Pool and fitness room great!

Pool out of order!! Vending machines out of order. Very disappointing!!!

This place is a very nice stay however it is hard to find, poor signage for drivers and the parking lot you drive through is full of pot holes and dimly it and feels very sketchy. The hotel's parking lot isnt much brighter. I would like to say that Patty was very welcoming and helpful. She is a gem and a good representative for the company, Any employee we encountered was friendly and greeted us.

Good location, close to airport, and convention center, but pool was closed for renovations so the kids were disappointed.

This was a two day stay so I could visit a museum. Returning back to the hotel I got dinner and was relaxing in my room. However, the room next-door had a dog and they must’ve left him alone while they went out to eat or something, and the dog was whining for quite a long time while I was trying to sleep. I let staff know and they said they would call the owners. Other than that, the hotel was great, clean friendly help pool look nice.

The stay at this hotel was perfectly adequate, I didn't have any complaints about the lodging or the amenities in general. I chose this hotel specifically because it had a pool, and I have a three-year-old daughter who loves to swim. I looked through reviews in the days before our trip just to make sure that no one said anything about the pool being out of service and felt confident we'd get to use it. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance when we got there and my kiddo was very disappointed about it. I was frustrated by that, but even more frustrated with the attitude I got from the front desk when I asked when it might be re-opened. I got the sense that the front desk person might be on the Autism spectrum when I checked in so I want to be sensitive to that. I understand and appreciate that some social cues may be missed and that some of her curt/blunt mannerisms may be due to neurodivergence. These were evident during the initial check-in, but were much more concerning in her response after I asked about the pool. Taken together, I wonder if it is best practice to have your front desk representative- the face of your company and the first impression that people receive when utilizing your services- be someone who comes across as rude, dismissive, and generally annoyed by you. I think it might be wise to engage in some re-training for this individual or for her to potentially be reassigned to another role that doesn't require as much social engagement.

The room was clean and quiet. Vending machine and business center were not working. The bed was very comfortable. We did NOT ask but were put in a handicap room. That room really is not a quality room for non handicapped persons….unable to hang garment bags, slacks. The bathroom, well it’s perfect if you’re handicap.

The hotel was very clean and everyone was very nice! I would definitely stay here again.

Carpet was filthy…first thing we saw. Not a good start. Nothing was horrible, but once you see filth it is hard not expect everywhere.

I questioned if our room had been cleaned once we checked in. There were large hairs on our bathroom sink, and few on the couch as well. Sticky marks on the chair for the desk. I was going to request a new room until our young son had already fallen asleep. Questionable stains all over the rug throughout the room. Room also didn’t smell great on check in. When we arrived for check in, the staff looked at us not saying anything as if we had disrupted them. Not really a welcoming environment. The pool has a scum line around the entire thing (water line in the pool) that you can scrub off with your finger. Kinda gross. You can tell it doesn’t get much maintenance.

Staff was great. Very professional. Unfortunately early in the morning my wife woke up feel as though something was crawling on her and went in the bathroom and took off her shirt only to find a bedbug. We had to google the bug as we’d never seen one and sure enough, it was as suspected.

Very comfortable bed, but a more cleaning needed in the room still (floor was dirty/unvacuumed) and there was hair on my sheets from prior guest.

Room cleanliness… hairs in bathroom sink, faucet dirty, it looked like someone spit on the tissue holder, the coffee maker was dirty. Creamer, food on it. Carpet stains… filthy.

this property is pet friendly and yet there is carpet in the rooms. The fact that carpet is hard to clean and the one in our room has stains on it proves that if you allow animals in your hotel you need to clean your rooms even better than normal. Also the faint smell of dog was prevalent in the room. Remove all carpet and put in ADA compliant toilets that are at least 19 inches high. We are tired of hotels that are still in 1980 mode.

Staff were the most wonderful and welcoming! They were helpful, responsive and kind. The hotel is very clean and remodeled. The rooms were immaculate! Breakfast was amazing and nice variety. The location is a bit odd placed, but it was quiet. Overall, it was a great place.

I absolutely LOVED the room I was in! It was beautiful. Clean and enjoyed the living area. And I appreciated the AC. I love a cold room and slept like a baby, so thank you.

Best affordable Hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee were wonderful. It was very quiet, beds were comfortable. It was really clean!! I don’t have any complaints.

The room was clean and nice, however, three van loads of teenagers on their way to a sporting event checked in at night and were partying, yelling, and slamming doors until nearly 2am. I wasn't able to sleep.

One of the double queen mattresses was a horrible, sunken mess. As a result, my first of two nights was awful. The second night was better on the other bed. The room also had a faint animal urine smell. I've noticed the last three times I've stayed here, they've become more animal friendly. Maybe they need to take the extra money they charge pet owners and actually deep clean the rooms after the pet owner leaves. Like the other times, the sink filled up fast and would have clogged had I not let the water run out. Curiously, this is the only hotel I've ever known to put refrigerators in the rooms that dont get cold. If you want something like leftovers, drinks or anything kept cold, you should buy a Styrofoam cooler and fill it with ice. What a major inconvenience. Lastly, I came in from visiting friends after 2:00 a.m., walked right in without using ny room key and there was no one at the front counter. In these dangerous times, that lack of security us unsettling. This is simply not the same great hotel I've used for years when visiting my parents. I'm not likely to ever stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The carpeting is old and stained so it will never feel clean. The lobby was also clean.

