The elevator was inoperable. The grounds are overgrown and need a general cleaning. Great staff, very friendly.

I stayed here on 7/15 and then 7/21 on a trip. Both times, the elevator was inoperable. The landscaping is overgrown and needs a general clean up. The bright side was the staff. They were very friendly and professional.

Hotel needs a large overhaul! The smell of musty mold is terrible through the building. It is obvious there is a moisture problem with in the building when you see all rust on the vents & plumbing in your room. Our in room A/C looked as though it could fall apart at any minute, while the room ended up cooling off the thermostat was not correct. The gym is not in good condition, none of the equipment is up kept & does not even have any free weights in it. The building needs cleaned from top to bottom inside & out. It is obvious that there is nothing done here to up keep the building unless needed. The outside of the building needs weeded and cleaned, large cracks in the cement around the pool area. Subpar food choices for breakfast. Safe to say if you have issues/allergies with Mold stay clear of this property!

Elevator not working

We didn't get there till late that night but the staff was so polite. They were friendly and engaging with me. Not sure how long the pool as been broken but it was not available. Even the morning staff were super nice and friendly !Staffing.....5 STARS ⭐! Now the rooms....not so much. There was a strong musty smell in the hallway so I figured the rugs got wet at some point. The floors were dirty. You can see hair and trash throughout the room. The bed was the only thing that look like it had fresh sheets and we were exhausted so we didn't make a big deal about the floors. I noticed the bathroom seat was rocky when you seat on them. So you had to be careful getting up. The toilet is so low to the floor so it was difficult to use. The walls and the doors of the suite needed some good TLC badly. I took some of my disinfectant wipes to see how dirty it was and it didn't cause for a lot of elbow grease! Not sure if the ceiling in the shower had mildew or rust but it was visible to see. Hair was in the refrigerator and that was a big turnoff bc I'm not sure did it come from a head while cleaning or a cleaning towel from wiping the counters or bathroom. The pull out couch had old sheets on it too. The mattress could really need some steam cleaning. Overall, these are minor adjustments that can be fixed. All those rooms probably need a good good thorough cleaning. Thank you and I hope it gets better for you.

The ice machine on first floor not working and elevators not working, but I was blessed to get a first floor room—but the front desk people were the best. The breakfast was good area was clean

Good location off I-10 with lots of restaurants nearby. The elevator was broken so walking up the stairs with luggage was a challenge …

First..the staff was friendly, and for the most part professional. However the property itself gives a rundown appearance, not what I expected of a La Quinta property….lobby furniture appeared beat up and cheap….air on the second floor was not working properly…in my room and in several areas I passed through, preservation looked more like cover up…rust bleeding through already. It actually gives the appearance of lowest bidder work. Outside the property, feral cats are everywhere, and someone at the property is feeding them…food is just past the front door. They walk through the bars around the pool (which is filthy) and live in the unkempt landscape. I’ve stayed with LaQuinta from North Carolina to California…and at this property twice, it is sub par, and needs corporate attention!! Staff, and proximity to my events are/were its saving grace. I don’t think I’ll visit again!!

The room I was in had bed bugs. I got bitten and had to have our room changed at 1 AM. Ask to speak to the hotel manager and I’m still waiting for a call back. I asked at the desk at check out and called twice. Don’t know if I would ever stay at another La Quinta property again.

Room was very humid, there was black mold on the window frame...

Hair in the sheets, the shower was clogged. The elevator was out of service and when we used the stairs everything was very dirty and bad odor. Mold stains in the walls. Breakfast was the only plus.

The outlets where burned out. The sink was stopped up and gross. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped. The roomed smelled of mold and mildew. It was over priced for the conditions it was in. I dont recommend staying there ever.

BEDBUGS!!! ROOM 226

Upon entering the room the fridge floor was full of water. The room smell was off. We left for a few hours when we returned it took my husband almost an hour to get the tv to work because the connections was off and it was hard to maneuver the wires behind the tv as the cable box was bolted down. The water from the fridge had leaked out into the floor in the living room. Even more annoying my dramatic 14 year old daughter was first to take her shower and was greeted by a giant cockroach that crawled from the drain of the shower. I went to report all of this to the front desk worker and she said she would note it and have the manager reach out which the manager never did. Needless to say that hotel is definitely OFF our list!

We stayed 2 nights. The 1st night was perfect. The 2nd night we stayed in a different room that was horrible (rm 326). It obviously had had serious prior water damage/issues. The sub floor was soft and not level in several areas of the room. The metal hinges on the doors and anything including the ironing board that was metal was rusted. The door frame around the closet was rotted and bubbling because of the moisture. We should have known something was not right when we walked down the hallway towards our room and fans were drying the carpeting in the hallway. There was also a dehumidifier running in our room when we entered. During the night moisture actually seeped up through the hardwood flooring and created small puddles on the floor and made the bottom of my fabric duffel bag that was full of my clothes wet. My wife is complaining of headaches and nasal issues today. We’re certainly hoping it isn’t a result of mold in the room. The room and possibly others on that floor shouldn’t be rented until remodeling.

Dirty outside and rooms are old and need to be updated. Especially bathroom.

