Great hotel! Shopping and restaurants within walking distance was awesome. Starbucks inside the hotel and parking garage sealed the deal for us. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here every time we are in the area

The staff was so incredibly nice and helpful! We stayed here over Christmas and everything was decorated so beautifully. It was so great being so close to shops and restaurants, I highly would recommend staying here! The gym was also very updated and the beds were so comfortable and rooms were clean.

It was fine. Its one of those hotels where, on the surface, it looks all clean and new but if you take a minute to look around the room and bathroom you'll see the bad finishing and wears and tears and you realize it needs some upkeep. The lobby, bar area and front entrance are excellent. Very modern and very "Southlake" with good hospitality. However the pool is the weakest part of the hotel. It contradicts the look and feel of the welcome you get. Its dirty, over crowded and there are not enough places to station yourself. All in all, its a business and conference hotel that has had some investment to make it fit with the arwa its in. It works and youll be haooy enough, but certainly don't expect a 4 or 5 star experience. One last complaint is that checkout is 11am, but at 10am, then 10:30am, you'll have a knock on your door rushing you to leave so they can flip the room and make it available early for new guests. This is seemingly a common complaint but nothing seems to be done to stop it.

This is an excellent hotel: modern, clean, spacious rooms, great wifi, superb location. My only complaint is that they try to charge for outside parking - $10 per day. This, despite the fact there are loads of available spaces within their designated parking and just outside, including free garage parking. The only purpose served by the daily charge is to get that little bit more money! Shame on Hilton.

No housekeeping service at all unless you request it, but they don’t tell you that up front. Also no free wifi unless you join the Hilton Honors club. Breakfast buffet was nice but $21/person. Location was great and we had comfortable, quiet nights.

Checking in was a breeze. Our front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Service was very efficient and pleasant. Although our room was clean, we find that there are lots of wear and tear that can be updated. There are scrapes and marks all over doors and walls. We can see liquid stains on the walls that could have been cleaned. Overall, we slept well and enjoyed the convenience of this hotel. However, we might choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

We loved our stay at the Southlake Hilton. The area is so fantastic -- tons of shopping and amazing restaurants to walk to right outside the door of the property. We were there at the holidays and both the hotel and the surrounding area were decorated beautifully. The staff were incredible, from the front desk to valet to the lobby Starbucks. We had to call down for a few things to be brought to the room, and they arrived almost instantly after our call. Same with valet -- our car was brought around within minutes after we requested it every time. The room was very comfortable -- great beds and pillows, good water pressure and temp. The only negative is that the decor is getting tired. There was significant wear with lots of scuffs and patches on the paint and furniture throughout the room and bathroom. The linens also had some stains... disappointing at a property that is otherwise absolutely lovely.

9/10 stars. Room had strange odor coming from either ventilation shaft or carpet. There was an erroneous charge to our room. Rooms with connected door were a bit loud through walls, definitely more than expected. Aside from that, I loved the hotel. Overall it was a good experience. Keep up the good work!

Due to limited room availability for the days of my trip, I had to book a 1-Bedroom Suite. Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed by paying the additional cost for the room because it wasn’t worth it. The suite was quite large but had an odd layout and looked like half the furniture was missing. The sink vanities and the shower had issues with proper drainage. There were no hooks or towel bars by the shower. There was no full size mirror anyone in the suite. Lastly, while the suite description promised a “view”, what we were looking was the mechanical equipment and parking below.

The room was very clean and bright but a little outdated in décor (no big deal). A second armchair would have been nice as there was only one small chair and two people. There was plenty of room. The TV kept going offline. The shower head was clogged with hard water deposits causing low pressure and unfocused water streams. This made it difficult rinse your hair and body. Loved the shampoo and conditioner. The hotel appeared to be very slow yet we were given a room with a horrible view. The curtains would not close properly so it could not be completely darkened. I would definitely stay here again but would request a better room in the future. The staff were excellent and efficient in their tasks. I did not bother them with any of my problems but I am certain they would have taken care of us promptly.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and it's always clean, quiet and comfortable - we love the close proximity to everything in Town Square - this visit we had an issue with the front desk charging us for our room when we'd already prepaid through Hotels.com - the front desk person asked for a credit card for "incidentals" then proceeded to charge us for the room - after contacting Hilton customer service they refunded the money back to my card but it took 5 days - recommend that if you pre-pay you should be sure that they are aware of that and ask for a receipt for any charges before you leave.

**Exceptional Service at Hilton Southlake Town Square** I recently stayed at the Hilton Southlake Town Square on 9/6/24, and I cannot say enough good things about the excellent service provided by Joe. From the moment we arrived, Joe went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. Joe's professionalism, coupled with his friendly demeanor, truly made a difference in our experience. Whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring our room was perfect, Joe's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. We stayed for the Taylor Swift concert and couldn’t check in on time. The people working at the desk were very rude about it and if we didn’t have friends already there we would not have been able to get ready for the concert. House keeping knocking starting at 8am every 30 minutes.

We used to live in Southlake and now stay at the Hilton in Town Square when we come back to visit. There are other nice hotels in Southlake but this is the only one right in the heart of Town Square. You'll enjoy the shopping and restaurants just steps out of the hotel.

For all the money we paid for a “jetted tub” it was not jetted but it was still wonderful. I’ve never had my husband get sick before over eggs and he had to stop eating them because they made him feel sick almost immediately. For some reason he had thrown up 4 times and the only thing that came up was the egg. I was confused on why we wouldn’t get breakfast each morning instead of just one. I’d fix the drawers too below under the tv. I bent my finger nail back (it hurt) because they both were messed up on the tracks or something. Kept getting stuck. As well the outlets wouldn’t work around the bed. It was a very beautiful hotel smelt fantastic! And would definitely stay again just no more eggs for us.

Had a wonderful stay! Staff went above and beyond to make it enjoyable. Only issue we had was the breakfast. We have food allergies and I was told we would have options so I prepaid for my rate to include breakfast. Only real things we could eat were bacon and fruit. Def not worth the money and because I bought through Expedia the hotel could not reimburse me for it.
