We had such an amazing stay! This hotel is absolutely perfect for families. The indoor swimming area is a huge highlight—spacious, super fun, and very well maintained. It really felt like a mini indoor water park, and the kids couldn’t get enough of it! Everything throughout the hotel was impressively clean and well cared for, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of nearby activities, dining options, and things to do—so we never ran out of ways to enjoy our time. The staff truly made the experience even better. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The only small thing that would make this place even more perfect would be having smart TVs or streaming options available in the rooms. But honestly, that’s just a bonus—everything else exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun, clean, and convenient getaway!

Clean room. Did have a crib for the baby! Kids pool area was nice for them. We had asked for a joining rooms or rooms atleast close together. They ended up putting us on completely different sides way far apart. So if your a larger family traveling I wouldn’t recommend unless you feel comfortable you’re kids being far from you. Breakfast was good and tasted good just not really set up everyone there. I saw people eating on the floor against walls. Smaller families be a good place for. The pool did keep the kids busy. They enjoyed it.

Room was very nice, clean, and beds were comfortable. Pool was amazing and the slide was super fun but was so packed with people that it made the experience a little less enjoyable. Line for the slide was always long and hot tub was always packed. As a parent of teenage kids, we ended up leaving the pool area much sooner than we normally would simply because of the chaos and noise level. Breakfast was also super yummy and well made but there were not enough seats in the dinning area to accommodate the number of diners so many people were just standing around eating on counters. Overall, great hotel if you don’t mind all the people.

It was disappointing to take my grand daughters only to find the slide is only open on the weekend. When I asked about it at the desk they claimed it is posted on their website. I went back to check and couldn’t see where it said the slide was only open on weekends. They must not make that info prominent for a reason.

This place is amazing in every way from the staff, to the suites, to the food, to the amenities and not to mention the pool was a big hit with our family we were there every day! And no matter what question we had the staff was always happy to help. And house keeping is A+. They knew when the right time to come. Cause we always had plans to do stuff when we stayed there and every time we left we would come back and our beds would be made and our dirty dishes would be in the dish washer. Which we thought was very nice. Which they didn’t have to do that that but we appreciate the little things a lot. Thank you stay bridge. We are lifelong IHG Members.