Noisy, especially those with pets. Continuous barking. Awoken 4am by loud talking. Telephone in room did not work. Spent 3 nights without bed linen being changed even once. Shelves in bathroom were dirty, had what looked like animal hair and dirt on them. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. The hotel needs a complete overhaul.

So the room was fine, except that it was not square. The countertops in the bathroom leaned downward. The door wasn't square to the frame. The shower curtain did not stay closed. Everything was fine except these little inconsistencies. I love the location, right behind an Applebees, you can walk to. Along with a KFC, right next to a Harley Davidson place where I could walk the dogs. The elevator was slow, but besides that, it worked for what I needed it to.

The room we got first had a leaky ac unit that did not cool the entire room. Had to switch rooms. The elevator was not working. The ac was sketchy throughout the entire building. Do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel overall was great, had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up at front desk then the A/C didn't work and the whole floor had a terrible odor from someone cooking. A/C in second room wasn't much better did not sleep well due to hot in room

The first room I was given had such a terrible smell I had to request a new one. The upgrade was so noisy I barely slept all night. Do not recommend.

Everything was pretty good, the only exception is that the hotel walls are extremely thin and you can hear conversations, animals barking, cats meowing, and all the banging from other guests in rooms around you, so good luck trying to get a good night's sleep.

Staff is extremely friendly! Room on the other hand is rough. It’s all freshly painted but the walls are already cracking and separating, the floor is wavy and not even, the AC works very poorly, especially sucks being on the 3rd floor. Fire alarms went off 2 times in one hour between 3am-4am.

Stayed on 9/2. The hotel was pretty outdated. The shower had very weak water pressure and the toilet barely wanted to flush. Probably wouldn’t recommend going here for the price they charge.

When my husband and I got to the hotel, the parking lot needs attention, it is very old and worn as well as the hotel. When we got there we were told the elevator did not work. We had to walk up and down two flights of stairs because we were on the second floor, mind you, I had surgery last year on my foot, I have a steel plate and 6 screws so that was an adventure to have to do that the 3 days we stayed there. When we got to the room there was a puddle of water on the floor. The room is very old and you can see a lot of patched up work on the walls and where caulking was done terribly. There were stains on the bed sheets that were questionable. The towels felt like sand paper, so glad we brought our own. The entrance door had such huge gaps around it that we were afraid someone could see inside. The tv and remote didn’t work, my husband contacted them and no one ever came to fix it so he had to do it himself. Whoever was above us made so much noise, it sounded as if they were bowling, they were stomping so loudly!! We ended up having two reservations because the persons we talked to with truvago messed up our reservation, when one ended the other was supposed to smoothly transition where we didn’t have to move to another room, but the key didn’t work anymore. So keep in mind the elevator didn’t work, my husband had to walk down to the front desk to get keys because they ‘forgot’ to give us new ones! I have never stayed in such a hotel and never will again!

Was reliable enough for a 4 night stay. Would have liked a few more options for breakfast, and the shower pressure was awful. Not dirty but also not necessary the best conditions. Probably won’t stay again. But it was budget friendly and a safe place to sleep. Very convenient location though

The pillows are horrible! Don't think they have ever been changed. The towels and wash cloths are bad also. We had a sink hole in the middle of the rooms floor. Got in middle of the night to use bathroom and almost fell due to sinkhole.

We were rudely awakened at 6am by staff checking to see if the room was occupied. Was told there wasn't a record of our check in. Went to front desk to see what the issue was, and was confronted by a night manager asking "who are you", why are you here? Rude. Explained we'd checked in with night receptionist, staff then look at records and found us. No apology offered. Pool was closed, no offer of reduced rate for inconvenience. You expect more from a property located in the South.

The front desk Dale was excellent. She helped and answered all of our questions efficiently. Because of her our stay was worth it. In case I got the name wrong she has blond hair.

Great customer service

The hotel itself was great. The person that took the phone call was super rude. and when I told her that I was gonna talk to a manager she stated go ahead nothing will get done about it anyway.

Jocelyn at the desk deserves many kudos. We had a car breakdown and had to stay 3 nights instead of the 1 we had planned on, which needless to say was extremely depressing being unable to reach our destination on time and the added expense. However, she made our stay so much more comfortable and bearable. All the staff were polite and accommodating, our room was spotless thanks to our great housekeeper and breakfast was spot on thanks to the sweet lady in charge. If we ever have a chance to return to Biloxi, we will stay here and hope Jocelyn et. al are still with you.

It was an easy check-in and I was provided with so many dinner recommendations.

Very conveniently located

Overnight stay while traveling. Convenient location, easy off-on to I10. La Quinta is our usual favorite hotel while enroute to FL.

The stay was going well until i received a call at 11:00 pm from an employee with no customer service skills. Then when i went to get keys for other guest for next day male employee tells me rooms were cancelled leaving my guest scrambling on Memorial Day weekend, saying we didn't confirm by 2:30, which was crazy because I was already in the hotel. My advice only uses as a last resort didn't even have fresh fruit for breakfast, sausage swimming in grease then they close breakfast area at 9:30 on a Sunday leaving parents looking for other means well good thing McDonalds is across the street. The pool chairs where also dirty.

Overall my stay was fine. Very close to the casino's and shopping areas. Enjoyed the breakfast. I would recommend it to friends. Only issue with shower handles leaking, but reported it to staff.
