Great hotel! So cute, rooms were great and as pictured. Pool area was nice but a little small/needed more lounge chairs. Also the hotel bar in the lobby closed too early. But overall great experience and good location.

poor rooms, really bad view most of them, nothing to drink in the room (not even water!!??) Our shower handle was broken, they never fixed it, asked for new room, took forever to get it. Very rude staff in the front desk (except the balled guy). Extremely cold water in the pool, horrible !

We stayed at this property in 2024 and it was cleaner than our stay in March 2026. Carpets in the lobby, in front of the elevators, and the bedroom need to be vacuumed. Last time our mattress was comfy, but not this time. Not sure what changed. The staff is not very warm, but do what needs to get done. The evening staff were a bit abrasive.
