Very close to the Maverick Center. Lots of dining options up the street. Coffee and Tea in the lobby. Our room came with a full kitchen. No ice machine just an ice maker in the fridge. Plan ahead if you want ice. Had a great stay.

We had a good experience. This hotel does not offer continental breakfast but does have coffee available by the check-in area. Room has full size refrigerator, microwave and stove. We challenge finding parking space at night. I had to parked my car next to the other hotel property. Overall it was a good experience

It was so hard to find it inside an area with normal apartments and from the street you only see another hotel as the fron is looking the other way. The room was ok pillows and mattresses great. There is no breakfast, no ice unless you remember

DO NOT stay at this hotel, We stayed for 1 week and NO room cleaning services at all, NONE.. I talked to staffs so many times and they sre playing blaming games on other shifts.. Nobody cares how clean your rooms, we have to brought down dirty towels to exhange for new towels.. not a good experiences stays

On our first day, the bedsheets and pillowcase don't smell fresh. Like, It’s been used already. We were super tired that night, so I didn’t go to the front desk. The next day, I asked them to change it. When I came back, it felt clean and smelled better.

I'm confused. No, maybe the property is confused. They provide a nice kitchen with a full fridge, range, and microwave. However, there isn't a single plate, bowl, spoon, glass, pot, pan, at all. If you go down to the "market" area, they will sell you all these items. But don't appear to have any for your use. You can't even rent them. They do provide a small bottle of dishwashing liquid. But why? Other than that. It's a standard, no frills hotel stay.

Positives - The location was convenient for what I needed and the staff was very friendly and polite. In particular, Ismael was very helpful with questions I had about parking in SLC, visiting Sundance, etc. I liked having coffee available downstairs in the morning. The size of the room was great and I liked having the full fridge. Some downsides - very noisy AC unit that kept thumping when I was trying to sleep, pillows not very comfortable, toilet handle would get stuck which would cause water to keep running, and room did not have Kleenex when I first arrived. Overall not a bad stay but if I had needed to stay longer than a couple days, I would have preferred a different hotel that allowed for more quality sleep.

We very much liked how the room had a full kitchen, the tv was not good. Every5 mins the tv black screen and day loading. We had to deal with that so night. Not cool

I did not like the required $100.00 deposit. I paid in advance, and you had my money since May 2024. I was told it was for any damage to my room. That doesn't make a bit of sense because no one even checked my room before I checked out and I had a refund posted to my account. Also, if there did happen to be damaged, which is not the case, you had my credit card number readily available to you. The person who checked me in was rather brusque and argumentative. Not appreciated at all. When returning to the room on the 2nd night neither key would unlock the door. Had to make a trip down to the desk to get this problem corrected. The 3rd night 2 phone calls were received in the room at 4:11 a.m. I had to leave the phone off the hook to prevent further calls. The person who checked me out said all calls to rooms come through the front desk as do transfer calls. So, what was going on? I have been traveling for 21 days and have stayed in at least 14 motels, including another MY PLACE Hotel and none of them required a deposit one. It was also hard to access the parking lot.

Had to wait 30 minutes for manager as they couldn't process my prepaid reservation. Deposit of$150 or $300 was excessive. Many of the promised amenities were not available. Pool closed, Breakfast shut down unless ordering room service. Room was pretty good although not updated for modern electronics. My blankets had several holes in them.

The worse front desk person ever. I booked 2 rooms via hotels.com and when I went to check in after a 6 hour drive the front desk clerk said I only had one. She showed zero sympathy and said there was nothing she would do since it was booked though a 3rd party. I had t to get an additional room at the hotel next door due to our party size. Not impressed with her lack of customer service. Hotels.com is not being at all helpful getting refunded for the room we didn't not get.

Before I got in the shower I saw there were bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash secured to the wall. But once I was in the middle of my shower I discovered the bottles were empty. The toaster in the kitchenette didn't work and they could not replace it. The courtesy printer didn't work either, and the cherry on top was when we discovered in our second night the door wasn't latching. The front desk employee simply said "I'll let them know". After our second night I asked if she was going to do anything to make it right, she repeated "I'll let them know". There are 3 hotels right next to each other. Stay at any of the other 2!!

The one reason I stayed here was 8+ customer review and no deposit required that’s not listed in the fee listing here. When I checked in they required a $100 deposit. I did tell the young woman that it doesn’t have it on the fees. I was disappointed. It’s a peev when all fees aren’t listed. The room was nice, smelled clean, and room was clean, and comfortable bed. The remote for the TV wasn’t working, so I was stuck on one channel my entire stay. The room didn’t have any dishes for their small kitchen, later I noticed in the lobby you have to pay for their dishes, forks and spoons! Overall it’s a nice hotel.

When I got here no one was at the front desk. There was a sign stating that the “person” was helping a customer. I took my dog for a 30min walk and returned to check-in … still no one at front desk. I tried calling from the lobby as directed on sign … NA… waited another 15 min and decided to call 800 # who ever answered said “ I’ll be right down. When she arrived she was , short with me… I am not staying here again

Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice amenities. No restaurant on the premises though, located in an industrial neighborhood with few options to eat out. Breakfast can be ordered and delivered to your room, but is not included in the room rental rate.

The hotel looked new and was very clean. The staff who I spoke with at the front desk were very friendly. The room was big and included a small kitchen area. The bed was comfortable. It was convenient to the airport so I could easily get there without traveling far or worrying about traffic. I arrived around 7pm and was able to park in the lot in front of the hotel. In the morning when I left, there were cars parked out on the road. The lot is small so parking could be an issue if you arrive late in the evening. I would stay here again if needed.

Nice large room with a kitchen. The only inconvenience was getting to the hotel due to construction. The GPS will take you to the entrance that is blocked off. You have to drive around until the GPS reroutes you to the north entrance. Otherwise it is a really nice hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, construction right next to hotel is inconvenient as far as access to parking lot and the noise in the morning but I get that renovations and expanding happens, it won't last forever. Would stay here again for sure, worth the price.

We thought a continental breakfast was included, what a sad surprise when we went downstairs and were told we could order breakfast ( get it in about 10 minutes) for $8. Per person! Needless to say, had to find someplace for breakfast which delayed getting to our next destination as planned. Nice hotel, but would not choose to stay here again because of nonexistent breakfast to get my morning started

Clean, modern, no odors, friendly front desk staff, safe, and quiet. Just what my family needed. Be aware they do not provide free breakfast, but that wasn't a problem. We took advantage of the coffee bar and then stopped by McD drive through on the way to the airport.

There was a new clerk working at the desk and another clerk teaching him - for this I think it will be better after a while I came to the desk once to ask about breakfast but they said that they had room service but no continental breakfast, they didn’t offer complimentary water and when we left there was no drop off key box and no one was at the desk, we just left them on the counter.
