Hotel had a 8.9 rating but did not find it at that level . Staff was polite and nice but at times no one at the desk . Fair cleanliness . Beds seemed smaller than queen Mattresses fair but not great . No break fast included most likely due to discounted rates Free Water refills at water station and coffee , condiment refills were sub/ optimal

Clean property for the most part, they need to update carpet and a few other areas but all in all it is not bad. My room did smell like weed the first day but it died down, decent area around for shopping and food. Biggest negative is that it is next to the 635 Highway and that thing almost never shuts off. Ask for a room on the other side for better sleep or bring ear plugs because it is LOUD. I would stay here again, make sure you use a toll pass to take the tollway into Dallas which is a 15 minute trip in good traffic

Staff was great, I think the hotel could use some improvements. Found 3 dead ants in my bed. Would love to see the restraunt offer an actual chef instead processed foods. Food tasted like a frozen dinner
