My stay was great. The only amenity that I could not utilize at the facility was the indoor heated pool. It was not working and we were offered to another hotel nearby. I would love to have that working on my next trip. The hotel was super clean throughout and in the room. I wouldn't change anything else about the facility.

Upon initial entry to the room, it appeared to be clean. However, the shower area was not adequately cleaned. There was visible dirt and grime in the seams. The table was slightly sticky and required cleaning. The daily provision of clean towels was not provided. I contacted the front desk and was advised to retrieve them myself. We had no internet or tv untill late that evening. The elevators were way too slow. We could walk the stairs from the 2nd floor faster than the elevator was going. The breafast buffet was not very good at all.the scramble eggs tasted very watery the bacon was very overcooked. They leave their creamers out all day without any ice. My coffee did not taste right with the creamer they left out

Nice reception area and front desk staff. Good breakfast. Pool was cold unfortunately. The room was worn and musty smelling, we could feel the dampness in the room. Drywall around the shower was damaged by moisture, the floor was swept, but very dirty when wiping it. Spills near elevators weren’t cleaned up for at least 24 hours.

Overall the hotel is decent and the staff is very pleasant. The pool is small so go early before it gets crowded. If you're a breakfast person the options are satisfactory. The Mexican restaurant and Cheddars were really good for food/drinks and service. If I cisit again, i wouldn't mind staying again.

The property and staff were great and the hot breakfast was a BONUS! The only concern that I had was with the cleanliness of the elevators and entrance/halls leading in. I'm sure this is due to heavy traffic. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean. The bathroom door doesn't close. The beds squeak everytime you move. Breakfast was a disappontment. Ran out of food and was slow to replenish.

The hotel is older....but the staff was so friendly and helpful, it made up for the short comings in appearance. The breakfast was yummy, they had a great selection. Throughout my stay Cota went the extra mile to resolve my check out issues and needs i had threw out my stay. Nothing really to complain about. Everything was clean, again the hotel was older just not my normal stay. I would give the staff 10 stars, they were all just great. And i had the opportunity to encounter all 3 shifts and they all were very hospitable.

The only problem we had was shortly after we first checked in and was getting settled into our room, two girls entered our room with their own key card. They were given a key to our room and was told that it was their room. I quickly called the front desk and told them the issue and the person at the front desk apologized and realized that he booked them in the wrong room. He came to our room later with new key cards so that no one else had a key to our room. Other than that, I would maybe recommend some area rugs on the floor as the room has quite an echo since there is wood flooring. The bed was very comfy along with the pillows and the Dove products in the shower was a great surprise!

The check in was friendly and professional. She even looked up my IHG rewards account and gave me points for the stay. Went to the Marine base for a promotion ceremony and it’s just a 10 minute drive with traffic. Top notch hotel and staff.

Extremely convenient and right in the heart of dinning, shopping, you name it. I was there because a family member was an inpatient at Onslow Hospital, which was only 8 minutes away. The breakfast was great as well as staff. I would definitely stay again.
