The place should be shut down.

The staff were friendly and efficient upon check in. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The building was older. If you prefer quiet, make sure you are not on the 1st floor near check in. The room had a fridge and microwave. I stayed for 2 nights. On the second night by 10 pm, we were informed that the hot water was out until the next afternoon. This is a 2 star hotel.

I ended up in this hotel last minute as Hotels.com booked me in a non-existent hotel. It is run down, wreaks of the smell of pot, repairs are either not done or are done poorly. Furniture is beat up, caulk is missing, paint is peeling, no hangers, no toiletries, no housekeeping, no lightbulbs in lamps. My key needed to be reset three times over two nights. I tried to get out of the last minute reservation but the front desk said no. My son who had planned to stay the second night declined after seeing it and chose to drive a hour to his local residence instead. Beds were okay. Surprisingly the sheets did appear to be clean. If this place were very cheap it would be more understandable but prices were jacked up because the NCAA Final Four was in town.
