The location worked for us. We were able to walk to a few restaurants. More restaurants and shopping were within 5 miles. The pool table was useable but needed leveling and had a small tear in felt but was still fun playing. We enjoyed our stay.

The owner was incredibly timely with his responses and sharing of information. The propert itself was perfect for our family. I was impressed with how clean everything was. There was plenty of parking and it is on a side road that isnt busy. I would highly recommend this property.

The owner is amazing and friendly! The house and set up was great. Only thing is there is only 1 TV in the whole house so be prepared to entertain the kiddos! Other than that, house was perfect!

Great house! House was super clean and cute! It was well stocked with all of the basic necessities. Bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds and each room has it's own lighted mirror for doing makeup and hair without needing to take up the bathrooms. House is on a quaint quiet street, close to the Speedway and not too far from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. I would recommend this home!

This property was wonderful for a short weekend stay with friends! I got married in Avon so my bridesmaids and I needed a place close enough to the venue but also close to downtown so we could get breakfast and be near stores if needed. Joe communicated everything very clearly before we got there which was great. The house was clean, well stocked with whatever you may need, and super easy to access.

This 4 Br 3 BA house was such a blessing since I had 5 other friends staying there with me for a national meeting we were all attending. I had forgotten about the pool table which was a definite benefit for fellowship. The place was very clean and comfortable. We had one small issue with the AC, but the Catherine the manager was on it instantly. Joe Morcos, the owner was very responsive before we arrived and very pleasant to deal with also. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience.

Property was clean and functional as advertised, the host was very responsive, what more could you ask for? Main table only seated 4, but there was another high top table for 4 in the adjacent room. Washing machine was in the kitchen which was a little unusual. Walking distance to a few restaurants and Sam's Club. All in all, a great stay. Would consider it again if we are ever back this way.

We come to the area every year around this time with a group of friends. We needed private space for 4, the ability to cook, and a place to play play games. House was clean and had all the cooking supplies we needed for making dinner. The bathroom supplies were a nice touch. Looking forward to renting next year at the same time.

This place was great for our big family. We were also meeting a friend who was driving an RV from NY, and the driveway was perfect for her to pull in to. I thought it was very sweet that toiletry supplies were left in the bathrooms “just in case”, providing both a hotel and home feel. Walking distance to a yummy Mexican food restaurant. The property was peaceful in a suburban area.

We had a wonderful time at Joe's Place! It is convenient to downtown (within 15 minutes) and is a very well-cared-for home. Check-in and check-out were easy. The home is very clean, and we would definitely stay here again when in the area yearly for the PRI Trade Show.

Wow! What a great find for our vacation! This home is exactly as described and detailed in the listing. So much room for everyone, quality linens and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the cleanliness and all the basic necessities that were included and plentiful.Location was perfect for our needs. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy access to everything we needed!Joe is absolutely a wonderful host, respond so fast! We just can’t say enough about this rental and Joe!

Our family stayed here during a recent visit to Indianapolis. House clean and functional. Smooth check in. Owner responded quickly to a request. Neighborhood quiet. Good location for visiting the city. A suggestion would be for the owner to provide more medium weight blankets in addition to the heavy comforters on each bed. Two bedrooms are in a nicely renovated basement, and with the air conditioning on ( which works great), it was hard to get a good temperature that worked for the folks sleeping on the ground floor and the folks in the lower level bedrooms. A bigger selection of blankets would have helped with that. There is a train track nearby (not so close we could see it) but with the windows closed and air conditioning on, it didn’t bother us at night. Would stay here again.

This house was perfect for what we needed. A little bit on the older side with hardwood floors, etc., but knew it had upgrades. that made it feel comfortable. Short easy access from Indianapolis airport. Right near the highway but quiet it truly was a five star stay.

A perfect space and location for our trip to Indy. The house had everything including basement area which was perfect for 3 teenage girls to have their own space. I encountered car trouble and Joe was quick to offer help and recommend someone to assist me and get us on our way. A perfect trip to Indy! Thanks Joe!

Very clean, inviting place. The TV was "factory reset" when we checked in so I had to build the account. I left it the way I found it; factory reset. The Internet was up and down all 4 days. I used my cellphone to stream TV. No water pressure in the basement and hot water in the master bath sink is down to a trickle. We own several vacation rentals and used to manage a dozen more so I honestly cannot recommend staying here.

Perfect location for us rehearsal was south weddin north we were right in the middle. Close to shopping and dining race track is literally right around the corner!

My sister-in-law and I stayed here with five kids ranging from 2 to 6 and it was the perfect location. We were close to the children’s museum the zoo and a grocery store. We had a great stay and Joe was easy to reach when we needed to and everything was simple and easy.

Perfect house for a family getaway to see a football game. Everything we needed was available and the location was perfect! Close to the airport and minutes from downtown.

The house was great. Very clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The area is a quiet neighborhood and close enough to stores. Would highly recommend this house and will use it again in the future if we are in that area. The host was easy to communicate with.

This place was great for our big family. We were also meeting a friend who was driving an RV from NY, and the driveway was perfect for her to pull in to. I thought it was very sweet that toiletry supplies were left in the bathrooms “just in case”, providing both a hotel and home feel. Walking distance to a yummy Mexican food restaurant. The property was peaceful in a suburban area.

Pleasantly surprised. We arrived late at night. The porch light was on. Lights on in the house. Very welcoming. Clean, nice neighborhood, very quiet. We felt very at home. Communication with Joe was great. Good directions, very friendly. Definitely would stay again, and recommend
