Elevators were not working during our stay and they didn't have employees to help with luggage to take the stairs. So sad for my parents to carry their heavy luggage up to their room.

Rummet var bra, hotellet hade ett jättefint poolområde som var väldigt väl isolerat från stadens buller. Enda anmärkningarna: Belysningen i rummet var undermålig eftersom det inte fanns några nattlampor. Det fanns heller inget kylskåp. La ubicación de hoteles.com no corresponde con la del hotel, la recepcionista no muy amable, me querían cobrar un huésped adicional porque lo que para hoteles.com es un niño, para ellos era adulto, el servicio de alberca no incluye; es la primera vez que me toca pagarlo como un extra! Los cargos adicionales que hoteles.com indicó que pagaría en el establecimiento no correspondieron con lo que me cobraron. Olvidé un artículo y prácticamente me fue imposible recuperarlo. When checking it. It was great welcome and thought it was going to be an amazing hotel. The lady who helped us check it was awesome and the lady who show us how to get a tour. Was also amazing. Now on to the room. It was average. The net worked one day and after that. It did not work for the remaining trip. It was raining mostly while there. It was a leak in the bathroom ceiling through the light fixture. Which we found to be unsafe. The shower was bipolar. It would start hot and which to cold and then turn extreme hot. When we left the room to go out. We can back to no clean towels. We had to leave notes every time we left the room. So our housekeeper would give us clean towels. (It was more on the list than just towels.) So one morning we woke up to a big flood in the room. The rain had made its way into the room. We did our best to clean it up. So back to the net for a second. So we couldn’t watch Netflix on the tv. Because the signal wouldn’t work. Signal wasn’t even good in the lobby after the first day. … So there are three restaurants in the hotel. Only ate at two. The sports bar one was great and the breakfast one was good. They are and were very friendly. But overall from my experience. I will not be returning and I really did like the staff at the front desk.

Tout les aires publiques, piscine, salle à dîner, hall sont impeccables. La chambre était propre mais l’odeur des produits utilisés nous montait au nez et ne couvrait pas l’odeur de moisi. Pas de ventilation, pas de possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres seulement la climatisation. Nous aurions changé d’hôtel si nous avions à passer une nuit de plus.

My stay was excellent. The Staffs are great really helpful. I really like the pool area. It is very nice. Wasn’t too crowded. The hotel actually looks better in person. Rooms are nice and clean only thing the water sometimes will fluctuate from hot to cold. Check in process was really fast and check out. I can honestly say that I would return if In Cancun, the marina mall was five minutes away by car. My experience at the oasis honestly was great. I would say they could’ve had more options for breakfast.

Poor water pressure. Inconsistent availability of hot water and wifi. Unfunctional gym equipment. Nice and calm pool area. Staff are mostly very nice. Area is not pretty but there are many convenient stores restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Property needs a face lift but I would still come back.

Receptionen area was nice and fresh but the rooms reflected something from the 80s, old, not fresh and smelled old. On top of that we got a room towards the road and it basically felt like we where sleeping on the road!

Me encanto la variedad de piscinas en la propiedad, sin duda una joya escondida a plena vista en el centro de la ciudad, tiene fácil acceso para transporte y está cerca de bancos y otros puntos perfectos para recorrer la ciudad; de igual forma el restaurante Bites para desayuno bufet tiene amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos y la atención de los meseros es excelente. Lo que me gustaría que mejoraran es que las habitaciones son un poco obscuras y la lámpara principal no funcionaba lo que no ayudaba a la iluminación nocturna igualmente tuve que ajustar el wifi en la TV porque no funcionaba y no hay guía de canales visible entonces en los canales de la TV nos perdíamos y preferimos usar las aplicaciones de streaming. Fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente

The ladys from the front desk are awesome. Wendy and Nash, very friendlys and eager to help. In the restaurant you jave to beg for someone to offer you coffee. The rooms in Smart are VERY noisys. So i had to ask for an uograde to Oh! Cancun.

The property is in downtown Cancun so accessible. the staff here is super rigid to accommodate anything. Any small request you make is not accommodated by the staff. The breakfast options are super limited and is very crowded unless you make an upgrade. There is no ramp to get your stroller up while entering the hotel. I'd avoid staying here again.

Great hotel in the centro area of Cancun. If you like to find good Mexican restaurants and like less gringo resort and more mexico this is a great place to stay. Very nice pool. Easy to get back and forth to the hotel zone if you want. Enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed a one week in this hotel,every thing was great, the only thing some time you have to wait to have a table in the breakfast area, otherwise the service was great , very professional helpful polite and cooperative team. defiantly I recommend it for travelers who are looking for conevience place to stay in Cancun downtown.

The property has to IMPROVE on MORNING BREAKFAST. I stayed for 5 days and ended up waiting for 30 min-45 min for basic amenities BREAD & essential items for breakfast. This delayed my entire planning. If I had to stay again, I will think or change to a different hotel because of Breakfast Buffet DELAYED service.
