4 days for work but there was a bad storm before we got here. One half of the building was flooded out so there was a lot of work being done. With that being said, we never heard them when we were in our room so it didn't bother us. What was extremely irritating was that the internet didn't work on the 5th floor but it worked on the first floor. I was hoping the breakfast made up for the issues, but it didn't. We ended up getting breakfast next door.

Elizabeth was very accommodating when we asked to leave our luggage since we just got out of the cruise ship and it’s too early to check in. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were enough towels and toiletries are well provided from shampoo, conditioner, body washed and body lotion. There was even towels provided for swimming. There was a laundry area where in you have to pay $3.00 per load. There was plenty of options for a hot breakfast, the best so far. The shuttle service was reliable and the driver was making sure that he has his passengers and was always on time. The airport was just 20 minutes away and also the cruise ports are close by. There were restaurants and fast food chains that surround the hotel I highly recommend this one.

Front desk very friendly. Easy check in and shuttle scheduling. Pool area nice and clean. Only complaint is the walls are thin- I could hear the tv next door all night which kept me up at times. They’re remodeling so there’s construction but my floor smelled great as it seemed there was new carpet and wallpaper. I’d stay here again

I selected this hotel because of free parking, free breakfast & free airport shuttle bus. Parking was great! Lots of spots around the building. During rush hour traffic, it's a bit tricky to turn Left out of the parking lot. Honestly, you'll just have to force yourself into that traffic. Placing a reservation slot for the airport shuttle bus was very easy. Alejandro checked us in & placed that reservation slot. He was pleasant throughout the visit. Hiltons welcome bag (bottled waters) came in handy because Florida heat is no joke. They also have water jug stations in the lobby for water refill. It'd be a classy touch if limes or lemons or other fruit were added. I read previous reviews that breakfast was not good. I thought to myself "it cant be THAT bad". Well, I'll say it's not good but decent. Tje scrambled eggs seem to be originally in powder form. You can tell because they're not fluffy. Its small & deflated. But they dod have 2 types of waffle makers which is good. I would recommend placing a wastebasket near so guests can throw away the used cup. Guests, including myself just placed the used cup on the counter; it was getting pretty messy. There's a good amount of places to sit, including outside near the pool. My bed wasn't the greatest but do-able for 1 night, maybe 2. I would also recommend the person checking you into the hotel NOT say out loud your riom number, like mine did. It's a safety issue. Overall, i would stay again.

Expedia screwed up and never made the reservation. I was charged for the room, received receipt and confirmation but booking was never actually completed on Expedia’s end. The clerk at the desk was dismissive and a bit rude while we were trying to straighten things out. If a different employee didn’t get involved I’m not sure it would have ever been resolved.

After I made this reservation through Expedia and called the hotel front desk, I was misinformed and told the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise line dock would be free. When confirming my reservation on a second call to the front desk on a different day, I was again informed that the transfer to the dock would be free. When I checked in, I was informed that the cost is $30. Not a lot of money, but communicating incorrect information is very disappointing.

The hotel accommodations was satisfactory. My complaint however is with the shuttle service from the airport. My family and I had to wait over 2 hours for the shuttle despite calling the hotel at least 3 times and being told the bus was on its way. Every other hotel shuttle appeared many times but Hampton shuttle was not timely sent.We did not arrive to the hotel until after 9pm.

Veronica went out of her way to help us with our travel accommodations and even their General Manager Jose touched based with us personally to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean as was the pool. Many amazing dining options within walking distance.

My trip got off to a rough start... I checked in at 11pm just to find out they gave my room away.. They finally gave me a new room (409) and when I went up to it, someone was in it.. so I went back down and was assigned a new room. When I was headed to my room, there was a man that followed me onto the elevator and said he was on 6.. He then proceeded to get off on my floor (3), which left me feeling VERY uneasy. I had to confront him and tell him to get back on the elevator.. After I got to my room I called the front desk to see if they recognized the guy but they did not. I told the front desk my experience and that I really didn't feel comfortable staying there the additional 2 days I had booked. The front desk said they would do a security walk (don't actually know if they did or not) reassured me that in the morning I could talk to the GM and receive compensation. All she did was apologize for my experience and offer me Hilton points.... I paid $400 to feel scared the entire time that they just let anyone into the hotel and give room keys away to your room... Oh and in the morning, I got to listen to construction workers talking inappropriately about women over breakfast... Needless to say I got very little rest (sleeping with 1 eye open and blocking the door with a chair). I WILL NOT be staying here ever again and DO NOT recommend you stay here either (especially if you are a woman traveling alone...)

Hotel looks exactly as pictured. I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and updated. Hotel was also 10 mins away from the airport which was super convenient for me. I would definitely stay again. Didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast or the pool.

Even though this property is listed as Airport West, it is a lot farther than we initially thought. The reason is because you have to drive around the entire massive MIA airport to reach the hotel. It was an uneventful stay for just one night prior to embarking on a cruise ship. There were a few local restaurants within walking distance as we had no transportation. Also purchased a few essentials for our cruise at a nearby convenience store.
