Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Augusta Near Fort Eisenhower

Hotel looked old and needs repairs never seen anyone at the desk usually someone standing outside the front door smoking dope good times

My stay was fine. The staff wa professional, helpful and courteous. The property was clean but dated. Could use some modernizing.

We stayed here while in town for the Masters Tournament so the rate we paid was ridiculously high! However, so was everywhere else. That's fine. The hotel and our room were clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The amenities are pretty sparse. There's a couple tubes of shampoo and small bars of soap. That's it. There is a pod coffee maker. Also had a mini fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was good and all we needed before heading to the tournament. The staff at the desk were friendly. All in all a good place to stay for what we needed - a place to sleep and shower.

As we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a musty marijuana smell. That smell was pervasive in the entire hotel. While the hotel prohibits indoor smoking/vaping, it was obvious a lot of vaping and smoking has taken place inside the hotel. The smoking area is just outside the front doors with an ash tray between two benches between the outside pillars that hold up the front entrance roof. We often had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke as we entered the hotel. My oldest son noted that ironically the 4 pillars supporting the entrance roof were painted to look like cigarettes (I don't think that was intentional - but it was pretty funny and I could not stop seeing it after he mentioned it). The water coming out of the sinks in the bathrooms tasted like it was coming out of an algae filled aquarium. We went and bought bottled water due to how bad the water tasted. The hotel has been renovated, but still has a slightly run down feeling. The swimming pool was closed for "safety reasons" the whole time we were there. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was OK, but similar hotels offer a far better breakfast.

Hotel was very nice, room was spacious. Breakfast was limited, no fresh options. This is to be expected at the price point. The pool was very dirty and had only one non broken sun chair. No water refill outside or outlets near the pool. Bathtub in room was very nice, and bed was very comfy.

Hot tub was excellent

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by broken pots in the driveway and a shattered glass window. Upon check in, the lady at the desk checked us in but also double charged my payment, as payment was already made upon precheck-in before arrival. Instead of notifying me of this she just said that the system was being slow. Once i checked my account i saw the error. When we got to our room the mirror over the jacuzzi tub was dirty with prints (looked like body parts) and the toilet had urine and toilet paper in it. When we brought this up to the front desk she immediately moved us to a new room. After settling in for the night we started to notice little things around the room. There were hairs all over the shower and towels and the electricity was spotty, light switches that didnt work and the tv reception was not great at all. Continuously cutting in and out. The next morning we also noticed a trail of ants coming in from the connecting door for the ajoining room (not occupied by us). We did address this with the office and by the time we went out for the day and returned later we did not see anymore ants.

This was the worst stay we have had in Augusta. The hotel smelled of weed and I was there with my daughter. The room was not cleaned to the expectation that we had. It was horrible!!!!

Terribly dirty. Glass in the sink , footprints on the floor. Sheets and pillows had hair on them. It was gross. Hotel was very ran down. Stains on the sheets , bathroom had something unidentified on the toilet seat and hair in the shower.

There was no hot water and no iron in the room

Saw a cockroach in our bathroom… felt really dirty.

Service was good but the rooms were not there was blood stains on the pillow cases and bed bugs

There was stuff left in my room from a previous guest. My room was also dusty(on top of the microwave and on ALL the wood surfaces)…

The bed was clean and the linen was ok. We made it in late, and had to be up early, so we didn’t complain. We will not be visiting that property again. The young lady at the desk when we arrived was very welcoming and nice. I’m not sure if they have housekeeping on staff, but they need to assert some good people for the job.

Having the room extremely cold does not take away from the smell of mildew. We were scared to pull back the covers and ended up driving back to ATL.

Room was on the ground floor and easily accessible. Handicapped room was spacious and clean.

Didnt particularly like anything about the property. Wasn't bad overall but ive definitely stayed in way nicer hotels for the same price. Interior paint job in rooms was subpar. Outdated tv/remote and the beds were less than comfortable

AC and Frig are noisy. Also noise from other room.

Air conditioner is so loud it wakes you up. Bathroom is awful!

Old room , lighting poor

Arrived late at site. Recieved prompt service and staff even suggested i book online to get cheaper deal. Was able to get quickly to my room. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Didnt utilize breakfast. Really just needed to sleep and shower, and for my needs it was excellent.

The hotel is a good value for the price. The breakfast is not what we're used to. The water pressure in the bathroom was not great. The refrigerator was a little old and leaky, but overall it was okay.

Front desk people were amazing.

Fast check in very nice

We visited to go to the Masters. Location was easy access. But mostly we appreciate the service we received when we forgot two shirts in the closet. They happen to be my husbands prized golf shirts. The manager called me to let me know they were forgotten and offered to mail them to me. Very grateful!! Service is the key to success!!

convenient location

It’s our 2nd time here. It’s convenient because of our distance apart from each other. Excellent location. Friendly staff.

I've stayed at this Days Inn multiple times and have had family stay here when visiting. For a reasonable price, you receive clean accommodations, a friendly staff located a convenient location.

Nice for the price and is centrally located for shopping and dining. Plus, it was clean, clean!

Quiet overnight stay

Came to town for a show at the Columbia County Center for the Performing Arts. Just needed a clean room to get ready before and crash after the show. This place was perfect. Easy to find. Straight shot to the show.

Convenient to interstate, close to town

Shower head loose, drawer wouldn’t stay closed and pictures indicated a hog breakfast there wasn’t one only fruit and muffins
