Shower flooded bathroom floor - poor design. Maintenance staff unable to fix. Solution from front desk, "We have a lot of towels." Poor shower water pressure. No vertical angle adjustment on shower head. Bench in shower took up half of floor space, so bumped toes on bench legs when trying to move around. No bar soap rest in shower. On morning of 3rd day asked for new towels. Upon evening return, had to ask again. Other than that, the room was spacious, the view from the 8th floor halfway decent. Occasional lengthy wait for one of the 3 elevators. Tasty bountiful breakfast but wish it was available weekdays past 9:30am. Although this hotel has "downtown" in its name, it is not downtown by any stretch. At least a 15-minute walk to catch a bus for a half hour ride to the real downtown. And then there's the dogs. I guess if you travel with one, you need a pet friendly hotel. So, if you like being awaking by their barking and howling in the early hours, this is the place for you. But not me again.

The room was very nice and big. You could see the Space Needle from the window. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The only downside was the room was not ready at check in time.

Brand new super clean hotel. By far, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast was fantastic! Was well worth the extra money. Walking distance to the space needle.
