In the middle of Legends, there's many shopping options in the area and the indoor pool finished our night off nicely. My only issue was an additional deposit of $50 was required which was not disclosed at booking. This is not a huge issue, and it will be refunded, it just would have been nice to know up front.

The entire hallway, lobby, and breakfast had active construction and was unusable. Luggage got dirty transporting thru. We paid normal weekend rates. Which for the condition is unacceptable. Would have never stayed here if we would have known. Would have never paid that rate for that condition

When we arrived I was told the only room was on the third floor and the elevator was out of service. We are 77 and 78 yrs old and I am a disabled veteran. Had to decline and cancel the reservation. Given a printout and was told that I was responsible for getting a refund from Expedia.

three of the five nights I was there the elevator was out of order. Noise of other tenants and their children after 10 p.m. woke me up. No service after hours to unplug toilet. Saw spider in bathroom.

Our room has brand new carpet, but a lot of nicks and marks on the doors. I presume the hotel is undergoing some upgrades to keep it in the great shape it is in. The room was large and clean. The staff was outstanding, including one staff member who went out of his way for us. The pool is heated, the exercise room is small (3 machines) but all are very new. The breakfast is mediocre, but sufficient. The location is excellent next to shopping and the soccer stadium.

We parked up close to the front of the building, under a light, and next to a sign that says 24 hour surrvalence but came out to our window smashed and our bed cover cut open and everything stolen. Then when asked the hotel for footage and local police number, he smiled and said there were no outside cameras. Another mans truck was broken in to and tools stolen police and I both have a feeling some of the staff are involved. We parked right up next to the front doors.

Location was great, rooms were fine, somewhat outdated. Cobwebs on ceiling, bathroom light over sink didn’t work. Furniture seemed poorly made, hard to find electrical outlets that would hold a plug. Free breakfast was great and enjoyed Lobby area for gathering.

The floors in this place are paper thin and even though the hotel was almost empty they placed a family with small Jumping children directly above us. There was zero sleep for us!!!

Overall, property was clean and area was safe and nice. Plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance or a short drive. Easy access to interstate 70. Guests staying in the floor above us were a little noisy after quiet hours.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s also in a convenient location. However, the rooms were in serious need of an update and didn’t look as good as it did in the picture. The staff was unfriendly and rarely present. I had someone making a lot of racket upstairs in the middle of the night, but couldn’t find anyone to complain about it. There wasn’t much soundproofing, which didn’t help matters. The breakfast was bad, too. Next time, staying somewhere else and will also never stay at another Hampton Inn again.

We booked a room that said there were 2 queen beds inthe room. The beds appeared to be full beds, not queens. There was also only one desk chair. The bedding was very bulky. Room was overpriced for what was offered.

Had requested rooms to be together because of children, when we got there, we were on 2 separate floors. The lady at the front desk would not even consider moving us. The next morning, I went down, and that lady at the desk was very accommodating.

Hotel was great! We booked a room with 2 queens beds, which included a microwave and refrigerator. The room was clean and met all our needs. The staff is really nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is really convenient; it’s within walking distance to Great Wolf Lodge and only a few minutes drive to shopping and dining. Indoor pool was really nice! It was really clean and had later hours so we could swim in the evening. The continental breakfast was convenient as well; the food was good with many options like eggs, cereal, waffles, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to sleep while exp the attractions around here, you can do that here. If you are looking for a clean hotel with helpful employees, this is not the place. Smelled like Mildew, dirty sheets, front desk agent could not be reach via phone as she was outside in the front of the hotel smoking.

The lady when we tried to come in said you have to use your card, um well we haven’t even checked in. Then I go outside cause I forgot my Id and she says the same thing when I come back to the door like she forgot I went to get my ID so I could check in. Then I order door dash to see her park in front of door under awning and go to her car and set there and smoke a blunt. What a joke of a stay and she was not friendly in the least.

I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn at the Legends and hope to stay again. It was a very clean and updated property, the staff was very pleasant, and the property was just off the highway making it easy to access. I also appreciated having so many shopping and dining facilities in the immediate area. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay.
