We had a blast at a party with over 50 people! We rented 15 rooms individually for a 60th birthday celebration. The rooms were perfect - studios 1 and 2 had 2-bedroom apartments. The pool was huge enough to fit a whole family with kids on one side and a separate adults-only pool on the other. They even had a lifeguard on duty to keep the kids safe, which gave us all a sense of peace of mind. The bar and food were great, located right in the middle of the pool. The food was tasty, just like eating at a fast-food place. The front desk staff, pool staff, manager, and housekeeping all went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks a bunch!

Excellent spot for a family vacation. We stayed in. 2 bedroom with 2 queens in one and a king in the other with its separate bathroom. Kitchens was a little outdated but We did not mind it was nice to cook in and enjoy the pool. The kids loves the slides and jacuzzi on the cave. The staff was friendly and didn’t bother us for bringing in our our food and drink since we had such a large group. We got there early and our room was ready. Beware of the timeshare people who will call your room many times to get you to book a timeshare presentation. Overall it was a 9 out of a 10

This resort is family friendly. The pool is great for the kids with lifeguards on duty, rooms are large with a kitchen, 24 hour security walking the property but not intrusive to the guests, and the on sight restaurant made it very convenient for us delivering to the room or pool area. My only complaint is the underground parking is not inclusive to taller vehicles. I would definitely recommend and will stay at this resort again.

This was our second time staying here. We only came back because my kids love the pool/water slide area. We will not be coming back after this. In our room (2 bedroom, 1 bath suite) there was: - stains on the carpet - broken tiles in the kitchen - water damage under all the sinks - holes in the sheets - hair under the bedding - smell coming from bathroom sinks Our second to last day I woke up with blood stains on my pillow case which is a sign of bed bugs. Praying we didn’t take those home with us. The building we stayed in smelled like a combo of mildew, chemical cleaner and ant spray. There is NO CELL SERVICE here, not sure why. But the internet was fast and we used that to send texts via iMessage. The staff was prompt to help when we needed things. Every staff we encountered was pleasant and helpful - including the lifeguards. The “resort fee” is a joke - we have a larger SUV so we were able to park in “SUV parking” most of the time but a handful of days there were compact cars parked there. The gym is dirty and full of broken equipment - the connect 4 game (included in resort fee) was completely splintered and unable to safely use. The only thing we enjoyed was the water slide area and jacuzzis. It was really only worth it for those things.

upon arrival, we found the carpet with a big stain, and the sofas were dirty with stains, the carpet was smelly, the AC was just cool, not cold, maintenance was supposed to clean the room, but they said they were not able to since we had the room occupied by me? management did not contact me to rearrange my family to another room nor did they leave a note or notification that they entered the room and could not clean the carpet or sofas. another sofa as reap and inside stuff was sticking out.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! This was the worst and most disgusting experience ever. We stayed here Friday to Monday and the room we had (Palm Building) was absolutely disgusting. The carpet has got to be a hazard, it smells like old moldy wet towels and it's black when you can tell it should be like green with brown pattern. Not even 5 minutes into going to our room our feet, especially my toddler's were completely black at the bottom. When we requested a different room they stated they had no other rooms available and instead gave us 6 bed sheets to lay out on the floor. They advertise that they provide infant/toddler cribs but it's pack and plays which really wasn't an issue until they brought us 4 DIFFERENT (in a span of 3 hours waiting for them to bring it) play pins and all of them were broken. At the end we were given one missing the center bottom leg and were told if that one didn't work then there wasn't anything else they could do. The bathrooms are so old and there was molding along the outside of the tub. After all this happened we asked for a refund so we could leave to a different resort but unfortunately we booked through Hotels.com so we couldn't get a refund. Pools are decent, one pool goes from 3 to 5 feet and the one with the slides goes from 1 1/2 feet to 4 feet. My kids (ages 12 to 1) enjoyed the slides, just a bummer that the slides are only open from 9 to 5 (closes at 10). We got food at the bar once, 1 chicken salad & 1 Pina colada $40.

Overall large rooms, they had everything you need in a room and more. The issue was the cleanliness, the room didn’t smell all that great when we first walked in. Outdated carpet, some of the carpet was missing in some parts. Also pool rules were not enforced, people had loud music playing and too many adults drinking, this was a family resort not all adults resort which I would understand that behavior. Good place to stay you get what you pay for!

After our reservation was not found at check-in, and we booked directly on the Hilton website, booked leading up to an hour delay when it became available, and we booked directly on Hilton website which I had to forward proof to the manager onsite my email confirmationthe Hilton website so I had to forward an email from Hilton showing my room reservation and payment, and A/C unit leak that forced a fully unpacked family of 6 to change rooms at 11pm at not. as much as they could (Glen and Kim)

The property is located in a nice area. I like that the parking is underground and easy access from room. The rooms are nice and spacious. The pool is large and the waterslide makes it more fun. Staff is Great! They just need to upgrade their lounge chairs. The tubs for showering are hard to get into. Other than that, Great Hotel for Family!