I really liked the room with the suite. The only concern I had was that the door did not fully engage in the lock position without manual effort. Something I did not realize the first night and therefore the door was most likely not locked while I slept. Otherwise, would be happy to stay here again. Great location, convenient to restaurants and transportation routes to other areas.

Hotel is nice breakfast was good staff us friendly only thing the beds are hard and pillows are not comfortable so didn't sleep good because of that

How did anyone taste this give stars? And those reviews were Why i chose this property and ended up really disappointed. Check in went OK other than the sigh from the clerk when i had to pause and add money to my card not expecting to pay full up front (my fault for being used to just an incidental hold until check out). That sigh was unnecessary and embarrassing in front of the people behind us. The room cleanliness was.... ok. Carpets looked worn which I didn't expect . The room itself was also OK. Cold water the first night when bath was ran but seemed to only happen that night fortunately. Well stocked on towels was nice. The beds were well made up with plenty of pillows but surprisingly uncomfortable. The fridge was difficult to put leftover boxes in with no bottom shelf. The pool was very good and the area cleaned. Breakfast was also very good and kept well stocked. The only not good was the cold coffee in the dispensers. Snack machine wouldn't take a five so i asked the desk for change. Night shift informed me they had no money to be able to do change. Very disappointing and a bit confusing how they were "left with no money" by day shift. The parking area was OK... the driveway in, the Only driveway in, was horrible and pothole filled! You can only enter by driving though the vacant lot in front where there's an empty building. Overall I can't rate past 3. As frequent travelers we were ask pretty disappointed. And the massive upcharge for weekend nigh

Property was fine for what we needed. Only complaints were the lack of housekeeping. And that i was charged for a dog, when they never mentioned this to me. And... I was charged each day (3) when the room was never cleaned while we were there.

We had a great stay with our family! The hotel was very clean and they had great customer service. In fact, our college age son was travelling from Texas and had been driving all night. He got to the hotel before check-in time and the hotel staff was able to make accommodations for him to get into his room early so he could rest after a 21 hour drive. Thank you County Inn!

The place was clean, but on the web site they say they are dog friendly but a better way of saying it is "surprise..we will put up with your dogs for a price uper dog, per stay" and here are all the rules...We ended up having to stay another night and they charged us more than Expedia then gave us the same amount off the extra dog charge. The staff were rude, the coffee was cold and they had the eating area blocked off with chairs, I asked about the microwave and the lady said you should have one in your room...so I gather she didn\'t want me sitting in the lobby ??? Plus they were feeding a cat outside the door they wanted us to use with the dogs, so we had to walk past the cat in and out of the building???

The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and accommodating, and gave me a lot of TLC as I was up there for a funeral and was having a hard time. It’s such a warm home like feeling at this hotel. ❤️

All of the staff were friendly & helpful! Very comfortable!

The choicehotels chain will only clean and restock rooms after every 3rd night. We took our own garbage and requests for towels and coffee to the front desk ourselves. No prior notcie to this change. It cost 164 a night, too much for limited service.

The staff was amazing. Literally the quickest, easiest and friendliest check in I’ve ever experienced. Every person we interacted with was so nice and helpful. Our room had plenty of space and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were AWESOME. We were late getting to the hotel and they kept our the room. The staff were aware that many guest had a place to be and had breakfast open a few minutes early. Night staff quickly addressed the loud room near us. All staff were kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location!!

Perfect location and quiet!

Everything was above expectations, only complaint was it was a little hard to find. Property sat back behind a restaurant.

Perfect location - can walk through the parking lot to restaurants, other restaurants and stores are all within 5 minutes. Hotel staff were nice, hotel was clean and very quiet.

Staff was nice, close to the freeway, free parking, and a decent free breakfast. While it was an older property, looks like updates had been made which were aesthetically appealing. Overall, it was nicely priced and affordable.

Updated and remodeled, this hotel looks excellent and clean. Complementary breakfast was very good and like a mini buffet. I love that my room had a mini fridge and microwave too.

It was a very comfortable stay. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was above average. Would stay again. 9/10.

My concern is the ending time for breakfast. It was 9:30 during the week and 10:30 on weekends. When you are staying at the Inn more than one night, we like to sleep late but we will miss breakfast. Not only is the door closed at 9:30/10:30, but the food is immediately removed from the serving bar. Thus, if you get in the door by the cutoff time, you must get the food you want fast for it will be removed. I can understand having a door closing time, but if someone enters the doors before closing, he should be able to eat and not have the food removed.

Our stay was good. The staff was friendly and check in was very easy & quick - and there was a cookie waiting for us when we arrived. Breakfast was your basic - something warm (egg, waffle, etc) and something cold (fruit, choice of cold cereal, choice of yogurt, muffin, toast, etc). Property was clean, breakfast area was clean. The property was a little further from the highway we were traveling on, so undecided if we would stay there again depending on our timing.

Breakfast was somewhat limited. No Wheat toast, no eggs but lots of high calorie choices. Hard to find, did not see any signs on main Rd. except on building.

My family and I loved staying here. The staff were friendly and the room was super clean! We enjoyed the heated pool one of our mornings! The breakfast had a great variety. Only wished Fridays breakfast lasted until 1030am instead of 930am since we did want to rest in a little bit later that day. Sadly had to miss it but was able to enjoy on Saturday before we headed out. We will definitely be back! Thank you for giving our family a cozy home away from home while visiting family.
