This is a wonderful hotel for us. As seniors the size is great. The food and staff are amazing.. We have been coming here for 21 years. The only thing that could be improved for us is the access to the pool. The ladder situation for anyone with even slight disabilities is difficult.

Was ok but that’s all. Amenities not great, restaurants not great, All very average and unless you want to be in the centre of Playa del Carmen probably much better options. Not great value for money. Importantly the response I go
