enough space, good customer service, 24 hours front desk, good lifts and a great restaurant. my family love it

No fitness facilities

People were nice. There was no refrigerator in the room and there were no slippers also.every day breakfast was the same. Location was good.

Comfortable rooms. Amenities - Breakfast was in a comfortable eating area, lots of options to good from, did not feel rushed or squished. Good dining options to choose from throughout the day (including reasonable pricing if you eat during certain hours). Walking distance to and from many places and public transport.

Hôtel was comfortable and our group loved the hot continental breakfast! The restaurant staff was the best! The front desk/hotel staff was ok. Be warned: this hotel does a fire alarm check every Monday! There is a warning in the elevator but our group was in the restaurant side of hotel so elevator was never used - no warning ever given and I was traveling with 11 special needs kids… a lot of chaos could have been avoided had the front desk had better communication and more-willing-to-help attitudes. The area is very nice! Very convenient tesco and restaurants near by, but a bit far to sights.

Had walk across the street to eat meals, no room service, no wash clothes to wash my face, and no phone. If we needed anything we had to go to the lobby and request it.

Nice and calm area. It works fine with breakfast in a separate building. Staff very friendly. One single remark. Was firmly told that one towel is the standard for three people for three nights! After, extras were provided. Liked our stay overall.

The hotel also doesn’t have a safe. The hairdryer is located in the bedroom, so I couldn’t use it at night while my kids were sleeping. Additionally, the shower had visible mold, which was concerning. The location is good, it’s close to a lot main attractions.

Rom var større enn forventet, rengjøres ikke daglig, men kan forespøres i resepsjonen. Litt skuffende rengjøring når forespurt, kun oppredde senger og nye håndklær. Savnet støvsuging og vask av bad blant annet. Kjempebeliggenhet, sentralt, gangavstand til tbane, og mye bra restauranter rundt i nærområdet, stille og rolig. Helt grei frokost, lite utvalg i pålegg, men veldig godt utvalg i "varmretter" ellers. Betjeningen var veldig blide og hyggelige!

Very good location. Several undergrounds reachable in a few minutes. Friendly staff in the breakfast restaurant. Reception friendly. But! No room service despite booking. We stayed there for 4 nights. We ran out of toilet paper and the bins were overflowing. We had to collect towels and toilet paper from reception. In a hotel room for 220 pounds per night. This is not acceptable. Lots of mould in the bathroom shower. That's not possible! Positive: Breakfast for young people up to 17 years free of charge. Full breakfast for adults only 12 pounds.

Zimmer war sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Was uns etwas gestört hat, war, dass das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich umd hifsbereit. freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück überaus üppig.

Assez mitigée.. plutôt dans le négatif.. à notre arrivée dans la chambre elle sentais une odeur très forte de cigarette.. les draps des enfants était remplie de taches de sang. Nous avons demander à changer de chambre mais ça a été refuserr… le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas de chocolat chaud et c’est toujours la même chose aucune nouveauté

Lo mejor el personal y la ubicación sobretodo. A lo mejor si no nos hubiese tocado en el sótano hubiese mejorado la experiencia pero eso y no poder abrir la ventana ni un poco para ventilar la verdad es que nos hacía sentir algo de claustrofobia, además el ambiente super seco. Eso sí, el sitio inmejorable para moverte por Londres.

No hot water for almost 3 of 5 days. Internet not working at all, so had to use telephone all trip. Besides that. Nice people working there.

Rummet var en bra storlek och välstädat. Tyvärr var inte wifi bra i rum 402.

Super slow WiFi that requires login, even fake data works, so it is only to collect data. ned mattress was way to soft.

Sauberes Zimmer, jedoch kann man die Fenster nicht zum Lüften öffnen und die Klimaanlage kommt leider nicht mit! Das Zimmer wird daher schnell sehr frucht.

