Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Camp Lejeune/Jacksonville

Room is small but clean, breakfast was surprisingly good, staff was awesome, and the price was right. If you need to stay in Jacksonville NC, this would be a very good choice...

Small, but spacious room that is well presented. Very comfy bedding, and well sound insulated (in general). Handy parking but no idea on the breakfast as left too early

It was average for a cheaper hotel stay in a small town. It is unfortunate because whether it is a lucrative busy town or not, everything should be stellar when you're spending your money. Expectations have often been lowered when it comes to small towns and what they offer. It is truly unfortunate. The room was outdated, lots of things could've been wiped down better. The bedding was fine, but the mat in the window was dusty and dirty, the inside of the microwave plate was dirty which is insane. The handles in the bathroom on the sink and in the tub were dirty and I bought lysol wipes to clean it. Overall certain things just weren't clean. Then the patrons...it's okay to turn away people who wreak of drugs. It really is. Anyway, I did feel safe, i guess so thats a plus. Breakfast was nice, hot, and had a variety of options. Parking was fine and staff were cool.

The housekeepers didn’t clean my room at all. My wife and I came back to our room and couldn’t access the room due to the latch being broken and it took them almost an hour to get us into our room, this was around 3 am. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Excellent hotel. Great price and Location!! They keep the hotel spotless. The staff clean all day everybody was very friendly. A special thanks to Gabriel one the managers who went beyond the expectations and brought our granddaughter a toy. Thank you for everything
