Honestly, this hotel was far less glamorous than we had anticipated. At check-in it was chaotic, no one to help with bags or car $55 a night for Car is preposterous, but I guess par for the course. The worst problem was the dark room. On the third floor there is zero natural light there is no lighting in the room and it is impossible to get to even see what’s in your suitcases without a camera flashlight. In addition, the elevator situation was ridiculous. Everybody is confused it is humorous, but not very efficient. You cannot just push the button of where you want to go. There’s some sort of secret password from the card to the elevator and everybody is confused all of the time. The pool deck is lovely but not enough seating on Thursday through Sunday. Food options were limited breakfast closed earlier than we would like. I’m sure that people are hard-working but overall the price point and amenities did not equate to a great choice overall, we were there for a wedding and grateful to be part of it, but unimpressed with the overall experience.
