Overall, the hotel was comfortable. There were a couple of days that entertainment shows did not start on time or there were no optional options for people who didn't want to go to the "White Out" party. Another issue I had was that there were no bath supplies in the rooms. For example, a shower cap, or Q-tips etc--usually these are provided by the hotels. Especially, if you are staying in the "Elite Club" sections. Lastly, an elevator needs to be place in more areas than just the reception area.

Everything was great at the hotel! And I will definitely recommend it to family and friends…The only improvement I would suggest is having more vegetarian options in restaurants like Yashima and Il Portico. They had very limited options and were not open to creating dishes to meet our needs which could have been done fairly easily. In contrast, Sr. Esteban and Chef Jorge at Don Rafael really went out of their way to accommodate our needs with a smile! Special thanks to them.
