The check in was great, fast and friendly staff. However the next day my girls wanted to go swimming. The check in staff told us pool opens at 7 am and hotel also has a sign posted that pool opens from 7 am to 11 pm. It was 8:30 am and gate to pool was locked. We asked morning front desk staff and she said it should be unlocked already. We tried gate again, nope. I went and told front desk again, she now told me that grounds person won’t come until 9:00 am to unlock. Sign posted says 7 am! My girls were so disappointed. We had to get ready to checkout and leave. Never staying at this hotel again!

Hotel overall was pretty good. It was clean and the room was clean. They offer heavy weighted blankets which if you don’t like that kind of blanket there are no other lighter options. Breakfast was very good and the service on a Tuesday morning was very efficient and workers very accommodating when something needed refilled. Our biggest disappointment was on a Monday morning when the pool was left in shambles from the day before. It stayed this way most of the morning. Had leaves in it ….towels were scattered everywhere no extra towels were ever put out. I finally went to the front desk and requested someone clean the pool. Finally an hour later someone cleaned it. Still no towels. The hot tub looks kind of like a petri dish. Very cloudy not sure it was ever treated. We would likely stay there again but would like to see certain simple maintenance requirements completed every day and not hit and miss.

Wonderful place to stay, great and friendly staff. Right across the street from the beach . Make sure you get a room with a ocean view. You have access to 2 pools and hot tubs. Also pet friendly.

The hotel has a small parking lot. We traveled for a special event and I called in advance to see if we could bring a trailer and was told no. We arrive only to have a trailer in the lot taking up 9 spots. It took over three days for the owner to move it. Customer service upon checkout was lackluster.

Hampton Inn use to be my go to for hotel stays, but this one was not that clean, for the first three days our feet stuck to the floors as we walked around the hotel. Our room was cleaned only once during our four night stay after requesting it for every day.

My room had THE WORST mildew smell I've ever smelled. It hit you like a truck the moment you opened the door to the room. Was in town for a wedding, and did not have time to change rooms and dealt with it. Had to wash all my clothes when I got home, as they all smelled like the room.

They allow dogs and all the rooms. So there's pet banner everywhere, even in the hall. So if you're allergic, you carry the pet thunder into your room so you can't breathe. And then the bathroom door was absolutely filthy. On the back side. The TV would not quit having words on it and say couldn't watch this TV had to read it. Paint was peeling on the bathroom ceiling. There doors with stick and you couldn't get in. Very well. Told them at the desk and they take care less. The pool hot tub was cold. Breakfast was cold, the meat and the eggs. Overall, a bad experience for the money.

Honestly just Melissa very kind person and excellent customer service… about the room I was very disappointed because have a lot issues… the ceiling shower needs to fix, the shower has pink mood around and mood in the ceiling bathroom, in the bathroom hasn’t shampoo and conditioner and body wash…. In the coffee table just only decaf coffee and the pillow cases was with stain… the carpet need vacuum and the refrigerator has food for the last guest…. Breakfast: just one machine for waffles so we need to wait in the long line… Honestly we aren’t happy.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The room was big spacious, but they are pet friendly and I asked for the room to be double cleaned. I still found pet hair other than that, the hotel is really nice!!!

Upon arrival for my stay, I was told AFTER I checked in that there was no wifi or tv service. Had I was told prior to checking in, I would have found a different hotel. This information was not volunteered until after I got to my room and tried to watch tv. I was told that a storm had come through and there was no tv or wifi until possibly Monday. I had a three night stay booked. The hotel clerk told me that they could give me a $10 discount for my stay. I tried calling the complaint line and got no resolution from them, just told that a compliant had been entered into their system and someone would be calling me. I never received a call back. I found that the business practices were very poor and the staff was not helpful. I also asked for towels during my stay and never received them. I had to go ask for them and tissue for my room. I never received house keeping. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning again.

Our room faced the beach, which was nice, however, right below our window was the pool/hot tub. You could hear every word spoken down there. Also, facing Beach Blvd. was noisy. Not sure why there were so many ambulances with their lights/sirens on day and night but there were many. Not a quiet location of the hotel for sleeping.

Didn’t mean to come in the middle of Cruising the Coast. Although, it was still great with all theses old cars it was a real vibe! Room was clean could see the water across the street with beach access. The only thing I have to say is the bed was hard and pillows could be more supportive . I will definitely go back!

