Quick one night stay. Clean room. Staff was very friendly and accomodated a late check out for me. The key card scanner on one side of the building was not working which was a little inconvenient because my room was right next to that entrance, and I had to walk around to the main entrance after parking on that side and realizing it wasn't working. Staff just said it was messed up. The room could also do with a full-size mirror, there is plenty of wall space for one. I was in town for a wedding and only had the bathroom mirror to use. My mother also complained that the lighting was terrible for her applying makeup lol.

The staff was extremely pleasant and kind. I can’t say enough about how great they were. The hotel was under construction so lots of noise. You had to walk your bags across the parking lot since you could not access the front door well. The toilet did not flush properly (a few times not at all). The cable was sports or news, no channels to watch. The breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfast I have seen. I ate elsewhere. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

The front entry was under remodel so we had to come in the side door which was a minor inconvenience at check-in. That aside, the place was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was fair but nothing to brag about. Overall the Fairfield was well worth the price compared to nearby hotels.

Nice and clean. We selected this hotel and was looking forward to lounging by the pool for a couple days. Apon check in we were told the pool was closed but would open at 7am. Next day pool is closed. Apparently there was too many chemicals put into the pool so it was not useable. So much for a relaxing couple days at the pool. Hopefully we will be compensated.

The location is amazing, you have everything close by. The cleaning staff had to be asked to come empty the trash and if we could get our sheets changed. We stayed 1 whole week and didn't get our sheets changed until the day before we left. Our room was only cleaned once the entire week and we did not have the DND sign on the door. The establishment as a whole was extremely clean otherwise.

Beware of very slow internet regardless of time of day, my kiddo was sad at night when we tried to play our games and couldn’t. Photos showed a shower/tub combo and we only had a shower, which was not good for her who is afraid of showers! I’m sure this was a one off but my products in the shower weren’t filled either, so I got in and had no conditioner or shampoo. Just a lack of care overall so I was super disappointed. I will say the lady who checked us in was fantastic, loved her energy, and the bed was super comfy!

First when I got there they said room wasn’t available, even though it was after 3pm which was supposed to be check in time. I paid for a room with two queen beds but the beds were actually full size beds not queen beds, the toilet overflowed as well. The staff was friendly, helpful and responded quickly when called for towels, the toilet overflowing and things needed, The rooms were smaller than I expected to sleep 4 people. The room was efficient if you just need a place to sleep but nothing was special about the room. The breakfast was nice in the morning, a variety of foods to choose from

Took a while to find someone to check us in, and then when we finally got to the room there was no trash can in the bathroom. We ended up finding them under the sink with no bags. Shower drain was clogged when we went to take a shower (ew). The AC unit sounded like a lawn mower. Will not be staying here again.

everything was great;except the breakfast hot dish containers didn't keep food hot.( example the turkey sausage was cold and the brkft sandwich the 1st day was also cold. The other days were fairly warm.
