This is not a hotel. This is a vacation club and all they want to do is sell vacations club times And dates. Concierge desk does not offer to assist in selecting restaurants, things to do in Cancun (Eg. Tours to tulum),or even have maps of cancun to assist guests. It also is difficult to reconcile the fact that there is no potable water in the resort. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed by check-in because we did not get the room we reserved. We were told there was only 1 1-bedroom villa available and it was the last room on the first floor at the end of the property. It was not an ocean view. We were looking at a driveway with plants and heard loud noises from the adjoining resort. The television stations did not work and the air conditioner was loud all night and leaked onto the floor. We were told at checkin that we could get another ocean front room the next day and they would call us when the room was ready. They did so at 2pm on Sunday and we were able to get the room we had reserved. Very disappointed as we felt we lost a day of our vacation.

Beautiful place. Great service. We are keeping Kosher, very close to kosher restaurants and Chabad of Cancun which was great!

Tv in the room didn't work well. Not enough channels in english. No ability to screen share your phone to the tv. Resort pools were great, and the hot tub was a nice addition. Also pools and hot tub are open late (10pm) which is amazing. Some staff were not very friendly and not very attentative, but most were great. Especially the bag attendant, he was amazing.