Hotel was great. Had a HUGE room with a view of the beach. Right across from the beach. Internet was SUPER fast. Bathroom clean, bed comfortable, friendly service… The only complaint was the free breakfast. The sausage patties looked boiled. But it was free, so… Everything else was awesome.

We were not given the room described in the room details that we paid for. We had 3 people and they gave us a room with 1 king bed and no sleeper couch/chair & told us to share the king bed. We booked a listing that said 2 bedrooms. Hotel offered no other room option and told us to deal with Hotels.com and not them. We also had to request more towels, multiple times, since the room only had enough for 2 people, not our 3. The front desk was not rude but they offered absolutely no solutions. We could have stayed next door at Hyatt Place for a better room and less money but didn't have a cancellation option since we already checked in. The blackout curtains are motorized, but don't work. The pool was littered with trash and we had to swim around the vacuum/vacuum cords that were in the pool even though it wasn't on. Breakfast was ok and the breakfast staff was very proactive on refills and cleanliness.

We were welcomed when we arrived and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The sweet lady that had breakfast ready with a smile was awesome and attentive we had one of her scones that was an added bonus such a pleasure to see her each morning. The young man at the desk was so helpful and such a great person. Our stay at The Hampton Inn in Biloxi was a wonderful stay.

Got to hotel to check in after all fees were paid through hotels. Com and they would not let me check in said I had to pay $50 deposit with the credit card I reserved the room with! I don’t carry my credit card around so I did not have it it was at home. After calling hotels.com they told me I should not have had to pay anything extra! The people at the hotel was so rude!

It was your basic hotel stay. It looked like it had been remodeled recently, clean and it had a hot breakfast not just the normal waffles and cereal. My husband and I stayed 3 nights for our anniversary. The walls were thin and even being on the 3rd floor you could hear pool conversations. All of that was fine for a 3 star hotel. On the other hand we had 2 towel and 2 wash clothes left in the restroom for us. The 2nd morning we were there no one had came to clean our room so I went down stairs to ask at the desk for 2 clean towels and they said that they only clean the rooms and gives out towels every other day. I told her I was unaware of that and we had already put the used towels in a pile in the bathroom floor. She said we would have to wait for new ones when they cleaned the room. I explained we were getting ready and leaving for the day and would need to shower before we left. She rolled her eyes and said I’ll give you 2 towels but you forfeit your room cleaning. The 2 very small trash cans were over flowing by the time we left and no one came to our room to clean it all over asking for clean towels. That’s poor customer service and was enough that I wouldn’t stay at a Hampton unless it was for a single night to sleep before hitting the road again.

Was disappointed with having to walk across 4-lane with heavy traffic or drive to beach. Hotel property info was very misleading as stated “direct beach access”. This description should have included crossing 4 lanes of a highway!!

Very convenient location across the street from the beach. Friendly staff that got us checked in and into our room early. Room was good and bed was comfortable. Restaurants nearby, but not walking distance; short drive. And a little further drive to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum which is what we were there for. A little bit noisy from the traffic on Beach Blvd.

The staff were all polite and welcoming! They showed they were appreciative to us being there...even to the grounds keeper. The noise from the street was unbearable...loud trucks, cars sirens. Need some double pane windows for the front rooms.

Property was in a fantastic location as far as beach, casinos, lighthouse, etc. Easy to get to. Close to restaurants other than casino buffet on Christmas Day. Weather was windy and rainy all 3 days we were here. Would definitely stay again

The Check in agreement you have to sign was sketchy. “By staying at our property, you acknowledged that Hilton will use your personal data to provide you with services and products to provide customer service, and for other purposes, as detailed in our global privacy statement…Your personal data will be transferred to and entered into one or more databases…” Because I booked my room with Hotels.com I was not aware of Hilton’s Global Privacy Statement

The breakfast always great. The pool side is comfortable and the main thing for us traveling with a dog, it's comfortable for our pet. Not many people comment on bedding but I found Hampton Inn always have good bed, a balanced of soft and firm and the bed sheet is 100% cotton.

Took my 86 year old mother for our annual trip to Biloxi. Nice and quiet, and clean. Omly issue was the breakfast, they ran out of coffee and food but we were there kind of late.
