I took my grandkids who were looking forward to the heated pool. I was very glad that the advertised "heated pool" actually was! They had a blast. The room was clean and comfortabe. Price was reasonable.

Check in was smooth, front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I didn't use any of the onsite amenities, but people were having fun in the pool. Room was very clean and rather good size for the price point. I didn't eat the breakfast, but it did smell wonderful. I will stay again on my next cross country trek.

Very clean and quiet plenty of parking, nice looking indoor pool, comfortable beds, plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging, every amenity worked well, central location, plenty of services nearby restaurants gas stations stores etc. reasonable prices, I will definitely stay again on my next business trip

They allow people to smoke right outside both entrances to the hotel. So we had to walk right through the smoke to check in, plus it makes the inside of the hotel smell like cigarettes. It was pretty clean inside the room, but they only left 2 towels for 4 people and then didn’t give us any towels the next day. The breakfast was pretty bad, yogurt was on its expiration date, cereal was stale, juice tasted old, and the pancake machine was out of batter.

The room I stayed in was your typical hotel room look online. Once going in smelled and felt very mildewy. The bathroom smell was worse. My remote for the tv was completely broken meaning the two plastic pieces fell apart as soon as i grabbed it to turn the tv on it was hanging on by the wiring for the electrical remote board. I also noticed one of the panels to the light wiring under a night stand was just laying there propped up against the hole. I took photos just incase! Workers were nice and respectful.

It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. The floor was filthy and had crumbs, hair, garbage all over the place. The refrigerator had someone else’s food still left in it. Stains and other debris left on towels. I can’t believe I stayed there. I should have immediately left or requested my money back or a different room. Not sure it would have been any different though.

A tile behind the bathroom door fell out of the wall. No visible attendant for the breakfast room. The only fresh fruit were rather mealy apples and the yogurt selection was poor. I also found ants in my room.

We wanted a clean safe comfortable place to stay. Also a breakfast included. The hotel met all our expectations. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable as well! Room was a long bed and the room was spacious and comfortable with a work table and chair and a sitting chair as well.

The property was just what I was paying for - a place to sleep on my long drive. The check in was smooth and friendly. However, there was a tv that was on in the next room which was loud enough to hear clearly most of the night and morning. The bed was ok, but there was a weird smell in the room - which may have been the cleaning products.

My husband and I have never stayed in a Red Roof Inn before so we weren't sure what to expect. The room was good for the price we paid and the bed was very comfortable. What really made this stay excellent was the wonderful staff. We had 2 separate employees who went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. To top it off, I accidentally left my daughters graduation tickets at the hotel when we checked out and the hotel quickly reached out to me to make sure I made it back in time to get the tickets so we wouldn't miss her graduation. Top notch staff!!

This Red Roof exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, nice accommodation, convenient location and a nice breakfast. Greeted by friendly desk clerk who made sure I got a quiet room. The room was nice. Wood flooring, metal bedframe, comfortable clean bedding. Nice tv and bathroom. Nice amenities also. Refrigerator and microwave made it nice. Keep up the good work. I'll be back.

Maid service was offered every day. The entire property was kept clean and tidy and had been recently remodeled. Hot breakfast every morning was a plus for me. They served scrambled eggs, link or patty sausage, biscuits, toast, sausage gravy, pancakes, an assortment of cereals, juice, coffee and yogurt.The entire staff was friendly and wouldn't hesitate to ensure my stay was the best in the area. the only thing out of the norm for me was they were no longer supplying the small bottles of shampoo or small bars of soap, instead there were wall mounted liquid dispensers in there place. My stay was for 9 days and every day was super!

King room w/ jetted tub. Took 30 min to fill bath tub. Hot water was warm at best. Shower was also not hot & had very low pressure also. Breakfast was free. Scrambled eggs & sausage / biscuts & gravy. We attempted Breakfast the first day but decided not to finish. Quality & prep of wood was not good. Second day we just went to Cracker Barrel behind the hotel. We still had another night in Springfield so we cancled or 3rd night @ the red roof & stayed at a diffrent hotel.

The Red Roof Inn has a clean, nicely heated pool and clean rooms. There is a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the common areas, but our nonsmoking room was mostly unaffected, though it was next to an exit to the outside which folks would use to smoke. Aside from what noise you would expect, the hotel was fairly quiet. The hot breakfast -- pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, in addition to toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit and instant oatmeal -- was a really nice amenity. Definitely recommended to anyone who needs a place to stay for a night or two on a budget.

I did not receive a smoke-free room. It was so bad, I had trouble breathing the air. We went out and bought disinfectant air freshener to try to help, but it did not help at all. The sheets and towels were scratchy, the floor in the room was sticky, the air conditioner made a rattling noise, and the breakfast area was far too small. Also, none of the staff monitored the food and drink situation - I had to ring bell at front desk to ask them for eggs and sausage. I will never stay at a Red Roof in again and I'm not sure if I'll continue to use Expedia if I can't trust the rating system.

We checked in late and the guy at the desk was one of the friendliest people we have had at a hotel. Property is clean, fine for the price, we only needed one night on way to college move in. Breakfast could improve. The pancake machine was good but other items were scarce and a bit stale.