I like that it was roomy, clean and updated. The guy at the bar area in the morning was very pleasant and courteous and made you feel very welcomed every morning when ordering drinks and food. The staff was friendly. Will definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, despite it being short! The kids loved the pool and the slide. The room itself was also great; really nice to have a kitchen - would be a great place to call home away from home if you're staying for a longer period of time. Every staff member we encountered was also super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel was amazing! Took my family for a little getaway this past weekend and wow! First off the property! It was awesome. We utilized their gym and basketball court area during our stay. The gym had almost everything you need to get a good work out in… and the court provided the basketballs. The room was our favorite. We had a 2 bedroom, enough to fit my entire families needs. I do however wish the second room came with a separate bathroom, but nonetheless still great! The staff were so informative. They thoroughly explained everything well, they were all friendly and helped us find our way around. Pool area was gorge. 2 slides, one big and one little. Pool it self was divided into 2 areas, a side with deeper depths and the other more shallow and small child friendly. It shares the area with the slides. My family absolutely loved this hotel, we will definitely be returning here!

Booked stay months in advance only to arrive and be told they overbooked 15 rooms! Staff was apologetic and sent us to another property a few miles away that was not nearly as nice and older, had a weird smell. It was only for one night so we made it work but it was still a major inconvenience, especially after being on the road for hours with four kiddos.

Drove over an hour. Over 100 degrees. Get there and they say they over booked. They didn't try to accommodate us and the best they did was got us a refund. We played at the pool all day. The slide closes at 5 pm .check in is at 4pm. Kinda a rip off unless you stay two nights. Not happy at all. This is the first time I've ever heard of overbookikg. It's seriously 2024. The customer service was good but this seriously made our trip bad!!

Excellent spot for a family vacation. We stayed in. 2 bedroom with 2 queens in one and a king in the other with its separate bathroom. Kitchens was a little outdated but We did not mind it was nice to cook in and enjoy the pool. The kids loves the slides and jacuzzi on the cave. The staff was friendly and didn’t bother us for bringing in our our food and drink since we had such a large group. We got there early and our room was ready. Beware of the timeshare people who will call your room many times to get you to book a timeshare presentation. Overall it was a 9 out of a 10

Stephanie at the front desk is amazing!! I mentioned we’re staying for our anniversary and she went above and beyond and made us feel special with a fruit platter and gift basket. Most definitely will be back!! Especially with such great customer service like that, appreciate you!

I’ve stayed multiple times in this hotel. This time the housekeeping ladies were rude. Check out is at 10 am. At 7:45 am one of them entered the room making noise. She left after seeing it was occupied. At around 8:30 another lady knocked on the door and asked what time we were thinking of leaving the room!? Like I know they have a job to do. But checkout is at 10. We shouldn’t be bothered before that time. I wasn’t at the registration on check in day demanding to be let into the room earlier than my assigned time. This was just a very unpleasant experience and situation and it shouldn’t happen. They need to do better once they saw our room was occupied they didn’t need to come and keep bothering. We left immediately after the Second Lady was there.

Just spent 8 days here. The staff was phenomenal. The hotel has a gorgeous pool area split into one that is 5' deep and a shallower kids/family area that included 2 slides. The pool area was well maintained and clean and there were a lot of loungers and umbrellas as well as tables and chairs in covered areas to escape the sun. The pool was heated and amazing for an end of day swim. There is a nice little pool side bar with a nice selection of drinks (highly recommend the Lada Mango) as well a decent selection of pub style foods that can also be ordered to the room. Breakfast was available from. 9-11 and it was good as well. The hotel was recently taken over and one whole building was undergoing interior renovations but we never heard a thing or saw any mess. We were in a studio room facing the pool. It was clean but very dated and showed signs of wear. We didn't care because we weren't in there much except to sleep. Even the studio had a reasonably stocked kitchenette. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again, especially since the rooms will be fully redone by then.

I liked that it was family friendly. I liked that the staff were very friendly & helpful. Over all good customer service. I didn’t like there was no inclusive breakfast. I didn’t like that there were ants in our room. I didn’t like the TV’s didn’t have an option to stream Netflix, YouTube, or hook up phone to TV. I didn’t like room service wasn’t included on a daily basis. I didn't like there was no restaurants inside the hotel.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Rooms are like an apartment with a small kitchen. Bathroom was clean had a large tub. Handheld Shower was available in addition to stand-in tub. Staff was very professional. Monica @ concierge was knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel is a bit out of the way and need a car to get to restaurants, etc. Street to the hotel was not lit, so didn't feel safe walking outside after dark. Single restaurant by the pool closes at 6 so not convenient. Breakfast is not included. Covered Parking available. Carpeted floors. Pull out sofa bed was great, so were the mattresses. Had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean. Having the kitchenette in them was a game changer for being able to make toast and heat up / cook food to save on dining out. The pool was fantastic and the bar tenders were great. The front desk staff was very comunicative and assisted quickly with one minor issue and were quick to follow up to make sure everything was sorted out. The security was helpful in assisting with our luggage. We will definately be coming back here in the future.
