Airport conditioning was minimal and did nit work properly in the room, however when reported to reception a mobile unit was brought up which was noisy but worked ok. Bed was a little uncomfortable but the room was nice and had all the amenities. Free coffee downstairs was a nice touch.

Such a lovely apart-hotel, cosy hotel room (bigger than you’d think!) and on the hottest day of the June 2026 heatwave was incredible with air con in the room! I’d let the hotel know via the check in link that it was my daughters birthday, and they provided us with macarons and a birthday note to my daughter. The kitchen was fully stocked for everything we would need, and as I said, during the hottest day, they knocked on our door to offer ice cubes to help cool us down. Honestly really enjoyed our stay, and would love to return at a later date.

We’d booked an apartment for the hottest June day of the year. When we arrived check-in was ok and we were able to access our room quickly. The main issue was the lack of aircon during a heatwave. We had a small baby and an elderly person in our party. We were told that there weren’t any maintenance staff on duty so we’d be given a fan. On the third contact with reception the fan was brought up and it made the night only slightly less miserable. Our apartment was very expensive so I expect fully functioning aircon for that ridiculous amount. The rest of the experience was good, so it was a real shame that it was marred by the lack of air conditioning. The kitchen and shower were great and the breakfast was nice. Staff were pleasant but more should be done to deal with basic issues like ventilation when you’re charging so much.
