I would overall rate this a two out of five stars. The property was not the cleanest or not very well maintained. The hot tub was non-functional and looked to be that way for several days if not weeks. The carpets in our room were so gross. I couldn't even walk on them. Barefooted. I do not think I would stay here again. Even though it was very convenient to walk to the Maverick center for the event that we came for. I would find something a little nicer a little further away

We stayed overnight for a concert in town, so we weren't looking for fancy. The hotel is in a decent area with restaurants across the parking lot. The staff was friendly and efficient despite having a lobby full of check ins to take care of. The facility is older and shows its age. The hallway carpets don't look like they get vacuumed often. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked well, but it sounded like a fan was going out so it was loud all night. The toilet seat had visible wear to it but it was clean. For a single night's stay, this facility was good for the price. Not sure I'd stay longer than that though.

Without being disrespectful it was a nice property for a "budget" hotel. The room was clean and spacious and they even let us bring our cat (we were moving, we're not THAT weird) for a very reasonable fee. The breakfast was a notch above the normal too. We were happily surprised.

The checkin lady was rude! This is the first time ever I see the reception person being rude. The pool was dirty, hot tub wasn’t working (the reason I booked the hotel for) and it seems like not taken care of, for a long time. The breakfast was good though.
