Hotel rooms were clean but one shower did not work - staff was very helpful. Also the hotel had one of the rooms booked incorrectly. Again staff was helpful.

The night time security guard was really helpful carrying my bag up to my room Had back surgery a few months ago and really appreciated his help

This hotel is unworthy of its rating. The room was dirty, the hotel was old and badly in need of rehabilitation. There was zero green space for our dog, contrary to the hotel photos and site layout. The front desk manager, Bob, was extremely professional and gracious, but this hotel needs reinvestment.
