The staff here were very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The room we stayed in was very clean and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've experienced -- this was a pleasant surprise as I would certainly consider this more of a budget hotel in the area. The staff at breakfast were quick to clean up tables as people filtered out of the breakfast area and they were on top of it when it came to restocking the food and making sure everything was fresh. My only complaint about the property is the pool area. It is exactly the same as when I stayed in it 15 years ago; the pool lining, floor, and jacuzzi just look old/discolored which is kind of a turn off for an area that should feel clean and relaxing. A face lift in the pool area would go a long way for the property as a whole!

It's pretty wild that they charge you for parking! But the parking lot is a gated area. To get inside you have to call the front-desk employee to operate the gate for you. So in a city like Minneapolis where parking space is very valuable, I did like the safety of the gated parking lot.

The only negative i can say is the parking situation. The lot was full when we got there so we had to park in the public parking ramp across the street and lug all of our stuff late at night across the street.

I did not read the reviews of this hotel prior and I deeply regret it. I was very sore and decided to use the hot tub for relief. Upon entering the hot tub you could smell the unnecessary amount of chlorine used but I didn’t think anything of it. After about 20-25 minutes I began coughing a lot, at which point I left the pool area for fresh air. I few hours later I had chlorine poisoning from inhalation. Instead of having a nice trip, I spent the weekend in the room being violently ill. I would not recommend this hotel, the desk staff just brushed off the chlorine concerns.

Great hotel, quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and nice. Bed was very comfortable. Stayed for one night for a concert and was able to walk to the Target Center in about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend and will be returning some day!

This hotel was highly rated on Expedia and other sites and lived up to the star rating! 1) significantly cheaper than other downtown hotels of similar quality and reviews. Parking is $20/ night, and $60/ night at other downtown hotels. 2) we were kindly allowed a late checkout on more than one room 3) clean rooms with comfortable beds! Excellent blackout shades (allowed kids to sleep an additional hour in the morning) 4) up-to-date mini-fridges in rooms 5) small-ish but nice pool and nice hot tub 6) Though selection is standard, breakfast presentation is very pleasant and makes you more excited about breakfast! 7) the hotel has invested in quality coffee at the 24-hour coffee station. Costa Rican bold. Note that streets outside the hotel are quite noisy and you can hear street noise in rooms.

Although the room and convenience to the convention center was great, the customer service from one the staff members was horrible. I am told he is an auditor for the hotel, so I'll give a pass on that but he was rude and never looked up if I had a question needing answered. In this case, I had a son who had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital due to a partial hip fracture away from the hotel. When I asked if they had a wheelchair on site, he responded "no" without showing any empathy or looking up to acknowledge I was the one asking the question.

I did love how clean the place is. But there are two gentlemen in there. I hate to say it but around their 50s, just doesn't seem friendly. They are the only reason why I didn't like my stay. Maybe because I'm from out of town. They are not use to people out of town. But the younger staff in their 30s seem friendly and smiled. But the two gentlemen seem like they were not welcoming. As far as the parking is concern next to the hotel. I wish the parking was a little wider. It felt small. Maybe extend the parking lines wider. The hotel made it known that they aren't responsible for damage cars but next to me, a car opened his door and he hit my girlfriend's door. My gf is so nice that she didn't care. If it was my car I would have to call police and insurance. The guy didn't even apologized. He goes "I wouldn't do that on purpose" and drove off. He seemed high. overall my experience was 3.5/5

On website said parking on site, didi not say first come first serve . So had to park on next block. When checking out I asked a question and the person working was very snotty and rude. Would never stay here in the future.

The hotel is clean, well kept, and the housekeeping staff and breakfast staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. However. The front desk staff are a mixed bag, with some welcoming us back and remembering we were guests and others needing a refresher on what it means to provide hospitality. The first night we arrived there was no parking in the lot of the hotel and by the 4th night there was not either. Plan to park in the parking garages or in a street lot somewhere nearby as there is often no parking in the lot and if there is, plan for it to be a frustrating game to get a spot with the fickle front desk staff. Would stay agin if the price was right, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Very convenient hotel within walking distance to convention center (3 blocks) and Target Center (8 blocks or so). Uber eats deliveries were easy to access. Nice size room, basic amenities, and nice variety of breakfast.

I thought this hotel was really nice! Spacious and clean rooms, very kind front desk staff, and the parking garage across the street was easy to navigate and not very full so parking was easy and safe. Breakfast options were some of the best I've seen for a free hotel breakfast! They also have a parking lot connected if you wish to use that space as well once you've checked in, but we just used the garage. Construction around the area was a bit of a pain to navigate but that's not a reflection of the hotel whatsoever. We stayed there to go to a convention in the convention center which was very conveniently only a 3 minute walk away! Thanks again!

This hotel is perfect for its location. It is within walking distance of the U.S. Bank Stadium and the Metrorail Station at the stadium, about 15 minutes walking. Target Field and the Target Center are also short train rides away from here. Shopping and dining options are also plentiful nearby. It is not the quietest location, however. It seemed as if street racing took place on a nearby street, with the sound reverberating off the parking garage walls.

It seemed like a parade was going on in the hallway in the day time and at night as well. Kids running up and down yelling. 12:30 midnight, every night we stayed people would start yelling in the hallway, out in the parking lot in and out. It seemed like they were fighting. The bed frame had what looked like spikes sticking out of it, I hurt my foot on it. For breakfast one of the days I got a carton of spoiled milk and the pancake machine stopped working. After complaining about what happened it continued every day and night. We didn't get a good night's sleep and I thought it was was one of worse places ever. I recommend this place to anyone

Stains on comforter in room, this was changed after I notified the front desk. The breakfast bar ran out of food each morning. Only 1 staff member working in the kitchen preparing food which wasn’t enough to keep up with the hotel guests coming in to eat.

There was nothing exceptional about this stay. Breakfast options were minimal & guest were crammed into a small breakfast area. There were no complimentary beverages or snacks in the lobby for guests. No shuttle was offered to guests either. For the price of our stay, I expected more from them.