Frühstück für Kinder gratis ist grosszügig. Preis- Leistung stimmte. Leider wurde zuerst ein Zimmer im Sous-Sol mit kleinen Schlitzfenster vorgesehen. Nach dem Reklamieren wurde ein Upgrade in den 1. Stock gemacht

We had a really nice stay at this hotel and the staff was very friendly and serviceminded, ecpecially Robbie who did his very best to manage that the two rooms we booked for our family was situated close to eachother. It is possible to walk to Tate Modern, St Pauls cathedral, Big Ben, London Eye

My stay at the Premier Inn near Southwark Station was perfectly adequate for a city visit. The hotel's location is excellent, providing a reliable and convenient base to explore from. You need to visit the reception in the morning to request that your room be added to the cleaning schedule for the day. We discovered that a request made through their online system was insufficient, resulting in our room not being cleaned. This is a quirky system that guests should know about in advance. The breakfast area was also a nice feature, offering a pleasant space to start the day. One of the highlights was the staff's flexibility. They accommodated an early check-in for an extra charge, which was very convenient. They also kindly stowed our luggage, allowing us to make the most of our time in the city without being burdened by bags. Overall, I would give the Premier Inn Southwark Station an average rating. It's not the most luxurious option, but it's a practical choice that delivers on the basics with helpful service. It gets the job done.

Helt ok hotell, bra størrelse på rommet. Dersom en ønsker at rommet skal bli vasket iløpet av oppholdet så må man etterspørre dette. Vi etterspørte nye håndkler, men fikk det ikke før vi purret i resepsjonen. Frokosten var helt grei, klassisk engelsk frokost. Lite utvalg av pålegg og frukt. 2 minutt gåavstand fra Southwark Station.

Incheckning: varför finns automater vid incheckningen när alla gäster måste få personlig service pga automaterna inte hittar ex efternamn på gästen.

Hotel a little tired. We arrived 1 hour early, our room was ready but we were charged an additional £15 for the privilege!! I would understand if we arrived 6 hours early but 1 hour when our room was available - could have not taken but a hassle to wait around for an hour. Location is great but there are better options nearby.

Check in is a mess. No flexibility at all about early check in. At 3pm when check in opens there is a huge line, and the automated kiosks don’t seem to work well.

Never ever Premier Inn again !! This Hotel gave me a terrible experience by not allowing me to check-in for my pre-paid trip through Expedia. The front desk person and lady manager refused my check-in because I had 3 kids even though I booked a family quadruple room. She showed me the fine print details in booking conditions that only 2 kids are allowed, and she was not at helpful in getting a resolution to our problem by making another room available other than insisting her fine print rules when we had already reached the Hotel with our luggage. We ended up booking another Hotel on the fly (Thanks to Technology) and they didn't have any issue accommodating us in a room. I will fight to get to my last penny they charged from my card. Interesting this Hotel website has a whole page dedicated to list how family friendly they are!! Those who are prepaying these folks beware. They absolutely don't care about customer when you have an issue!!

Great property at an excellent location for sightseeing London. We were first-timers in London with 2 kids, and Premier Inn Southwark was great for us in terms of hotel room size, great breakfast selection and very convenient location. Highly recommended

Centralt placeret og med en fin børnevenlig restaurant. Hotellet var pænt og rent. Vi kunne godt have brugt lidt mere plads på værelset til 4 personer men alt i alt et rigtig fint hotel til pengene

Hôtel super et en arrivant nous avions un monsieur qui parlait très bien français très sympa! L’hôtel est très bien situé pas trop loin du centre nous avons presque tout fait à pied tout est à une 20-30aine de mn à pied. Le métro est à 2mn. Le déjeuner parfait avec beaucoup de choix! C’était un des hôtels les moins chers mais très bien situé et je ne regrette pas je suis contente de l’avoir trouvé ! Quelques supermarchés ouverts 24/24 aussi à 2mn à pied. Si je retourne à Londres je reprendrais certainement cet hôtel 😄

A Localização foi boa e exatamente como descrito no site da reserva, melhor ir a pé a Tower Brigde , ao Big Ben , a roda Gigante e até a Abadia vale a caminhada muita coisa para ver e em 20 a 25 minutos estará nestes locais . Entretanto serviço de limpeza e amenidades do quarto e banheiro são poucas, as toalhas de banho pequenas e gastas , carpete aparência velho e o café da manhã vale a pena pagar é bom , mas tenha paciência em qualquer horário é uma fila de espera até 30minutos , o lugar é pequeno , os funcionários pouco solicitos e aparentemente poucos pra dar conta de limpar mesas , repor itens do café e atender a fila de entrada tudo para um único funcionário
